Alan came to fix my leaking GE dishwasher. He spent almost an hour diagnosing it and could not locate the source of the leak. He was able to narrow it down but it could have been one or more of several parts. Instead of spending more of my time chasing it down he recommended I contact GE to get someone familiar with the model and carrying the necessary parts in. He didnt charge me since he didnt fix the dishwasher. He was totally professional and I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. He even offered to do more research for me on the parts later that night.
This man is a bad person, he works for a warranty company called Fidelity warranty services. He came to my residence, would not listen to a word I said, he proceeded to take out the baking element without turning off the power, and pushed the back of the element lead into the back of the oven causing it to arc and weld the lead to the back of the oven. He then gets up and says you need a new control panel, I will order it and call you when it is in. Then he left. The next day we got a call from the warranty people saying that I disassembled the oven and the claim would not be covered. So this person collected a service charge from the warranty company, and the warranty company does not have to repair the oven. Sounds typical with the way everything else is going in this world. So be warned!
Alan is the best! I’ve used him for washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. My extended family has used him for repairs as well. He’s honest, reliable, and does an amazing job keeping our appliances running! I was here looking up his nuber because my newish dishwasher is acting up!
Worst experience ever, the guy called is very very rude and didnt even let me speak. and what he said contradicted, he confused himself and myself. never ever recommend this to anyone. and it took them 3 days to call me back after i called fidelity service.
