I have to give a big shout out to the managers of the catering and deli department. I had called in a large order to the deli and was promised it would be ready by 9:30 am the following day. I arrived to pick up and they had no record of the order. The two young men made it right and pulled it all together and had 3 LARGE trays of wraps ready to go in an hour. On top of that they discounted the amount for my inconvenience. I didnt even have to ask they just did it. I will never forget how they handled the situation. They didnt make excuses or not once make me feel like I didnt really order it. They just were huge helpers. Thank you so much!! ❤

Always a pleasure to shop at Publix. The food is fresh, you have a deli bar, hot food bar and very fresh vegetables. If you need anything, the staff is more than willing to assist. I do miss them asking if they can take out my groceries.

We ordered a 16th birthday cake for my kid two weeks in advance, as my wife had recently been in the ICU for non covid issues and was unable to bake one. Everyone said to try Publix. Best cakes ever. Well, today, an hour before pickup time, they called to say “we ran out of chocolate. Sorry”. I realize they order the cake bases in advance, but you’d think they’d make sure to order ENOUGH. OR EVEN CALL THE DAY BEFORE. Not call at 11 when pickup time is at 12. Even Walmart of all places has better customer service than this. Definitely not wasting my time ordering a cake again from here.

The produce is hit or miss. Ive experienced this at a few Publix. Outside of that, the store and staff are great. I love the flower section and pricing. I just wish they had Eucalyptus lol

Publix is getting more and more of my business. Clean store, ample supply of products. Really like the Calloway Blue Spring Water they carry. A bit more expensive, yet worth it. Id recommend shopping here

We ordered my sons cake here strawberry with fresh strawberries im the middle. So yummy to say the least. Definitely be doing that again. Shannon was great in helping order the cake.

So wow! I visited Publix at Willow Oaks as I always do since it opened. I have never ever had a bad experience at this location always people who know your name and always make you feel welcome. Well today I approached the woman standing at the registers maybe a front end manager? So I had a frozen can of grape juice and asked for a price because there wasnt one for the product in the freezer. She looked at me and said I dont have a way to price it. I asked couldnt you step to a register and do an inquiry and she said no but I can. I wasnt even ready to leave. So I put everything back on the shelf and left.wow guys just warm body syndrome I would say.so you lost 100.00 today.

I love this place. Today we got some great fresh veggies. There was a musician busking, playing some nice mellow music.

Super clean location. Staff is always happy to help! Never long of a wait at the line. One of my favorite locations to visit for sure!

So very disappointed they got rid of their meat counter. I come here 2-4 times a week to by my steak, as my family likes different cuts, and I prefer to buy the same day we cook. So it’s looks like I will no longer be buying my steak here and will be driving down the street to HT. Hope they reconsider and bring back their meat counter.

The wait was ridiculous in the deli. Too much talking to each other not enough food prep. The salad lettuce was brown and they said they put out all they had. The bakery however was awesome and accommodating as usual

Great place to grab a quick meal when you dont want to cook, for those last minute picnics, or for those extra guests that show up without notice. Food is always hot and fresh. Wings, sandwiches, cakes, fresh flowers....etc.

Jen in bakery made two golf themed pull apart cupcake cakes for my husband’s Celebration of Life Party. He was an avid golfer so I asked for “something golf” and Jen went WAY FAR BEYOND anything I could have imagined. Absolutely amazing. We had sand traps, rolling greens, even Swedish fish in the water hazard, and not to forget the GOLF CARTS and 18 th hole flag!! The photo doesn’t do her work justice. THANK YOU JEN!!

Very well floor plan, aisle labels visible and easily seen. Very clean, organized and the staff was very friendly.

This place is super awesome. We go for prescriptions but also to shop. Its clean and beautiful and the staff is super nice and helpful. Everything is fresh and bright and worth going. We actually drive a bit past several food lions to get to the Publix.

Pretty sad when 10 items or less cant take you when they dont have a line and you only have probably 15-20 Max items and that only other two registers that are open have overloaded buggies full. Food Lion will take you in Express checkout as long as theres no one in line

The Publix market has many upscale items and lots of varity. This includes a deli, meat market, Pharmacy and many other high end items. On Wed. senior citizens get 5 % discount on the bill.

This raspberry cake is absolutely delicious. I will be buying it pretty regular. It is sweet and tart. Just the right amount of both

They have awesome wings..not for flying..but for eating. Chicken wings people, cmon catch up.They sell Heinz ketchup also.

