Howard was very calm and understanding while helping us find a purple carpet. Put my moms 2 final choices next to each other so she could decide. They have all the colors of the rainbow in carpet. No sales pressure. I highly recommend. Also had a reference list of installers I could contact for carpet install. They saved me over 200 and a 2 week wait to have carpet shipped and installed.

Large warehouse of amazing carpet selection thats easy to find with accessible parking including handicap. The employee took his time answering questions and showing a complete knowledge of their carpets and inventory. You can purchase sample carpets for 100.00.We found their prices very competitive.

Excellent experience!! Gus was our guy and an absolute pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to listen to our vision and reccomend great ideas we didnt even think of. He did not rush us and stayed beyond his closing time to complete the purchase and assist us in scheduling an installer. Carpet Manufacturers Warehouse was great. They had just the carpet I was looking for and the price was significantly better than the price I got from Lowes for the same carpet. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there first and shop for your carpet. Even though I had to rent a trailer to pick it up, the cost still was better than retail.

The warehouse is great. I love the fact that the carpet and padding I purchased was manufactured in the United States. Nothing from China! How often can you find that. The prices and selection were awesome.

The warehouse is strictly carpets nothing fancy

Owner gave us a price we went back 2 days later, then raised the price because he was busy that day compared to being slow 2 days before. After we had already spoken on the phone and he said no problem. Drove 2 hours to get there and was treated unfare. Then said there would be a charge for using atm instead of cash.

This place has some of the worst customer service not to mention the dont tell you the have a know refund or even exchange policy. they sold me some carpet and i asked if i can exchange it for the right color.. they said the would charge me 20$ to exchange it i only paid 35 for it...
