Dont go here. I went to get a gift card for my father. I had to buy 5 separate gift cards, which isnt even that annoying but the 1000 year old woman behind the counter refuses to properly wear her mask and is the slowest cashier Ive had the misfortune to deal with and then she FULL SNEEZES INTO HER HANDS before handling my cards. Go to any other tandy, this one is infected. The dude playing ukulele in the store was ace, 10/10 to him. 0/1000 for covid methuselah.

I have been a customer of this store for several years. The staff is great! They are knowledgeable and helpful and always very personable and friendly. The store has a great and wide selection of leather and related supplies. If you do any type of crafts involving leather or a tertiary field, then stop in and take a look.

Tonight, the staff was very rude!!! They where discussing a customer and using fail language. When checking out something rang up at wrong price and the lady checking me out acted very discussed. Been a member for 10 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had!!! Will be trying to find corporate office number to voice my concern and displeasure.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to answer all your questions. I just got into leather working and had 1001 questions..glad they were there to help.

I wish all stores that I deal with were even close to the way Tandy, and this store in particular is run. First, how dissapointing is it to see that a company offers something that you want when you look it up online, only to find that either none of them anywhere have it, or the closest one that does is 500+ miles away? That is not this store. I have yet to find ANYTHING that is in the catalog that is not usually a stocking item. Now granted, sometimes they are out, but they do run a tight ship and you can bet that it is on order.Second, It is such a rare pleasure to go into a store, and have questions about an item, and the staff ACTUALLY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE! Nothing aggravates me more then to go into a store, ask a question, and the clerk picks up the package and starts reading off of the box. Wow, why didnt I think of that... Once again, that is not this store. You would be hard pressed to walk into any corporate owned store anywhere and find a staff that has a larger amount of hands on experience average than this place. You know the best part? They are more than happy to share that knowledge with you. Provided of course that 1, you do not come at them like some kind of a**hole or 2, it is not asking advice on a subject that due to todays litigation crazy society Tandy corporate has forbidden them from discussing like re-dying previously dyed leather. Third, the classes that are offered are great. No, they usually are not free. However, the class cost is typically just for the cost of materials. The knowledge imparted to you is truly free.The cliffnotes version: Knowledgeable staff, great selection, quality products, best pricing.What more can you realistically ask for?
