Great place! Never knew it was there. They have a little bit of everything. (No clothing). Paint items. Hardware. Furniture. Bathroom items. Towel racks. Most of the furniture is large. The store does not deliver but they have a list at the front desk of people who you can call for delivering. I really enjoyed searching around the store to see what they have. It is arranged nice and neatly. They dont always have the same things so you can go back over and over. The staff are very nice and helpful.
The store was safe in how they allow customers in. They also had someone spraying the air with some kind of disinfectant. Prices were sometimes not on items making it difficult to shop. Not all items are prices. I would come back if I needed certain items. They do post on Craigslist so its easier to save yourself a trip if youre looking for a piece of furniture .
Nostalgia-ish! I hate to bring them up, but I must, not only to elongate contrast but ultimately word of advice. That nostalgic feeling you used to feel when walking into a Saint Vincent De Paul or a Goodwill has been lost. The only place that I have been able to achieve that nostalgic feeling that represents both my past and my present and sometimes even my future all cloaked with excellent customer service backed with a tangoim-isk yet friendly and refreshing style of haggling that often leads to the benefit of their patron! My Habitat for Humanity store demonstrates what its mission with its profits, Personally, Ive seen homes built which is woos me in those miments I over indulged and may experience a little buyers remorse. (Haha lol) Trust me when I say, its just an all-around enjoyable experience. There is a lot of good things to come out of there ranging from light fixtures to that old cable to that old stereo or even a needle for your oldrecord player! Bebit desperados, apron shop induced treasure hunt, or, spending time on a unwind, its a wonderful place and if the local Monument store in Concord does not have what you need maybe Santa Rosa or Oakland will. Over all five stars six! 10 Stars 11! Finding what you need puts me in heaven! thank you habitat you guys are awesome as for the Goodwill stop saying someone switched the price tag when you bring your purchase to the cashier and up in the price and Saint Vincent De Paul what happened to all your donors that gave something that was worth selling, those guys better step it up and take note. Habitat Store, take your bow!
Everyone was friendly and helpful in holding the item I found on Craigslist then helping load it into my vehicle!
Disappointing! I had something on hold bc I forgot my credit card and bc I was 15 minutes late the next day, they gave it away to another. That piece has been there for a long time and all of a sudden, someone else wants it, and they didnt bother calling me. Rude with terrible customer service.
I hadnt visited Habitat for Humanity in many months. The store has greatly improved. Lots of cool stuff.
They have mostly furnitures. Not many scrap metal and parts. But some of what theyre selling are still in unopened boxes. They are also in what used to be a bowling place so its smaller compared to other Restores Ive been to. Located in a strip mall with restaurants and fast-food around so its easy to get a quick bite before/after.
Excellent service helping with donated items. Issues detailed tax receipts and sent via email. Good selection of some new... mostly used household items and furniture. No junk...good prices. A great organization to support by both donations and purchases.
Shop here first when you need quality used and one of a kind housing, furniture, miscellaneous, interior and exterior supplies.
It was a great place until lately when they began charging higher than retail prices.if you are looking for a deal look somewhere else.the flea market they run here is overpriced.they charge higher then new retail for stuff people couldnt get rid of anywhere else.
Friendly helpful staff & great deals to be found, all while helping out a great cause
Very nice HHR stocked with high-end and often unused items. Because it is situated in the pricey East Bay area outside of San Francisco they receive donations of surplus from projects in $1M homes. They have a lot of furniture, and almost all of it is in good shape such that it would be the pride of any modest home. They are lacking in power tools, doors and windows. However the hardware and fastener selection is huge. Visit and you are almost guaranteed to find something you want and at a bargain price.
Love this place! Always something new! Best place to find gently used furniture:flooring and odd hardware items. Super cheap and always changing. I stop in once a week minimum. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff too.
Was very surprised with the amount of items they have in inventory
This Habitat store is one of the best around. I have gone to a lot of HH stores throughout northern and central California and this is in the top 5 in my book. Great staff and great prices/ deals. Clean and organized.
While I understand and appreciate the mission of this store, their prices are entirely too high. People are shopping here to find a deal, NOT pay retail prices. They would move a lot more merchandise with better prices.
I love this store. I always seem to find a little something I need. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
One of the best place to get FURNITURE, APPLIANCES and MORE on very shipper price ! I bought a dining table for 10 persons and just paid it for $60 bucks ! And my contribution goes to help ! Love it ! I like ALWAYS SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS 👍
