For a Saturday, it was pretty busy and Victoria was killing it! She was getting everyone their packages fast and efficient. Only waited in line about 20 mins. She was all by herself and did not miss a beat!
Not directly this FedEx store but FedEx in general. Ordered a package and paid 2 day priority. It was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday and it wasn’t. It didn’t even leave TN until 5pm the night it was supposed to be delivered in Ohio. It had came from Florida to TN and sat in TN from 5am until 5pm. Then of course they don’t deliver on Sundays, then Monday was a holiday. They have my package set to deliver on Tuesday. See the FedEx guy pass our house, I check my tracking and see that my address is incorrect. I call FedEx and she states that my address is correct, they just needed to verify it. So it now won’t be delivered until tomorrow. Tell me why my package sat from Sunday - Tuesday and while out delivering my package they decide it needs verified. My address is clearly marked on our house and our mailbox. Both are visible, as live on a state route so it’s not like you could get it mixed up with a different road. Gladly will not be using FedEx if I need to ship things. Never have any address issues with UPS or even USPS. What a waste.
I love these folks. Everytime I have been there to pickup a FedEx Express package, the employees have been extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful. And I do mean exceptional, as they are often searching the backroom for a package that may or may not be on a truck that day. Jeff is perhaps the friendliest and upbeat man I have ever met.The location also has plenty of supplies, and is very easy to get to and park. If you require more services, the post office is right across the road (and Easton just down the road).
Victoria at the Citygate Hub provided exceptional service in locating a package that was in a drop box where the driver picked up a little to early headed into the weekend. She called 3 straight days to provided me with updates and information without me having to follow up. Package got to where it was supposed to go. Thank you Victoria!
Had to pick up a package that couldnt be delivered. Both the person who assisted me and the one assisting others that I observed were friendly-businesslike and the packages were retrieved quickly. A pleasant experience.
Lady who was working here was very rude. I was just trying to explain what was going on with my package but she didnt want to listen and kept cutting me off. I didnt get her name but she was an African American lady with an accent. They need to train her better.
It was very nice to come here and receive my package because of some shipping issues because of covid however I was greeted very nicely by the staff and everything was okay there was no delay in me getting my package everything was fine and I was very happy with the service I was given by FedEx and its employees bear in mind anybody reading this review right now during covid-19 it is 2021 when I write this review give the mail people from any mailing place that means United States postal service UPS DHL whatever it may be cut them some slack because theyre doing the best they can sometimes things arrive early so Im kind of things will take a little bit longer but if you know youre getting something dont fret just remember youll get your package

The office does not accept cash and the drivers disrespect your property and flat out lie. I have experienced multiple drivers misdelivering packages and/or lying about delivering at all. All on video.I would post no stars but its not an option
First time at this location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my shipping center home from now on.
Dont go there thinking youre getting one of their mailing centers, no copy machines no other services just drop n ship.

Authoring this while I waiting in the lobby of this location. Very disappointing experience. No FedEx employee has been in the service/reception area since I arrived (7:39PM) it is now 7:55PM.There are eight people in the lobby waiting for some sort of service. I understand they may be understaffed, but this feels like an unacceptable outcome.
Worst experience ever. I was inside the lobby at 9:42, I waited for 3 minutes before someone came out. Instead of wanting to do his job he stated its 9:45 were not taking anyone else. First off 9:45 is when the last person can come into the building. Secondly if he were watching the counter like he was supposed to he would have seen that I had been there. There is no bell to ring nothing to get the attention of an employee. I had to tell him 3 times that I had been standing there for a few minutes. The 3rd time I was getting mad. Not only was he extremely rude to me but he refused to give me my package. The delivery driver said he could not get to the apartment, this was false. He could access the building the entire day. Not only did I lose out one full day of work but my mom did as well due to waiting all day for him today just to find out that he came extremely early. Now I am going into my 3rd day of waiting on my phone for no reason. I had to lyft to the store last night to be turned away in the rudest manner. Then I had to wait outside for an hour in the cold because I was not given my package, the phone I was going to activate and order my lyft home with. I had my identification, I had the tracking number and any other information that was needed. But due to my address not matching the one on the package he told me I could not have it. I asked why it did not state in the email telling me where to go and how to get my order that I had to have proof of address. I read the entire email. He stated that it did in fine print. When I told him to show me where he looked at it then turned to me and said uh well it dont matter. Actually yes it does matter.
After waiting 1 hour in the package facility, they never found my package which was at their location.

