The store was adequately staffed, and stock. All employees greated customers as the entered and exited. We must have heard about the B1G1 Half-Off Sale from every employee in the store. The checkout process was seamless even though the store was busy. They have a great variety of shoes and I will definitely shop here in the future.

Its a great store unless you see something you want. If you are a woman that needs a nice shoe in a 10 1/2 Wide, just go ahead and order online. Youre looking at a beautiful shoe and they take you to some old timey shoes in your size, not the beatiful one... We have the other one online..

Everyone was friendly. I had shoes on hold and they were able to get them and get me checked out in a fast and efficient manner. And anyone whose been in Concord Mills on a Saturday knows how hard that can be! Haha.

Best time experience Ive ever had in a store, everybody was super friendly and assisted when they could but one employee stood out from the rest and that was Zachary he was super friendly and assisted with my kids sizing and helping find the perfect shoe for both of them, he also helped me find the right shoe for my wife for Mothers day and even helped me find a pair after telling me about the amazing deal and that getting three pairs would nt be good enough and to get a pair for myself. Ill always come back to this Rack Room when I need more shoes!

You should never work or shop at this store anyway. My friends and I have worked at this store before its the worst experience you will ever have in retail life. The store manager/ district manager Brian is awfully rude and question you about your knowledge of the store then tells his own managers to retrain you. He makes fun of you when you have to return a pair of shoes that dont fit right on you with another assistant manager who has worked there for a long time. I dont approve any of their sarcastic jokes at all. Not only that if they dont like you in their store, they would target you with a mystery shopper review and put you to the blame. Whether it be 85% or 95% it would all be your fault and nothing below 100% is never perfect for them. They tell you that you are being too customer servicey with a customer too long and this is probably the only store that takes the managers away from the register. They say that they cant ring on the register and it has to be an associate out on the floor thats working hard. Its a retail store you serve every people and its rude to cut off a customer with another associate. There is a lot of favoritism in that store so save yourselves from being hired here. My friend has told me they even have a Code Brown in that store to warn the managers that there are Indians in the store so they can be watched and chased around just because they are messy people. How rude is that? Isnt that racist? Someone need to put a Mystery Worker into this store and see how they feel about being examined about their workplace. Its sad they dont have a store manager because of the district manager and his assistant managers are awful. Dont bother with Off Broadway either they are the sister company to the store.

The staff, including the manager were rude. They had limited toddler shoes in smaller sizes. What they did have they only had the display pair int he size I needed. They were damaged. I offered to buy them at a reduced rate and the manager wasnt having any of it. He was rude and smirking all the way through the conversation. In no store have I ever been treated like that.
