Really good selection, my brother spent nearly 2 hours here trying on different styles and brands to find what he wanted. Theres one thing you cant do online, walk around in the shoes before you buy them. They have a ton of brands and styles, any kind of boot you can think of they probably have. Everything from the gaudiest dance hall cowboy boot to the toughest ****kickers.

Their selection is great for both casual and work.

The people are always so friendly and helpful and they dont leave your side until youre satisfied

Showed the lady working there an image of a shoe from their website and I asked if they had this shoe in stock, was told flatly No. Fair enough, showed the lady another shoe and was told the same thing plus whatever shoes you see here is what we have. Was never offered help. I had never been inside a Boot Barn before. I have never owned a pair of boots before, so I was clueless. Was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her to try and spend $200 at her store. I spoke to three different ladies there today, none of which were of much help. So I bought a jacket and ordered the shoes online. I called the corporate office because their code wasnt working, same experience. lady sounded like she hated her life and hated her job. Was rude and short when I simply wanted to confirm the total and make sure she had the proper mailing address.

Awesome selection of boots, western style clothing and accessories.. love the native American styles. I purchased 2 pairs of cowgirl boots for my girls and they love the fit, feel and lights in the heels.

I bought a pair of boots from boot barn less than a week ago with one tag on them and when I tried to return for a size small unworn they was lazy and wouldn’t let me exchange. Said they couldn’t retag Poor service !!!

Boot barn the store is 4 stars. My experience with Boot barn online is not impressive. Order a pair of boots online on a Wednesday, money was taken out of bank account immediately, checked order status on Saturday,still processing order it said. Sunday money put back in bank account and order status said canceled. Also said shipped.??? The following Wednesday I ordered same boots directly from the factory instead of boot barn thinking my order was canceled. Return from work that evening and boot barn order was delivered to my home, checked order status and still said canceled. Thursday money the money was taken out of account again which cleaned out my bank account. Boots did not fit anyway . I returned boots promptly to store in Concord, NC. Where the lady working did all she could to help me shipped boots back. Called customer service numerous times, said they opened 8 am central time, left messages. Still no reply. Boots I ordered directly from Double H factory came in 24 hours, and no pay issue. Not a week, didnt fit neither, but customer service answer the phone first call and has been resolved. Closest boot barn for me is 80 miles away. But if you do business with them, I recomend you do it in store.

Brought a pair of Cody James boots 3 months ago for my husband. They are not worth $200 they are already falling apart. Will definitely be going back to Red wings were at least we have a warranty on the boots. Very happy that there is no warranty for a pair of boots that expensive.

By far the best Work & Western boot selection around. In addition to the footwear, the clothing and hats are top notch. Helpful and friendly employees that were also happy to leave me alone to shop, all made for a pleasurable shopping experience.

Helpful, but not pushy staff. Boots for days...for various uses. My darling was looking for a hat. Found a great leather hat in the outback style. Reasonably priced. Had some beautiful Stetsons on the wall.

Did not feel welcomed at all. Walked around for nearly 10 minutes without a hello, or can I help you. Maybe if I didnt have so much melanin, my experience would have been different.

I realize that this establishment has a 4.4 rating. However, this has been my personal experience. The staff is slack and just want to talk to everybody else but you. Plus, having a size 6-7 makes finding boots ridiculously hard. They told me they would order my boots and if they didnt fit, they would refund my money. But you have to buy the boots first and then wait. I would rather drive 4 hours to Pigeon Forge Tennessee and go to The Boot Factory Outlet. Where I actually bought 3 brand name pairs of boots for the price of one. Their store was a lot busier and the assistant (Candice) still had time to help 4 other people plus me find my 3 pairs of boots.

I ordered some boots through this location and due to fit/comfort issues ended up returning them. Miranda was extremely helpful in this entire process and kept me well informed. I felt like I received better than expected customer service. I will be shopping here again!

Has a great selection of boots. You can find cheap work boots and a nice pair to wear to church. Staff is eager to help. Also has a nice section of western wear. Grab a coupon before you go and make sure you are enrolled in their loyalty program to save more.