I had a driver deliver an empty package to me today from this address. Its a long story that I cannot fit into this little paragraph, but this driver stole an $850 phone from the box, then placed the box to look as if it hadnt been tampered with. This phone wasnt supposed to be delivered without a SIGNATURE FROM ME. If I wasnt home to sign, he was supposed to leave a door tag. I saw proof that he stole it. Now I cant reach this specific facility to let them know bc there is only a generic customer service number, not a number for this building. The # FedEx gave me is one that is disconnected. I need to report this driver & no one can tell me how. Use UPS instead people!!!! Verizon has received MANY complaints about FedEx drivers and empty packages that were opened upon delivery or stolen. Bottom line: Why did this FedEx driver park in a different driveway and walk across the yard to my house instead of pulling up the drive like normal? Why did he quietly leave the package to look as if it were still closed? And most importantly, why did he leave it and not have a person sign for it as instructed? He didnt even knock. My driveway is about 200 yards long, gravel and my front door was open (as I was watching for the truck to pull in knowing the phone was coming today), could that be the reason?? My neighbors across the street have cameras and HE was the ONLY person to walk to my door. No one stole it. He took it before placing the empty box on my porch and sneaking away.

The ladies there were a great help, i had a bushel of green beans that i had to ship to my sister in NC and some fudge and girl scout cookies and they helped me out with safe packetging for them so they would arrive safely💖 great place!!!
My Son has a package shipped overnight delivery last Wednesday. So far we have yet to get a honest legitimate reason why. The package should have been delivered Friday. Now four days later I’m still waiting. Only to be told Saturday & Sunday package was out for delivery, last night we were told delivery wasn’t possible because of adverse weather, when it was 54 degrees with light rain, today they claim no one answered the door. I have been home all day no one has knocked on my door.I have asked 3 times for a call from a Supervisor was told tonight it probably won’t happen. Great customer service. In the future I will make certain Fex Ex is not used as a shipping option.This facility lacks customer service or competent management. Given an F rating
I need to edit this. I thought that the issue was the FedEx office, but it was actually the call center. When my package finally surfaced I went into the office and the gentleman was very helpful. Incredibly frustrating day, but it was apparently the call center that had no idea what they were doing. If I could give ZERO stars for the call center, I would. All in all, it was still a terrible experience....at the fault of the call center.
The associate present when I came in greeted me and asked me how was my day. That was really awesome and I had no wait to pick up my package. Really enjoyed my experience here and although it is far from where I live, they are always so friendly and helpful.
The individual was not helpful to me when i told here i only received 1 notice and they claim they attempted to deliver 3x i had even called to have them to deliver the next day and was toldiy would be delivered the next day instead the call me to tell me there will be no more attempts.
Understaffed and overworked, wrong info often eminates from the overburdened front end worker charged with facing the wrath of the frustrated customers. A miserable scene at holiday rush time.
Tyler and the boys do a fantastic Job at fedx shippingI ship everyday and they handle Irate customers well, and they explain problems to the consumers who have problems. They are very good fedx reps.
The absolute worst experience I have had with FedEx in my life. Would give 0 if possible. Paid for express 2 day shipping and an additional 5.55 to have my package delivered between 5-8 p.m. so I could be home when it arrived as it was an expensive item. Waited until 8 p.m., no package. Called customer service and the package was supposedly out for delivery. 8:30 called back and customer service called this physical location and the Manager said that somehow my package was left off of the truck and the driver was bringing it now, should be to me by 9:45.9:45 comes and no package, called and asked to speak to the Manager of the store myself, apparently the driver again forgot to grab my package...and just left the store around 9:50. Package did not arrive until almost 10:30 p.m. on a work night.Absolute pathetic level of service and management all the way around. I worked at a FedEx in college for 2 years and I know the scanning policies, literally how on earth do you forget to put a package on your truck 3 different times? I hope this particular office gets shut down as it deserves to.
Easy to find. GPS on the phone was spot on. Quick service in locating the package. Staff friendly. Great close parking. Able to get in and out. Can also direct deliveries to go there. Over all a B+.
Ordered something online of decent value that qualified for free shipping. Once said package arrived in Columbus it was given to the USPS which is the only delivery company that is a bigger joke than this company. Will not be using FedEx by choice ever again. Thanks.
I work from home all day with two dogs that bark at everything. Ive been waiting on a package that I knew I had to sign for. Checked the mail around noon and low and behold they had tried to reach me they never even knocked. I will be driving out to pick up my package later today but the driver shouldve knocked Ive been home all day.
I had to wait almost an hour for the truck to get in with my packages. I was informed that I could drive over to this FedEx Center to sign for missed deliveries, as I was not able to be present at home at time of delivery. Any time after 6:00 PM was the directive; unfortunately, the truck did not return until almost 6:40. That got me home rather late. I was a little disappointed.
I didnt order anything but a FedEx driver parked directly in front of my house and blasted loud music for ten solid minutes. My dog and I are now awake and I have a raging headache. Its impossible to get in touch with a real live human on their website or send an email. Thanks for the horrible inconvenience and unprofessional behavior fedex.

