These guys are clueless. Messed up setting up 2 accounts completely. You basically stop by, get the sim from them and then spend several hours on the phone with verizon to clean up their mess. They somehow manage to spend 2 hrs with each customer even though they end up adding negative value

Great customer service for the purchase and then a bit difficult when I needed to return the second failed wireless charger ($69.99). Neither charger worked for more than one day. I, admittedly, went beyond their date range for returns, but not to stand behind your products is another matter. I wouldnt have chosen an independent provider were it not for Covid 19.

This location offers incredible service. These guys are on top of everything. They know their products and services and take fantastic care of their customers. Friendly and efficient salesmen, and anything you need for your phone or tablet is available. If you dont live in Concord this location is still worth going out of your way. Plenty of parking.

As others have noted, Andrew was very helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. Unlike my visits to a Verizon store in a well known part of Cambridge, my time here was stress-free, sales pressure free and my phone issue was quickly taken care of. Verizon in Concord, MA is the best. Everyone who works there is very helpful. Sway just helped answer a complex question. Skip the big corporate Verizon store a few towns north of Concord and patronize Verizon in Concord, Massachusetts.

I needed an upgrade and had many questions about my phone plan when I came to this Verizon location. I’ve had iffy experiences with different sales people in the past. Bob was informative and helpful with all of my decisions and options. He helped me to transfer my data, and showed me how to reconnect all my passwords before I left the store.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. This is the first time I have written an online review - I was compelled because of how horrible my experience has been from the first interaction with this store. First, the level of arrogance of each person in the store is remarkable for a service business. My wife and I collectively spent 5+ hours in the store porting three lines over from ATT. The setup was botched from the start, and I spent another 3 hours on the phone that night completing the setup of my phone. The 800 # rep even commented at how many things they missed in the setup - even SHE was appalled! They also did not give us the right information on how to trade in our phones, so we had to go to the store in Burlington to complete this step. On top of that, my wife’s phone doesn’t even work properly - brand new iPhone XS. These guys seem to be making it up as they go, and are completely clueless on the details of the deals, and how to setup a new customer properly. We are going back to AT&T - running! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!
I came into the Verizon store to ask about a replacement battery for an old LG flip phone. Bob H., a very f u priendly rep there, took a look at it and said they dont carry this phone or the replacement battery anymore. He showed me a phone similar to my old one but said Google was running a great promotion on their PIxel 2XL if I wanted to upgrade. I decided to do so. Bob set up my new phone and kindly showed me the basics, gave me his business card, and said I should make a list of questions over the next 2 weeks and return to have him give me help with these. I am very happy with the phone so far and with the excellent customer service I received from Bob.
This store makes me want to buy more phones. I only need one. Theyre that good. 10/10 would buy more phones from here

Here I am after leaving the Concord Verizon store and much to my surprise after dealing with other sales people from other places and not having a very good experience I am so pleased... Andrew was amazing dealing with me (a sometimes crabby person) and answer every question even if I asked the same question more than once. I will speak highly of this. Verizon store because of him and I will stay with zero on for the same reason.

Verizon corporate stores can offer better deals and service than these franchise locations, as well as better customer service than this store. The closest corporate store is in Burlington, Ma. Side note - the fake reviews, all from a month ago are pretty obvious, lol!
If you need to port a phone number from another provider - beware. These folks are clueless, and will happily pretend otherwise.

I went to a Verizon store near Boston post road in Marlborough MA in a plaze ( dont remember the name) to get a $30 prepaid plan and those staffs there could not get my prepaid plan set up for more than 25 mins and ask me to call the Verizon to get my pre paid plan to work myself and they wont help me to make the call. Then, I went to Robert, a verizon retailer he help me to setup everything in one shot, he is more knowledgeable then Verizon own staffs on their own network !

