The #1 spot for Home Brew and beer stuff in the east bay. I was an avid home brewer for 10 years, and have stopped the hobby, but still have a kegerator and this place is my spot for keg parts, and even kegs!!!, wine making stuff too. They used to have coffee roasting tools as well. The folks that work here are helpful, nice we and knowledgeable. Couldnt recommend more highly

Ordered a false bottom for a digiboil about 3 weeks ago. Went in the day they said they would get it in because it was in their warehouse and was told it hadnt made it due to their delivery truck breaking down. They said they would just ship it to my house when they located it. I have received no new notifications about the item and it has not arrived yet. There has been no follow up calls or reassurance. Looks like they stiffed me $80 awesome.

This is my local home brew shop, they really make you feel welcome. When it comes to having a staff that can answer your questions and be friendly 100% of the time, this place takes the cake. Nicest people ever who work here and are willing to help. Today they gave away sausages that they cooked in their smoker. Truly a lucky day, it was delicious. Ive been going to this store for more than 15 years I think... At least since 2007

Staff here always makes sure you get what you need, after looking for a while i asked one of the guys for a weird specific part for my keg system. He dropped what he was doing an helped me out and was super cool and made sure it would work. They have my business from now on!

They have everything you need to make, drink, serve and dispense beer. Look around for the shop dog...give em a pat on the head. They also sell craft beers near the front of the store. Everyone is so helpful and they really know their business too!

Best brew supply store in California, Bill is extremely helpful as is the rest of his staff. Havent seen another store that even competes as far as pricing an inventory is concerned. I drive 3 hours to this location and its always worth it.

The staff here have been fantastic when I come by, knowing the store and helping me with orders and just being very friendly and fun. Their prices are great, too. I only wish I lived closer so I could justify coming to all the classes they offer.

Have been using this location for CO2 exchanging for more than a few years now. Always has been a quick and painless process. Is always afordable as well. Friendly service has always been experienced here as well.

Only the best beer store around. I love the new grinding room and the expanded kits & equipment selection. Whether youre new to brewing or an old pro, that place is like mecca. I appreciate the people who work there for always having helpful advice, and for giving discounts for those of us in brewing clubs. If you brew, this is your place (and they have a great catalog too).

I would normally give it a 5 because the showroom and staff is awesome. However they are very slow to ship.

I rely heavily on MoreFlavor to supply both equipment and consumables for my winery and I am very satisfied. MoreFlavor has always supplied quality products at reasonable prices. Their shipments are always well packaged with care. I love the fact that their website is easy to navigate too.

Its a warehouse home brew shop with little charm. It would be nice to have a beer or a conversation about brewing. They said they had beer on tap but wouldnt serve me any. Look to the smaller shops to provide better service and comradarie.

Good brewing supply store: they almost always have what we looking for and if not exactly there is an excellent substitute. The folks here are always helpful and things are generally organized. Brewing beer definitely is not a cheap hobby, but is a ton of fun and this place is one of the places we get our supplies at a decent price. They also have a sake brewing kit and wine making supplies. If they didnt have something you were looking for Im sure they would be glad to order it for you.

I have a lot of old soda bottles to fill and cap, they were very knowledgeable, explained different options, and set me up with the best way possible without selling me the most expensive way possible. I will always recommend them to anyone.

Went with my daughter. My first time going. Very friendly. Became interested in making Root Beer with my grandson. We can go to classes together and my favorite...Ginger Beer...always wanted to make it. I highly....highly recommend this place.

Love this place! Making beer for the first time was scary but got lots of help from everyone here. They recently remodeled the place and looks great with even more selections and supplies.

Ok west coast IPA fans, I was driving from Brentwood to San Ramon TotalWine because they had the best selection of west coast IPA kegs I could find until I stumbled on to this place because I needed a co2 tank exchange. They do both 5 and 20lb tank exchange.But what sets this place apart from the huge selection is they don’t charge a deposit for your keg. Cost is a little higher but comparable to BevMo.And if they can, they will get that keg you can’t find elsewhere.I was blown away by the products available to brew your own and this is the first place I found that has kegerators for sale, new and used I believe.I found 3 kegs both times I’ve been without requesting them. Gonna request for next time because you are reading this and you will surely buy the ones I really like. I was gonna buy 5 but I’m really picky.Oh and if you need help loading them, this is the place.

Unkown if the staff has turned over recently but today 11/18/19 attempted to call and place an order. Phone was picked up and never recieved a response. I supposed staff was helping another customer, not the case as I was able to hear the whole conversation for over 20 minuted about two employees weekend adventure. By the way, hopefully you two got all the stuff cleaned up that I heard about. Afterwards called the another vendor to place my order. 45 minutes later phone at Concord is still busy....must still be off the hook. Product is spot but Customer service....not so much anymore.

Nice people working here, they saw i was struggling homebrewing in 1.1L bottles and gave me a 5 gal. Definately coming back.

This place has damn near everything you could want that is related to making beer and wine. It even sells legs of beer (5 gallon and pony kegs for the most part), and single cans and bottles. The staff is pretty helpful too.I docked them a star because I had bought a double tap tower for a kegerator that was leaking because it was improperly made. I brought it back to repair, or exchange, and the guy that builds them didnt believe I got it from there. Said he had been building them for several months and he didnt build them like that with the hose and parts. He asked me if I got it on the internet. Was rather sour. Finally the owner scrolled down in the invoices on my account and saw I had purchased it. I was nonplussed.

You just cant find places like this any more. Their variety of product is 2nd to none but with Google now thats hardly a selling point for a business anymore. Where these guys excel is customer service and not just in the way youd think. Walk in and talk to the employees. Their depth of knowledge marketplace and culture can save you time and tons of money. On more than one occasion the customers will even dive into their experiences and what theyve found works or doesnt. You cant buy that kind of insight and you certainly cant Google it.Hell if you think Im full of it just go in there and strike up a conversation and see what happens. Im betting if you dont walk out of there smarter than you walked in no one else could have saved you either.YOU GUYS ROCK!

Great brew shop. The staff is great with knowledge out the wazoo. Answered all my questions and gave advice. Also they carry DIY coffee stuff to roast your beans at home and ways to make the coffee from french press to the Aero press. Great place, love it.

They dont just sell ingredients and equipment - they help you buy the right ones. Very understanding of the needs of a hobbyist like me.