Been waiting for a package for over a week. Keep getting text saying it will be delivered by 8pm. Called customer support and found out they have not even tried and have been holding package at facility. Poor service fedex.

I went to this location to pick up a package that wasn’t suppose to be delivered until Tuesday. I called customer service and they confirmed that it was there and I could pick it up. I happily drove down to the facility and tried to pick up my package. Unfortunately, customer service doesn’t seem to understand how their facilities work and my package was unreachable until Monday. As you can imagine I was rather disappointed so I expressed this to the customer service representative and asked if she could check with her manager to see if they could unpack this can early. She went above and beyond and went to location the can my package was located in and found it for me. She was incredibly helpful and informative. While I am still disappointed with how FedEx handles the informative training of their customer service representatives over the phone. I am incredibly impressed and thankful for the in person customer service representative that was this older woman. 5+ stars. You rock. Thank you! You made my weekend!!
Their customer service was lacking. Was told on the phone that they did the packing but at this location they said no and couldnt get help with the proper cartons. Went to UPS ON Seltzer Road, buch better service and price was lower.

Staff was less than friendly, some talked to each other as though I werent there. The one who retrieved my parcel didnt speak at all until I was asked to sign but I was thanked afterward & wished to have a good evening. Perhaps they were just put off by the disengagement of the other 2.Otherwise, it was tidy, well lot & from what I gathered, one could expect to be provided with their full range of shipping services here. Maps knew how to get me there & it was easily spotted from the road. Plenty of customer parking out front is convenient for quick visits.It was also great not to be sent by a customer service phone agent or the online tracking portal to a sorting facility at an airport in the middle of nowhere, where they dont actually hold your package for pickup & it takes forever for the right person to come to tell you it was a wasted trip! FedEx really should fix this & stop that from happening anymore if they havent already. Though I must say that it is peculiar that they only leave a notice of attempted delivery on the last attempt; maybe they only make one attempt? If so, language like final attempt makes it seem otherwise...
Mediocre facility. This isn’t your standard FedEx/Kinko’s. Has none of the standard services you expect from the retail store. Had to pay for tape and no packing materials.If your box is packed and ready to go it’s fine but if you need more use a regular store.

