If you are looking in the area for a new Genesis I would highly recommend Genesis of Concord. Worked with David Ash and Alex and they treated my family and I with the up most respect on our new GV70. There was not one moment where I did not feel as though they were not looking out for our best interest in pricing or options. If you want to have a connective experience, definitely ask for their assistance. The day of my purchase, David rescheduled his person plans to ensure that we would be able to meet. I have been talking with Ashley at Modern Genesis for a couple of months about the GV80. Once I moved to NC, I decided to go in and look at it. I have been looking at the Cadillac, Volvo, Hyundai Palisade and the Lincoln Aviator as potential new cars. I have had it for 12 days and drove it less than 80 miles. I wanted the bigger engine but they did not have it in stock So they talked me into this one. I tried to contact the General Manager numerous times and never received a call back from him. I wanted to upgrade to the bigger engine and pay the difference. I paid $64000.00 for this car. They finally called me back today and said they would allow $56000.00 to take it back. Thats $8000 less than I paid 10 days ago. Seems like they are using unfair trade practices to me. I feel very mistreated and wondering what to do next. I was willing to pay the difference in the price to upgrade but this is purely a attempt to rip me off.

Called before 8am to schedule first service on 2021 Genesis GV80 and had to leave a message to call me back. Called again around 12pm and got the same run around. Havent heard a word since, it is now 5pm. Genesis Service???????????????????????????
