Currently under some remodeling (as of Oct. 2021), this is my go-to Best Buy after the closure of the location in Afton Ridge. A friendly staff and relatively clean and organized store, you can usually find what youre looking for here. Bought the phone im currently writing this review on from her in 2019 with incredible ease and great service, as Ive seen repeated since.Pro Tips:- Since this location is attached to the always-chaotic Concord Mills and the new flyover bridge entrance has yet to be completed, look to come in one of the side or back entrances to get her quickest and use the loop road to avoid the main entrance traffic flow issues.- Since there is an entrance to the inside of the mall, expect the video games and toys sections to be barren, if not completely torn apart. Youd have to get there early or order what you want for pickup to get what you need from those sections.

Their PS5 drop was a disorganized mess. They supposedly were only supposed to limit sales to one per person but when waiting in line we saw people walking out of the store with 2-3 PS5s and price gouging right in the parking lot. This store needs better management and planning.

I placed an online order, to which it says Your item will be ready for pickup in one hour. Two hours later, I still had no your order is ready for pick up email so I went to the store. Representative Gretel was very kind and helpful. She proceeded to Prioritize picking of my item. When represents Roberto walked by he said to me, The only thing that I can suggest is for you to cancel it and repurchase in store. Mind you, this was a $400 laptop. Save yourself the frustration GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I came in to shop for air pods. We were by the apply products looking at them and waiting for someone to come help us. We accidentally set off an alarm on one of the phones, and made a joke that at least someone will come over and help us then. But then proceeded to stand there waiting for someone to come over to at least turn the alarm off. We saw about 4-5 Best Buy workings standing around and talking to each other, even looking over at us and the obnoxious alarm ringing, but did absolutely nothing about it. Finally someone did come over but didn’t ask us if we had any questions or needed help. It prompted us to leave and shop online.

Went to buy a graphics card here. This is the store that seems to get everything. They are always stocked up. Great staff. They got almost 200 gpus and the surrounding stores didnt get any. So theres something special about this place. Ps heres an insider trick always get the protection plan for everything.

I bought 2 TVs PHYSICALLY in this store. Then I went to eat. When I was gonna pick them up they start to asked me for the id I tried to explain that immigration office of USA (USCIS) has it but this guy didn’t even let me explain just saying that I cannot take them. I show my card (the one that I use to pay in the store), a picture of my ID and he didn’t even wanna look at it. After that, the first guy, the one that sold me the tv (excellent person), Came over and he fix the problem. I don’t know what happen with these people but I think if I pay for something and then they don’t wanna give the item (Not even giving me a chance to explain) THEY TRY TO ROBBER ME

Horrible. It took me 15 mins to make a $1600 purchase. It took me all together 1 hour and 56 minutes to try to reach someone with Best Buy about my purchase. A few hours later I was advised by EMAIL that they don’t actually have the item I WALKED INTO THE STORE, SAW AND PAID FOR. There is a reason why folks are shopping elsewhere. Don’t waste your time. Now I have to drive back to this store in the morning to cancel my order and receive my refund of $1606. So disturbed by this behavior. And no, I am not speaking to anyone in Mexico or India to give them all of my personal details. Are you serious? In this day and age? Are there any CSR companies left in America? Trying to fix and issue I didn’t make myself is tough on a Wednesday night. Never again will I shop at this store or any other Best Buy for that matter. They can’t blame this one on the customer. Just poor customer service.

They have just about anything you could want electronic. Computer, gaming consoles, phones, smart watches, and so much more. The staff is always friendly. Just about anything you have an issue with you can take back with 🧾 and with the grace period. And they have people that walk around so if you have a question just ask they will always answer you and know what they are talking about if they dont know the answer they find it out.

Sept 4- I went to Best Buy as I was instructed to do by the 800 customer service number to get my 20% discount from me being a vendor tp employee. Upon discovery Scott Moore stated hes never heard of that and hed check w/another. He returns to cashier and I to simple state the csr rep was wrong in telling me that. I then asked to speak to his manager- HE REFUSED- He said he was the manager. I expressed I wanted the next level. He became offended stated who because I told you no? Then he states thats it my deamor lol then walks off in the middle of conversation. Then comes back ... just to then oversee cashier. So I stated just yo be clear your refusing to honor the 20% discount and to give me manager info. He yes yes.Soooo BEDT BUY..I would strongly suggest you begin to look at your managers who make great business decisions and NOT PERSONAL.I RETURNED $854 and closed a $4600 cc over a $170 adjustment that could have been processed on YOUR STORE CREDIR CARD!!!ALAN KARPUITCH youve got to do better!!!This is SAD BAD BUSINESS 👎

Best Buy use to be one of my favorite places to shop. I could spend hours just looking and planning for my next big purchase. Over the years sock, customer service has gone down. One the things I appreciated about the Best Buy in (Kannapolis/Concord), which is now closed ; was all employees were very knowledgeable about the products within the store and willing to assist customers. I wish this was true for this store location.

