My wife (and a female friend that went there) have never been talked down to. These guys are the best of the best in customer service, and I couldnt recommend them higher!

My experience was not good. Do not trust verbal agreements. Best to get quotes in writing. Had I done this Id be $95.00 richer

The owner, Chuck is someone I trust implicitly. He performs quality work at a reasonable price. He has told me several times that I DONT need services and repairs that a dealership told me that I needed, saving me many hundreds of dollars.

Super rip off. Dude lied to me. 6 hours and 400$ for an easy 1 hour job. Then they he said hell split the cost of a window motor which he said is $1000.00. I just priced it through audi usa and its $500.00. He is splitting nothing. Not honest. Not worth your time. They are preying on people.