Publix is our new grocery store. You get exactly what you pay for here. Customer service is always top notch! We used to go to HT for all our deli/bakery needs but never again!!!

Cheap publix brand tonic water and soda and high quality too beer is also good most prices are high

My son and wife had recently married in another state and I was hosting a dinner party for our friends who live here in North Carolina. I have never been to Publix but had been told that they made incredible cakes. I took the plate in hat we were using for the dinner and asked them to match up the colors. I was so pleased with how the cake turned out. It was beautiful AND delicious. I will definitely be ordering my cakes from there again.

This is my go to store, was a little disappointed in the produce and packaged meat departments today hence the four out of five ⭐s. Still the best Publix in the area because the staff is always helpful. Trying the pork Florentine on the grill from the butcher counter today.

Meats are fresh but if you compare prices to Walmart or even foodlion they cant compete I was going to buy a Edwards pecan pie from Publix it was 9.98 cents at Walmart it was 5.98 for the same pie I dont see why there is a 4$ price difference for the same item.

The store is always clean and neatly stocked. If I ever need produce, I usually come here because its always so fresh and reasonably priced. Their proteins are also pretty on point.

Clean grocery store and have deli which have good subs, sandwiches, salad, etc. Sometimes they have items when other places do not.

I didnt realize this center was down there but I was visiting family in the hospital in Concord and wanted to stop by Publix because I was looking for a specific type of pickle and they had it and had lots of other things I do enjoy going in the Publix at my daughters home at the coast and this one was awesome as well and the staff was great because its important to acknowledge customers when they go through the self-checkout and the representative that was working the self-checkout did and I greatly appreciated that because a lot of the stores at the self-checkout you dont get any recognition and I think thats sad

I purchased a birthday celebration cake online and picked it up today for my birthday tomorrow and I’m very disappointed in the way my cake looks. My macoon cookie on top of the cake was broken so i had to ask for a new cookie to be place there also the white chocolate bar had something black on it😤i still paid for the cake because my party is tomorrow but i will never get a cake from them again their quality sucks at this location i have been shopping at Publix for 6 years since i lived in Atlanta where they take pride in their products but here in concord NC on wedding rd are horrible!!!!!!!!!

Super clean and friendly staff. Deli gets a bit overwhelmed but they try their best.

Staff are very helpful, theyre willing to go and check the back if the shelves are empty.

The sub station service and wait time was horrible. It was well staff maybe 5-6 employees plus management on the floor. However I waited 15 minutes before service was rendered even after employee ask for help. Then it took 30 more minutes to prep do to all condiments was out.

Stopped by to pick up dinner on the way home from visiting family. Purchased 20 wings and whole rotisserie dinner from deli dept. Took 5 dipping sauce at the deli counter to go with the chicken dinner. Cashier extra charged me for the dipping sauces because she said i am only allow 2 dipping sauces for the 20 wings. Nothing for the rest of the chicken. REALLY??? 2 dipping sauces for all the chicken i had purchased? Other Publix locations believe in customer service and would not give me an issue. Especially the amount of dipping sauces i request to go my chicken purchases is not excessive. Clearly, this location dont know what customer service is. I will NOT be back

This review is for the deli. I have always liked the service and treatment I receive from Publix. They always treat you like you just got home and are always helpful when you don’t know what to get.But something diferente happens this time the person attending me at the sub station, she started judging me for what I was going to order and for what I was putting on my sub and made me felt poorly of my self.I felt very judge, I never expected to feel this at a place as nice as publix. I also disliked the way and the time they took to make you sub,, sube if she didn’t spend all that timé judging me she might have focused on making my sub faster.

I use the pharmacy there and they are all very polite and they treat every customer with the utmost respect and they ensure that they are clean and disinfected at all times. They even called me to let me know that my medicine was not in stock at the time and when to expect it and it was there when they said it would be. They also made sure that I received any discount that was available. Great experience every time

The prices are higher than walmart but they have bogo free specials alot and other discounts and birthday perk. The store is cleaner then walmart and the employee are friendly. This Publix is organized well and the atmosphere is good here no stress shopping.

I love this store. All the staff are super friendly, especially Fred at the deli counter. Nice atmosphere. Cant wait until all the COVID restrictions are lifted so the nice lady that makes the sample meals can provide that bonus to the shopping experience. Ive also utilized curbside service and thats great as well.
