Great location for me close by fixed my phone in 20 mins great job !!!! I’d recommend

I called around the local Walnut Creek/Concord area to see who could replace my cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and decided to go with Cell Doc. Everyone charges roughly the same price, which is fairly expensive IMO. The good thing was they had my screen in stock and were open late. Very convenient to do this at Sun Valley Mall. They told me it would take 40 minutes so we just walked around, got some snacks and came back to a brand new phone! Everything works as it should and they also give a 30 day (I think) warranty if you find something doesnt work. Great work, convenient, what more can I ask for? I would come here again next time.

Friendly and speedy. A bit too expensive I think but competitive (I shopped around). Couple of hardware issues after charging port replacement that needs to be fixed but I havent had a chance to take it back it. Software issue too but that pre existed.TO be cont...

They replace with cheap Chinese screens. It’s completely different the the normal I phone screen. The guy is good and didn’t lie. But don’t waste your money for the cheap screen

Nice job, guys !!! They repaired my phone after 30 minutes!!! I was practicing on the speedwalk and suddenly I dropped my phone. Everything was broken and the screen didnt work. To be honest, I thought that my phone was died and I have to buy another one, but I was wrong. Nice service. Recommend !!!

I got my screen repaired for my iPhone 8 and the screen sensor did not work correctly and would freeze. They would reset the phone and say it was fixed and the issues would continue.I have purchased numerous screen protectors and the would show you that it takes a lot to crack the screen, and all my screen protectors cracked fairly quick and with ease. I purchase the most recent one and the next day I put it in my pocket and with no keys, no wallet and no change just the phone by it’s self. And I pulled it out and the edge was cracked and the bottom corner began to spider. I went to the store and show them and explain that my keys must have done it. I explained I put my phone in my paovket by its self and he continue to tell me there’s nothing he can or will do for me.Over all the products are not well made and cheap and would not recommend you purchase from them. Spend the extra money for the top of the line products that last longer. You will spend the same amount or even more returning and having them tell you there’s nothing they could do.

Completely replaced front screen and back panel of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Came out perfect, just like new and only took about an hour. Also, there is a cool arcade/bowling alley/mall to hang out in while waiting.

Brought my S7 phone in for a screen and digitizer replacement. When I brought it in the lights on my recent and back buttons still lit up and were functional. When i got my phone back I had a new home key, my recent, back button, and the fingerprint reader on the new home key (that I didnt ask for) did not work. My phone was also dead when I got it back so I couldnt check it before paying. I tried to charge it at thier shop for 20 minutes before I paid, but the crappy chargers they had werent giving my phone enough charge to turn on. Dont go to these scam artists.
