If there is a brick and mortar store that should survive the transition to e-commerce, this is it. Their customer service is second to none. I am a die hard online shopper, but I am happy to go to the Fossil Store. This is what every store should strive to be.

I went into try to find a bracelet that was gifted to me a couple years ago. It was more important to me than any piece of jewelry I own for personal reasons. Although they no longer carry the same style a young lady by the name of Cassie helped me out. I cannot tell you how helpful she was from beginning to end. She was very informative. She took the time to listen to my story and really wanted to help me out. So she showed me many different options, and it absolutely made my day. As I took this gift back to my family I cannot tell you the reaction that was on their face! I will be a returning fossil customer for the rest of my life simply because of the way I was treated while I was in your store. Sometimes people don’t understand the impact they can make on someone’s lives just by looking them in their eyes, listening to their story, and spending a few minutes with him. Miss Cassie has done something for our family that we will forever be thankful for. Finding someone a piece of jewelry can be so much more than that. Just know that this young lady has impacted our lives and changed it for the better with just a small act of kindness. Personally I love the Fossil store, its where most of my handbags come from oh, its always clean and inviting. The sales associates know their stuff, and are super helpful when you have any questions. Which I always have questions when I go in mostly about the watches. Fossil is located near the movie theater on the inside of the mall. Parking at Easton is super plentiful where you can choose between open-air parking or parallel parking or parking in one of the very large parking garages.

Just wanted to note the great experience I had earlier today at Fossil. Robert provided exceptional custom service! I purchased two new watch straps. Robert showed me all the available options, installed my purchases, and got me out the door in great time! Fossil, your watches are great, but employees like this young man make your company greater!

I went today to get a watch. i don’t remember of the name of the associate who helped me but she had dark hair. she helped me find the perfect watch! i have smaller wrists so i was worried men’s watches wouldn’t fit me but she took time to adjust several watches until i found one that fit me!!! absolutely amazing customer service :)

Ive never been disappointed by a Fossil product. They update their styles regularly and I always find something I like. The employees are always friendly. I bought a new wallet this time. They wrapped it with care before bagging it up for me.This one cost $50, but the last one lasted 5 or 6 years and could probably go another year or two. But, I wanted to get an RFID blocking wallet, so I went ahead and got this one. They have many styles, but they all cost in the $40-$50 rangeHere are some pictures of the new wallet and one of the old one.

Stopped in to get my dad a watch for his birthday. I had looked at the Nate chronograph online but was on a bit of a budget. Fortunately, it was on sale, and I really liked the look in person. I thought my dad would like it but expressed concern about it fitting my dads wrist. Robert was extremely friendly and helpful and he even wrote down the info for me to get extra links if needed. I know that it was luck to find what I wanted on sale but this was just a great shopping experience overall and we are really excited to give this gift to my dad. Big thanks to Robert for his excellent customer service.

I came in the Sunday after black Friday on Dec 1st, 2019 and was greeted with helpful smiles. My husband had a smelly band from fishing and I wanted to replace it for Christmas. Emery and Cassie were so pleasant and extremely helpful since his band was in pieces from trying to clean it at home. I will go out of my way to come to this store for all of my future Fossil needs! Emery and Cassie still know what customer service means and they were fantastic.

The staff, particularly one staff member (dont know her name), was extremely helpful when buying my smartwatch. She was knowledgeable and patiently helped me troubleshoot when I couldnt get it to pair. We figured out it was an issue with my phone and I eventually got it to work. Would definitely go back!

Customer service is amazing. I have had the first gen of Q Sport Watches (Q Control) and had two issues in which they needed to be replaced, with no issues they swapped it out. First time was a replacement of the Q Control, and second time, yesterday, they gave me the new Sport Watch with no issues. Very nice and understanding, I will be buying Fossil for the rest of my life!

Every staff member was helpful and kind. We really loved our sales associate, Ashton. He was genuine, funny, and really friendly. Made two purchases and will definitely be coming back.

Expensive but nice product

Clean, well organized store. But they are SO PUSHY! They want you to try everything on. I was only in this store for 5 minutes and had already been bombarded by THREE sales associates. I planned on buying a smart watch but I absolutely could not get out of there fast enough. I wont be back, simply because I dont like to be a sale. I want to be a customer! Especially if Im making that kind of investment in what I would consider to be a great product. I understand that these associates probably have high goals to reach and they are expected to utilize this method of sales, but I cannot express enough that it is NOT WORKING. I would never give this store a dime!

Bought my Smart watch here yesterday (8/11). Great watch! Learning more about it as I go along. Salesperson, Peri, was very friendly, very knowlegable and very helpful.

Went in around 3:30 on Saturday and there were a few workers standing around not interested in helping me. I asked an older woman a question about a watch and was given a short answer as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Easton has many other options for buying a watch and they’ll be getting my businesss from now on.

Kids were very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is an addiction of mine. The people are extremely helpful and never pushy

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Manager was a snippy, condescending poor excuse for a retail employee. Was just in the Easton store at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 15, 2017. The manager made a scene and repeatedly mockingly apologized after making me wait for 20 minutes to find out she could not credit my daughters debit card on a return. If she is a representation of Fossil employees they are in serious danger of staying afloat. Seriously, go anywhere else but here.

Sales person was very helpful and honest about their brand of watch great help when getting my sons watch fitted for his wrist.

Love the watches here and O can always find masculine casual bracelets here for my son or my husband that I know theyll love wearing.

Not very helpful from a servicing/repair perspective. Go to Dakota if you need anything like that done, they are much better. Fossil has fallen off a bit from what they used to be.

My husband and I were here today to see about getting his link fixed for his Fossil watch that he has had for 10 years. They were very helpful and addressed the issue with no problem.Afterwards, we looked around at the watches they had on display. Devin was very knowledgable in the different types of watches they soldand provided excellent customer service. We ended up being completely wowed with the hybrid watches and bought one for my birthday. I am in awe of this watch and so happy we walked in to this store today!

Fossil is my most favorite watch store!

My wife received an athletic watch form here for Christmas. We have to go here every 3 months to replace the not so lasting battery. Its especially worse when the battery isnt in stock because others have to do the same and we make another special trip 2 weeks later. I believe a refund or newer watch should be given.
