Giving 5 stars because I cant give 7. The Shinola Easton team, who we’ve known since they first opened, is incredibly hospitable and helpful. But the real star has been associate manager Shalil Tillman, truly in a class of his own in terms of above-and-beyond customer service. From hunting down rare timepieces to personally delivering purchases to my car (in the rain, no less), Shalil is outstanding. My wife and I have now purchased five watches and several other products from this shop. Thanks so much Shalil, Regina & Co!

Really excellent customer service. Got a pair of nice leather gloves for my father for Christmas. They ended up being a tad too small so I took them back to the store. They shipped their last pair of the larger size directly to him right away, all the way from another store. Highly recommended store for great gifts.

They always feel welcome and giving a great support for any product they are selling for. Also all the time they ask for any product which for notebook, daily note and so on. I love this location store so much.

I wound say the employees are some of the absolute nicest I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with I wish I had the money to buy their products which I want from there wall clock to power strips and they carry some nice pens too

People in here are nice. The watches themselves though are way to expensive for what you get. They give you a “lifetime warranty” but when you read the terms and conditions the only thing it really covers is if your watch stops running. There’s way better watch brands out there for way less.

Went in to look at the bikes. My wife was looking at their bags. The entire time a creepy female employee followed us around as if we were going to steal something. Maybe we werent cool enough. Weird thing is they dont sell Detroit Bikes, Shinola bikes are Waterford rebadges. At this price point get a Waterford. I imagine they dont sell many bikes though.

These watches suck. Buy something that will last longer than a month.
