Absolutely amazing the coconut yes with Strawberry boba is so good you wont regret it, if you like coconut!! A little wait to get our 2 drinks but I will definitely be back!!!

My kids love it but when we get the rolled ice cream it has little flavor. Almost like its watered down somehow. Other than that its always pretty fast service and good sweets

The bubble tea is terrible the icecream and other stuff is great but the bubble tea is a big no it’s watery and just gross it’s not even brown sugar boba in the drink it’s regular boba if you want boba goto Kung fu tea because yea a big no for me.

Nice, clean store. Easy to read menu. I got the taro bubble tea and oreo rolled ice cream with bananas and slivered almonds toppings. Cost me $11.33. The bubble tea was not frozen but cool with very little ice (not the Sonic ice either). I prefer the frozen mix because of this heat. This was my first experience with rolled ice cream. There was 5 rolls, the size of a baby carrot each. It was not too sweet, to my liking. Overall a unique way of serving ice cream.

Me and my family come here all of the time and we’ve basically had the whole menu. The food is really good and the tapioca pearls are boiled just right. The boba is my favorite but the bubble waffles are pretty good as well. We see the same staff everyday and appreciate of how hard they work.

The lady charged me twice.. Only one purchase was made & I tried explaining that to her.. Other than that the rolled ice cream & bubble waffles was totally worth it.I’m using a cash app card... If y’all had it then you would know it comes off automatically.. but yes I will be back with the info if it is not refunded in 6-7 days like y’all suggested...

This place is very clean. Ice cream was delicious, however, not all flavors are rolled. I was impressed that the food came out looking like the pics that they have of it, presentation was nice. The staff were friendly including Terry, who helped us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . The ice cream rolls were fantastic and the bubble tea was pretty tasty. I liked how organised they were with getting you your order because they were crazy busy but their system kept everything moving smoothly. I highly recommend them .

My husband and I have really been looking forward to coming here for some time now. We finally made had the opportunity tonight. The cashier was friendly but that’s about as good as it got. It took a total of 20 minutes for a milkshake and a bubble waffle. That’s not okay 😕

I loved getting to watch them roll my ice cream in front of me and the bubble waffle was freshly made along with the rolled ice cream it was one of the best ice cream experiences Ive had. The bubble tea looked amazing too.

I am really excited to have Yummy Villa here, because bubble waffles are awesome and Yummy Villa does make them well. However, the service is average and they don’t seem to be cleaning the tables and floors enough.
