Best place ever for phone repairs. Used to fix at a kiosk before but started fixing here coz they have the best price with wonderful customer service. This is my third time phone repair with this guy . As Im a phone breaking person, I always get free glass protector on every repair which is why I like these guys more. I have been recommending people and still recommend to do business . Always a happy customer.

Big hats off to this guy. I was back from my abroad tour and had all my memories inside my iPhone. I dropped and broke it, even wasnt turning on all blank. Googled few places and found this place . I was totally worried about losing my things but uttam fixed it and recovered everything just in 20 minutes and good price with glass free! Would definitely go if needed and recommended as well.

I would advice to my friends, family, and Colleagues not to do business here in regards to your phone. They clearly dont care about solving any issues but solely desiring to take your money. They have no idea what they are doing. My phone was given to me not working and thats not how I left it with them. They lost everything I had on it. No pictures, text, or important information was recovered. My loss! Thanks for not caring about customer satisfaction. You have one less customer on your hands and I will be sure to let whomever I know to not take there business here. Lesson leaned! Never again!

Super friendly, not pushy. Had bought a screen replacement off amazon which was made with gorrilla glass, owner installed screen for me for 30 bucks. Cheaper than the Mobile Cart phone repair in the mall.

I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced and battery on iPhone 6 Plus. But I felt some issues on iPhone 6 and went back next morning, the guy was happy to fix issue by replacing another screen with no questions, this won my heart lol . Now the phone works great . Also his price is cheapest around concord area. I called three different places and went there coz of price and now I feel I did good job becoming his customer!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is either a crook or really stupid or probably both. He fixed my friends phone and gave her a new battery. Two weeks later it died again and wouldnt turn on. Took it back and said he couldnt fix it. Then we took it to iSmart Fix right outside and he said it was a bad battery and that it was a repetitive problem from the people who go here. DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it!.

I came there another day toFix my iPhone 5s screen. Charge was $70 and took 30 min. After I left I realized my home button doesnt work anymore and the next day some lines appeared on my screen. I went back and asked to fix it but the guy told me that its a physical damage !! There were no cracks or anything! Well Learned a lot from that lesson! Worst quality of the products and worst customer service. Rather pay $20-10 more but make sure that I got normal warranty. Never again.
