One word: Amazing! My lift gate would not stay up once it opened. The dealership wanted to charge us close to $1500.00 to replace the entire assembly. Took it to Joe just to see what he would charge to replace the assembly. Upon talking to him by phone, he said it sounds like it just needs to be reprogrammed. I brought it in and lo and behold, he was spot on. It just needed to be reprogrammed. Saved me over a grand. I cant recommend him enough for his knowledge, expertise, honesty, and professionalism.

I was repeatedly ripped-off by national franchises after moving to the Charlotte area, but eventually was referred here by a colleague. I immediately felt at-ease; they replaced my Nissans brakes and tires with integrity, at fair price, in a matter of hours. I will be back for tie rods and struts soon, and look forward to the experience!Update: numerous visits and miscellaneous service appointments later, I am still glad yo have found them. Joe and Austin are Craftsmen and truly conscientious. I now live in South Charlotte, but still drive up to Concord because I like and trust them.

I have been coming here since 2007.Best repair I have ever been to the extent that I will keep buying nissans because of Joe and Austin.If they repaired Toyotas, then I would buy Toyota. But it’s Nissan for me because of joe.

Highly capable, honest, reliable and dependable ... Joe is an extremely proficient Nissan virtuoso, that knows Nissans inside out and can disassemble and reassemble most of them within hours instead of days... I bought a vehicle over 10 years ago from Joe, and never let anyone service it but him... unfortunately my first vehicle I purchased from him was totaled shortly thereafter and Joe rebuilt it from ground up not once but through three accidents (none of them being our vehicle or operator fault) where the auto was totaled and totally rebuilt and reconditioned three times in a six year period...I have been so impressed and satisfied with Joes integrity that the next two vehicles I that I purchased were Nissan so I could be assured of having a great mechanic for any type of repair and/or service...He runs a full skilled shop, capable of any and all repair including body work and paint... his specialty is Nissan, but Ive also had him do minor work such as brakes, air conditioner work and oil changes on several other manufactured auto brands as well. Great service at a fair expense that you can rely upon.

Mr. Joe is a very nice man. I bought a used nissan and took it to him to get it checked out. He gave me quotes and there was NO PRESSURE to spend the money right then. He seems honest for the most part.