Great! I went in with my 83 year old mother over the Thanksgiving Holiday and had the good fortune to have Ahbi help us. Not only was he very knowledgable, but he communicated very well and kept us laughing.I had an issue with the rebate plan and called him several weeks after the transaction and he took the time to solve my problem, even going so far as walking me though what I needed to do step by step over the phone.Great customer service and a delightful young man to have worked with. I went to this store to purchase a new phone in November. While I was there they reviewed my account and sold me an Ellipsis jetpack with a 2-year contract for $10 a month. They sold it to me telling me that it would prevent me from any overage charges. They also told me that it enabled me to get internet service anywhere. I told them I was not interested in that but they sold me on using it as a way to avoid overage charges. When I spoke to Verizon Wireless directly they told me how to prevent overage charges by downloading the Verizon app at no cost. I took the jetpack device back to the store to cancel the service - they told me I was over the 14-day return period and would not take the device back. There is a $175 cancellation charge prior. The people in the store were unbending and would not help me. They sold me a worthless piece of equipment that I did not need. The jetpack is a total rip-off if all you are looking for is to prevent overage charges. Call Verizon Wireless directly and they will help you minimize your monthly charges with an appropriate data plan. The store representatives on Sudbury Road are deceitful and disingenuous. If I could, I would not give this store any stars.

Update from 11/20:Craig Barrelle from the store contacted me and refunded the $100. Though the experience was not the best, he did make up for it.Changed my rating from poor to very good...------------------------------------I have been doing business with this location for many years (have bought numerous phones for family and business and have many voice and data lines). The location recently came under new ownership. As my old faithful Blackberry was dropping too many calls, I finally broke down and purchased a Motorola Android HD for around $400 (at the upgrade price). I was a little wary about the Android since I had problems with one the last time I went this route. However I was told I could return it for an iPhone if necessary. I actually preferred the iPhone5 but they did not have any in stock and the sales person recommended the Moto Android HD. (He did not mention a restocking fee but my assistant told me about that later.) I returned one week later with the phone in pristine condition and was told the fee was $50 which I had expected. OK I said. After carefully examining the phone, the sales person placed it in the box. Knowing it might take some time to switch the information to the new phone, I then went to the car for my newspaper and came back inside to find him on the phone with someone who I later learned was the store owner. Apparently the Android was dropped and a barely perceptible mark was on the corner of the edge. It really was barely perceptible. (In fact, if he had an issue with it, why would he not have said anything as soon as he picked it up? Instead he had rubbed his finger on the edge, squinted his eyes as he looked at it, and placed it into the box.) I had not noticed this and for all I knew the phone may have been sold that way (I am sure it was not, but it is possible I suppose). However, I was now told that the mark caused the restocking fee to be $100. I said OK, but you have negatively impacted your customer relationship (or something like that, it may have come out What? What do you mean youre charging me $100!? blah, blah, blah blah You get the picture)But heres the interesting part - I had said OK and was ready to move on. Really. I was. However, the sales person wanted to be sure I knew that this was my fault, that they would have to discount the phone by $100 in order to sell it and that (yes, again) that this was my fault. (Perhaps part of him knew this was not really reasonable and he felt guilty about it? Nahh... probably not.) I said you have made the choice to charge another $50 and potentially lose a customer. I dont think that is a very good decision and arguing with me about this does not help. He continued to tell me that I damaged the phone and that they would be unable to sell it now and had to discount it by $100. I said I get it and you have lost a long time customer for $50 (Not to mention what actual costs there are to restocking other than putting it back on the shelf and the paperwork). I got so frustrated with the arguing, that I finally decided to just have my Blackberry reconnected and forgo the iPhone. When he continued I said why are you still arguing with me?, I just need my refund and my phone reconnected. If you keep arguing Ill need to call your boss to which he replied go ahead and call my boss. Wow...I left without my old phone reconnected and without a new phone. I am very disappointed with this approach to business. Though I was not happy with the $100 penalty, had I been treated courteously and had the sales person simply acknowledged my perspective, I doubt I would have left without a phone and posted this message. But do these places really discount pristine phones with tiny marks by $100? I would like to hear if they do. I think they probably saw this as a way to make a quick $100. Go to the Verizon Wireless in Concord and ask for any imperfect Androids. I hear they sell them for $100 off...
Andrew did his best to get my cellphone back in action, but it was hopelessly poisoned...so I purchased a new one....hes a very patient and matter of fact man who deserves accolades....my wife and I each have 3rd generation cellphones from Andrews Nikkistore....