Came in store to buy boots and a pair of pants for my brother and I told the woman that the boots looked worn and she said thats how they are made. Take in consideration that the total coat for those 2 were $270. Well turns out the boots dont fit and I take them back 3 days later after he just tried them nothing more. The guy said he wouldnt take them back because they look worn. And I explained to him about the situation and he said hes sorry he couldnt because of there company policy.

I’m just not happy with my boots. I’ve worn them for a week and already the sole is fraying. Granted I work in hvac so it’s rough care on it but come on. For $150 and one week? I don’t recommend.

I came for lace up work boots and they carry all the big name brands. The employees were happy to answer any questions and help me find what fit my needs best. The prices were were pretty near to other competitors. I was a little disappointed with the selection of lace up Georgia Boots but found a nice pair for $179.99 that I purchased.

Dont assume were not going to purchase because were black. My boots are being purchased online for a discount.

So Boot Barns website says the boot I wanted was $189.95 Regular Price, in the store that boot goes for $214.99 allegedly, so on the website it was on sale for $161.46,,,manager says he can only give me $50 off the price of $214.99 plus tax, so that is $230,, so minus $50 and the price comes to around $180, Boot Barn couldnt possibly annoy you or make purchasing their product any more difficult. Sorry, cant do business with you folks anymore,,,do you notice on other major retailers how the price online MATCHES the one in the store,,you guys ought to give that a whirl...

NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN. THEY RUINED MY $150 BOOTS!!! I wanted to do something to treat myself because in all honesty I have self confidence issues. Ive been hesitant on buying a pair of nice boots for myself because of finances. After months of scrimping and saving and getting the courage to spend the money on a luxury like this for myself I finally bought a brand new pair of boots. I cant afford the super nice pairs so I was thrilled and excited I finally found a pair with in my price range. After ordering them in my size the calves were a little small which is no big deal because they will stretch then for me. Well after dropping them off for a few days I take the hour drive from SC because this is the closest location to me only to find that they only stretched one boot and not the other. On top of that they put a huge noticable crease in my brand new never been worn boot. I was lied straight to my face and told that that is normal from stretching. My cousin and grandfathers were both cobblers for 30+ years. I know for a fact that it is NOT normal if you know what your doing. Rather than throw a fit I kept my cool and knew that me getting angry wasnt going to get me anywhere. One of the managers spoke to another manager and after a short wait I was given a big middle finger to the face and was told I was SOL that I signed a waiver. Had I been properly informed that what I signed was a waiver I would have NOT gone to them. Rather than them doing the ethical thing and give me a refund or at least order me a new pair that is not damaged all they offered was to stretch the other boot. I URGE CORPORATE IF THEY SEE THIS THAT THEY MAKE IT RIGHT AND DO THE ETHICAL THING, NOT JUST GIVE ME SOME GENERIC SHPEAL OF SAYIN IM SOL. I was not properly informed before hand that I was signing a waiver.

Cheap quality boots. Poor selection. Decent selection of jeans. Only one employee working for entire store. When checking out employee was curt. Will not be going back.

Made a special trip here after they told me on the phone they could shape 30X fur hats. Ive seen this done many times. It takes 6-10 minutes to completely shape a hat correctly. After an hour of them messing around with it and it looking the same as when I got there I called it quits. Not a good place for hat shaping. Nice folks, no skills.

Went there to return a pair of boots that was defective and the manager Joe was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend and would not let me return my boots. Highly suggest going somewhere else to get boots.

They have an amazing selection however they never have the common sizes in stock!! Don’t waste your time if you’re an 10-11 they will not have it. I’ve been twice here in a month only to be disappointed both times.

Went there looking for work boots size 14 . Asked for help . Young man tht was working went and found one size 14 after we have looked for 30 mins plus . Gave us the one pair of boots and left didn’t find any more . Only sizes we seen on self was 10-12. Men have big feet and expected to go in a boot specialists and find there size 13 below and this is perfect store for you !