Bought a new LG washer and dryer pair. Salesman was excellent and thorough. He gave us options for warranty and delivery. Some confusion occurred when they were being delivered because we were told that delivery and hook-up was part of our deal. The trucker just delivered and left. Since we had been without a working washer for two weeks, I got out my tools and hooked them up. Later in the day I received a call to schedule when they would be hooked up, but I had already completed that and was using them. Im a bit frustrated with their lack of communication here.

Usually when I go into Best buy its because an electronic device that I purchased there has failed to operate properly. However, every time I buy something there I buy the warranty. I havent had to buy a new Bluetooth in over 3 years because it stays covered by their warranty, and their exceptional service. Five stars from me hands down.

Got screwed over by customer service and geek squad while trying to replace a vacuum.Paid $160 (Vacuum) + $40 (Insurance) Originally. Forced to pay $60 for replacement vacuum... $20 (Advanced Model / Upgrade) + $40 (Insurance). The replacement should not be $40 every time, Poor Advertising.

It was busy and took a little while to get help. The help I received was good at the time but when I got home I realized the associate helped me pick out a TV mount that was not compatible with the TV I purchased at the same time. They also did not have the TV in stock they were advertising on sale, so I had to settle for one I am not happy with. Best Buy is too far to drive for mediocrity in my opinion. Shouldve went to Walmart I guess.

I got to the store before it opened. Just a few of us waiting. I was returning an item I bought for my grandson, process went smooth. Decided to look at refrigerators and not no one came to me, helped me at all. I stood in that area for awhile looking online at the reviews and more details on their selection. No one helped at all. They set a appointment for me to come and put speakers in my car on May 6th we paid for it and all we have paper work for it and all. Went up there today to see if they can do it sooner was told we not in the system at all so they made appointment for 18th we will be out of town then if we wouldve came up there on 6 I wouldve been very upset how I am now. Was told by call service they should honor the date we have on file but went up to store the store manager stated they cant because they already put someone in our spot I will NEVER do business with best buy ever again.As much money Ive spent with them. I will return to bring them all their speakers and and my installation refund. Wont recommend anyone else either because they are unprofessional.

Ive not been out to Concord in several years. I ordered a vaccuum online and chose store pickup. Pretty wild to check out all of the gizmos and gadgets. Google maps was awesome in taking a back route to avoid road construction. Just a great day to go for a ride and pick up a $400 vaccuum. (I gotta stop buying stuff I really dont need.)

HORRIBLE customer service. I don’t get it. There are soooo many employees roaming the store, yet one employee POINTED to where I could get my item. NOBODY asked me if they could help me find something. I needed to find a cell phone cover and was directed to customer service. TWO employees there, checking out people BECAUSE THE CHECK OUT LINE WAS CLOSED! 3 employees remained at the door greeting people and not doing much of anything else. When I got up to my turn at customer service the guy refused to walk with me to find a cover for my cell phone, yet, the other employee, stepped out, around the desk, walked over and came back with a selection of ear phones for his customer to choose from. No wonder why all the stores are closing. Won’t be back.😤

I ordered a monitor online and returned it to the store. I had to wait while the associate ripped open the box to make sure the monitor was there. I told her that it hadnt been opened. She then proceeded to pull all the pieces which were all still entact in their plastic bags. It made me feel a certain way considering that the Best Buy security tape wrapped multiple around the outside of box was still intact when I returned it. It was so secure that she had difficulty cutting it off.

Store employees were extremely rude, especially the two ladies working the customer care counter today at approximately 4:30pm. They were completely unwilling to assist and essentially told me that the 1 hour pickup timeframe communicated on the website was something they it says to all customers, but the company didn’t expect for employees to actually make this happen for customers. Save yourself some time and a headache and do business elsewhere.

The website guaranteed 2 day shipping for an item. Once the order was placed that changed to 10 day shipping. Had I known it would take that long I would have opted for in store pick up. Called customer support immediately and was told that since the item was still processing I had to wait until the following day (despite the website stating that changes had to be made within 30 minutes, which I told him). When I called the following day I was told there was nothing they could do because I didn’t make changes within the 30 minute window. I asked to escalate the claim and was told that a supervisor would call me back. That also never happened. Clearly Best Buy thinks that lying to customers to prevent returns is their best course of action.
