We had been looking for wood flooring for our home and were having trouble finding something to wow us at a price within our budget. We decided to visit Lumber Liquidators on Telegraph but upon arriving, saw Hernandez Flooring across the street and spontaneously decided to go there first.Their showroom was stocked with a large array of flooring. It was neat, clean and orderly. We were cordially greeted but were left alone to browse for a bit. Jorge Tirado then offered his assistance. We told him what we were looking for and he offered a selection of options for us to consider. The selections he brought to our attention were exactly what we were looking.for.After careful consideration, we decided on a beautiful engineered wood hardwood flooring and after slight negotiation, Jorge gave us terrific pricing. We had over 1800 square feet to cover so this was a significant purchase. Jorge was very informative and easy to deal with.We highly recommend this establishment for all your flooring needs.

A lot of selection. Wood and vinyl selections are plenty. Staff are attentive but limited. Wife almost compromised a vinyl floor due to durability and kid proof.Wife was a bit disappointed due to the colors available for the thickness we were looking for in a vinyl floor. We ended going to another floor showroom a bit northwest from this location. A yellow building that offers different selections.

I was referred to this business by a friend. I was told to ask for Jorge Tirado. I was not disappointed. He was able to meet my request - choose and install carpet in my living room within 48 hours (on a holiday weekend). I met him on a Saturday and the carpet was installed Monday morning. He went out of his way to explain the process to me and answered all my questions. Ask for him for excellent customer service!

Wrong carpet color and delayed shipment arrival

Outstanding customer service and great pricing and selection. I had been to another flooring store with my handyman earlier in the day and that store was out of every style of laminate flooring that I liked. We drove across town which took an hour but arrived at Hernandez flooring five minutes after they had closed. My salesman opened the locked door for us and invited us in. Once he saw the style and color I was looking for, he told me that his boss had just selected a few styles to go on a blowout sale and that one was similar. Exactly what I was looking for at an extremely good price with the customer service of opening up the locked front door. I highly recommend Hernandez flooring.

Holy Flooring Options! Weve been in the market for a few months trying to find the right shade of charcoal flooring for our condo. 50 shades of gray problems....only the problem was, it was so stinkin hard to find gray floors to begin with!After a glowing recommendation by a friend, we came in to check out their stock. Obviously when youre looking to make a large purchase like this, youll want to do your due diligence and shop around for prices and other options.After a couple months of shopping and disappointed in our gray color options in other places, we were sold! It had to be these guys. At our initial visit, we learned so much about the types of laminate, hardwood, and vinyl wood floors. They walked us through the various sounds and acoustics each type of material carries and the pros and cons. It really opened up our options for flooring and made us feel like we were making a well educated decision.Overall, I really loved how much information they gave us to work with. There was definitely no pressure to buy and no pressure in up-selling - which really can kill the entire experience. I really appreciated the staffs patience and customer service. My wife and I went into the store and meet Noe who was very helpful. We picked out our flooring and setup a time for Noe to come out and measure. Noe came out and measured and said he would have our quote back to use in a few days. We waited about a week and a half and never received a call back. I called the number on the card and left a message and never received call back. Then I called the store and spoke to Larena who said she will contact Noe to see what happened. A few more days passed so I called again and spoke to larena again and she said that she spoke to him and he would handle it. Larena promised me that she will speak to Noe and owner to see what happened. I told Larena that this would be my last time I call them. I never had such a hard time wanting to spend money at store. So Hernandez Bro I am very dissatisfied with your people and will never shop at your store or refer anyone.
