First time ever going in this market!!! Saw a sign that stated marinated chicken, so thought I would give it a shot… Did not disappoint one bit!!! Some of the best chicken I have had, and kind customer service… grabbed a menu, because I will be back. Great selection of beer as well.. you are amazing little spot can’t wait to go back to be a regular!!!

Good meats and deli. If you can afford it. Prices significantly higher than a grocery store. But that is to be expected.

This is the best market around. The pizza is incredible! Get the rodeo pizza. It has their awesome Rodeo burger meat on it. This place has it all. So glad to live near it. Beer. Pizza. Friendly staff. Just wonderful. Ive bought their chicken and steak tips too. Nothing else like it.

Not as friendly as it was during the pandemic. I asked him for a rib eye steak to be cut in half because it was so big and he refused to do it. Claims that no one would buy the other half. I cant believe that this happened because during the pandemic he cut the same piece of meat without a issue. I dont want to be forced to buy more than I need. Hes lost a customer as far as I am concerned.

About 2 years they started selling these amazing Vermont icecream sandwiches. Best things ever. They sadly dont sell them now. But the rest of this store makes up for it.

Excellent selection & quality of meat products. Very large selection of beer & wines. Pretty much have most things you would purchase at grocery. Prices are a bit higher than I like, but you pay for convenience of location.

Awesome atmosphere, owners are very friendly and helpful. Meat selection is great, beer selection is unbelievable. Love coming by to grab cigars and some meat. Ribeye ia the way to go.

Easily the best craft beer store in the Capitol region (and one of the best in NH, period). Huge selection and a knowledgeable, friendly staff that’s always looking to expand and bring in great beer. Amazing meat selection and pizza as well! They also sell a ton of local goods and maintain a really useful selection of convenience store items. Love this place!

This is a great neighborhood market. The craft beer and cider selection is large and well curated by the owner. There is always something new in the meat cooler to bring home for the grill, and its a quick spot to fill up propane as well. The pizza here is a well kept secret, especially if you order a fresh pie from the deli. The owner and staff are pleasant and treat their customers with respect. Take the long way home tomorrow and stop in!

Great selection of craft beers... Over 175 different choices. Homemade pizzas are very good. Marinated Tips and meats are very tasty for the grill and their meat is hand-cut by their butcher daily. Usual convenience store stuff. Propane. On the Contoocook River so you can pick your boat and run in.

Been going here since I was a child one thing that blows my mind is their meat no grocery store in nh can compete with the quality of meat they have. Its incredibly fresh and its hard to ever consider getting meat anywhere else after you have bought some from river hill. This place has always been blessed with good owners as well!

Before Tom sold the store a few months ago this was my go to stop for Beer, meats and other quick fixes. It is now ran by an extremely rude gentleman from Manchester. I stopped sending my business there after a frequent customer for 13 years. I hope Tom takes it back from this A-hole!