They do not accept wrapped packages and dont sell boxes that match the size items being shipped. Told me to try to go to Walmart to find boxes to match this size item. We ship shoes and boxes come in various sizes. Mercari told me to try yall out because you had the best prices. But I see, you get what you pay for. Not recommended for sneaker resellers with products under $100

Absolutely the worst FedEx place Ive ever dealt with. I was yelled at by a member of management for asking where my package was. Todays experience is just as bad. Delivered my packages to the wrong house and was told its not their responsibility to fix it that I should go look for my packages myself. FedExs customer service has really gone down hill. The management and employees at this location should all be fired and hire more competent people.
I have an important package that Ive been waiting on for two days that has been sitting at this carrier facility the whole time. I ordered two other items that were Out of Stock at the time; and they have been restocked, shipped, and dropped at my door via USPS before the status of my FedEx package has changed. USPS, and UPS are the only couriers worth using. Avoid FedEx at all costs.

They didnt even knock!! I was expecting them and they didnt even knock. The driver left a tag that said another attempt will be made on _____________. Totally blank. Cant even sign the tag & leave it or plan on being home yet another day because I dont know when theyre coming back.
1st visit, pleasant, helpful man behind counter. 2nd visit, the man behind the counter reluctantly got off sitting on the counter to help me and couldnt find an envelope for me to ship my papers. Had to find one elsewhere.

I love Fedex for all my shipping needs for my business. Unlike UPS and USPS who charge you a fortune to ship your items. I discovered Fedex gets most packages there the next day depending on location without additional charges. Best Shipping Service!

Their online website was down. I was waiting on an important package but couldnt be home during the delivery time. I tried to schedule a time frame to get it delivered since I wouldnt be home. The customer rep keep telling to contact the shipper... Arent you the shipper? Or do you mean the seller? Im speechless.....

They DO NOT scan & print bar codes for labels. The company I work for ships thousands of packages annually and I forsee them going back to UPS be because of nonsense like this.
I wish I could give negative star to Fedex services.. Got overnight shipping done and was promised to get the document delivered at 10:30 AM next day. It took 2 days to reach Ohio .called up customer service at 6:30 in the morning and told them to hold the document at sorting facility so that I can pick up the document at 10. What do you know - at 10, got a text that document is in route for delivery and will be delivered by 10:30. Went home and waited an hour then called up customer care and was told that driver didnt get the message on time .. Left a message at 7 in the morning and driver didnt get the text at 10.. This is really poor coordination .. Have been waiting to get a call from FedEx to see when the package will be delivered

Really bad customer service... came to pick up a package that was sent to the wrong address. Even though I had all the necessary proof, the clerk must have been having a bad day because she wouldnt allow me to pick it up since it wasnt set to go out until the next day. The package was in the damn building. Just a crappy clerk who hates her job so she inflicts her displeasure onto the patrons. Hope you never have to pick something up here... they are pretty awful.

Theres nothing like having a tracking number for a package but then be told that they dont know where the package is. The quality of customer service I was provided rivaled that of what my worst enemy would have done for me.

Very slow service on my second visit here! I usually go to the east broad location where Im in and out in a flash but I had stuff for the post office across the street so i thought it would be convenient to hop over here.Had a prepaid package just to scan and get a receipt and I waited at least half an hour. Juanita alone was working and she was hunting down a package for the one and only customer who was infront of me. Reminds me of when I was working at a hotel front desk by myself with a bunch of check ins but I usually tell the other customers Ill be right with you before I step away. Others came in afterwards and were asking if we had actually seen a worker at all. When she finally came back to the counter she still didnt find the gentlemans package and told him someone else is looking for it now. Dont go here in the evenings if you have a wife and a baby waiting in the car or if you have anything else better to do. You stand a better chance at the one on East Broad!

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is horrible. The lady working there on July 7th, 2016 1:50pm is one of the worst Ive see. Extremely rude and unhelpful and kept chatting with her colleague the entire time I am trying to send an overnight package with dry ice in it. It felt like I was dry ice myself and have sublimated while I was in the store and she doesnt notice me most of the time she was helping me. That or she just couldnt give less s*** about me. When shes talking and laughing with her colleague about their friends son who plays some sport she speaks normally, but when shes talking to me its like shes whispering to a mosquito, a sublimated mosquito. I could barely hear her half the time and when I ask her to repeat herself she gets very condescending and annoyed. I only hope my package actually gets there on time. FexEX needs to hire better people.
