Pretty cool place! Love their anime stuffs,snacks, anime stuff animals, different kinds of magnets, some electronic merchandise like headphones,ear buds...should of took more pics,would most definitely go back and shop there again. Lots and lots of cool stuff!

Amazing assortment of TV show, video game and anime based fan favorites. From action figures to blankets and other amazing things. Everything from Animal Crossing to Dragon Ball Z. Used DVDs and all sorts of things.

Tons of stuff is way over-priced compared to shopping online, but they do have that old CD shop vibe still going strong. Cool environment from a bygone era of media. More like a museum than an actual retail store at this point, but a fun destination to browse while waiting to see a movie!

I havent seen an fye in years back in the Midwest. So to see this still around here in Charlotte was pretty cool.... Nice hospitality when walking in.

Its an alright place nothing too special however, offers alot of vintage items, movies and some anime related merch. If your into any of this check it perhaps.

Lots of stuff hut with the lighting and the constant noise from the employees using ther merchandise guns, and other loud customers with an echo it eas a tad overwhelming there were definitely good deals though

This fye has a great selection of pop/rock vinyls! Plenty of artists and plenty of albums per artist.

The VIP membership program IS NOT FREE! They charge you $12 monthly and will try to avoid cancelation at all costs! I was enrolled in the program and was told there is no sign up fee. But was not told there is reoccurring monthly fees that are nonrefundable! I was legally scammed and wont ever support an FYE store again.

Targeted for Youth and I think adults? Overpriced records and stuff nobody ever buys? Definitely a thing of the past and Im unsure how they stay in business.

Merts is everything and some, my family ate here for the first time 4th of July weekend and we turned around three weeks later and went back just to go to Merts to eat again. Two hours away... Just too good to be true, go walking in to eat at Merts and youll definitely be going back out with a huge lean to one side. It puts a good Ole soul food hurting on you 🤣🤣😍

I walked down nostalgia lane when I was able to buy a CreepShow comic book 📖 . However, their credit card scanner was down :( and I had to pay with 💸. So my trip was ok.

All kinds of nerd stuff here, from Deadpool to Harry Potter. Lots of Japanese stuff as well and everything was on sale.

I like it I like I have a lot of variety in other pop culture stuff The sometimes I do wish they had a little more variety They used to be able to clean discs but they dont do that anymore sadly I hope they still let you do custom C ds or if they dont have it they can download music from a certain soundtrack Can you buy that disc

I always liked going to this store. It’s like a hot topic but with more stuff. From anime to KPOP to superheroes and music, you’ll find something you would want to buy. I bought a movie (breaking dawn part 2) and a purple gel pack.

Very disappointed! Apparently when you slide your card they automatically start taking $11.99 a Month. Ive read many comments and apparently a lot of other people have had this happen to them too. They never asked my permission. That is illegal. Highly disappointed.

A little bit messy but fun place

Outstanding customer service!! Came in with my little pokemon fan and not only did the staff show us where to check for DVDs, they even brought the 25th anniversary Pikachu by Funko Pop TO US -and we just happened to catch them on sale!! Thank you for bringing my kiddo a magical smile and the big chibi eyes!

This place was great. I hadnt been in an FYE in years but I was happy to know that this place is just as great as the last time I stepped in. Shopping for music and entertainment? This is the place.

ABSOLUTE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Inventory was checked for me and all points of my check out were covered at an expert level.

This place has it ALL, from old/new movies, action figures, unusual toys, clothing, rare candies and a number of electronics, CDs and vinyl records. Plus a good and friendly staff.

This place is the worse went up without mask as it broke just before getting there.They said they would let me in if I buy a mask there.So I can go in without a mask to buy a mask but not dvd.Blackmail!They said I cant shop there if I dont buy one,like the customer needs them!!! Go anywhere but there! I went to manifest was treated great plus handed a free paper mask to shop and spent 85 dollars.Never will fye get one penny from me!

Unfortunately, places like this seem to be going away, but awesome movie collectibles!

Their is a female employee that works in fye who has short hair and always wears the top half in a pony tail. She was very rude to me today when me and my friends were in the store. I needed a price of an item and she decides to get an attitude for that, and then slams the object back on the counter where I got it. Highly dissatisfied & she should be fired!

Me and my friend were there today and she asked how much something was and with the music being so loud, my friend asked her if she could kindly repeat what she said because she didn’t hear it, the girl rudely yelled back what she had said and then slammed the product back onto the shelf. Very terrible customer service.

A cool place to find CDS which no one seems to carry anymore. They also have neat tshirts and some graphic novels. Along with a record collection to browse through. Several other neat gadgets on sale as well. They do have a special program for discounts which is decent yet there is a membership fee, Im not a fan of that. Why pay a fee to receive a discount on purchases? That doesnt seem fair in my book.

FYE is always great to me because the geeky pop culture aspect. This store has changed over time as it should because thats how a business stays in business. I love the store because you find all sorts of things and they have deals going on everything. I got a Marvel collectors cereal box and oxygen. Oxygen, yeah its Aviators Oxygen and its a small canister. The Oxygen is just a good point of how this store sells the fun and unique stuff you dont find everywhere usually.

FYE has unique selections in store. Theres something for just about everyone. Music, t- shirts featuring bands, solo artists, movies, tv shows and more. Posters, mugs, portable speakers (pretty good quality), giant candies and other assorted goodies await. There are other surprising things to be found at FYE, but youll have to visit, which this store is definitely worth!

While its great to find some really cool stuff there are way to many times that they want to slip in a secret charge or hold your bank card hostage. Fun place but I would think before you buy. Is it really worth it?

There arent too many stores left like this out there today! Lots of nerd/geek collectibles as well as music (I know, right?) CDs, tapes, and vinyl. Always enjoy popping in to look around.

Pretty wide variety of goods, but not organized. The employees are polite, but not really helpful with finding products. Their prices are all pretty reasonable. Its a good place to meander through when youre looking for new entertainment media.

Always stop here whenever Im at the mall and spend at least 30 mins looking at all the fun stuff. Good deals on some things but you have to hunt for them on the shelves or racks.

Its a great store and all but I will admit its pretty pricey. I went there to look for an album and it was $20, then I went to Walmart and found the same album for literally $5 and some change. I will say that there selection of albums is quite large so thats a plus : )

I love this store i can find almost anything i want and for a great price and i never have any trouble finding anything.

I was lied to about the “discount card” I was told it was completely free. Well that was a lie, I called to cancel it not even knowing I was already charged for 2 months. I hope I get my money back! Do no get tricked into getting this card!!! I will never shop there again.

Love this store. CDs are cheap, just make sure you double check the price. Some CD boxes have the wrong price tag

Do not trust your credit card to these thieves. Once you purchase something at the register they will offer you “free magazines”, and if you say yes to the offer they will give up your credit card information away to a 3rd party without your express consent. They are not up front and you get unauthorize charges to your credit card 30 days later.
