From consultation to installation, Jose provided us with excellent service. He arrived on time with samples in hand. His team moved our heavy office furniture as well as computer equipment. Accommodating our staff during working hours without causing any business interruption. The project finished ahead of schedule and the quoted price never changed. The installation of both carpet and flooring was an effortless transition with a beautiful outcome. I was searching for a well-priced (aka: low price), high-quality, single plank with attached underlayment, light brown wood tone with just the right amount of texture, not too shiny, waterproof vinyl floor for a Flip house. Id been to a number of places and hadnt found flooring that met all the criteria. While driving by, saw the Dura sign and pulled in.Kathy was super friendly, even after I read off my long list of requirements and told her not to show me anything over $1.99 (that was in March before all the manufacturers raised their prices). She happily showed me a few options that met my criteria, explained the difference (offered stock items with no re-stocking fee) and slightly cheaper flooring (which are special ordered and therefore their vendors charge restocking fee).I purchased a stock floor and trim pieces. It installed easily and looks terrific. They took back the 2 unopened boxes and gave me a credit.The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They had provided the most reasonable quote so far, so I followed through with getting an on-site estimate. Israel was very honest, upfront, and friendly. I came across this company through a quick google search. They were very professional throughout the entirety of the project. I had carpet removed and vinyl plank installed in a 3 story condo. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I made it clear that I needed them to pay attention to details. They were easy to work with and the price was reasonable. The final product came out looking awesome, I have no complaints.

Installers actually arrived earlier than expected! Thats very unusual in todays business environment. Another carpet company actually didnt even show up for an estimate!The installers worked like a well oiled machine! Yes, Ill be recommending them to others.

On time and competitively priced.Installers arrived on time and communication were excellent.Nice carpet well installed.Only issue, and it is a serious issue for me, was the installers were way too quick to want to leave, to beat traffic.They left furniture they had moved into other rooms, as well as heavy items from China cabinet all over the house, that I had to put back myself. They needed to take an extra 5 to 10 minutes to put everything back where they found them and they would have gotten 5 stars.

Dura flooring did amazing work. They have the hardest working guys. They completed the job sooner than expected and I had no issues with their work. They were very accommodating with our tight schedule. I would recommend them for any flooring needs.

Very solid flooring company. Their pricing is slightly higher than some other vendors you might come across, but that is because they are using a big name brand Shaw as their materials, as they are an authorized Shaw dealer. And like with most things, you pay for the name. However, even with that, it has been far more convenient to use them than other non-authorized Shaw dealers. They can tell you precisely how much of any Shaw material is in stock, where its in stock, and how long it will take to ship the stock if from Georgia. I can always count on them to deliver a quick estimate, and just as quick get me scheduled for installation. The install quality has always been on point, and have never had any issues with their installation. My point person Manny, has always been very easy to work with and has worked very well with me to accommodate my property owners needs.

Everything, from the management and the scheduling of the appointment to the installers themselves all performed professionally, promptly, and they made sure every detail of the installation was ironed out before the job was finished.
