This place has always had the nicest staff. They are friendly say hello to you when you walk in the door and you’re always helpful if you need something special.Last night I watched the two workers, one the manager and the other cashier, handle a difficult situation with a customer who was acting badly and who had stolen from the store before.Their level of professionalism impressed me so much, as they remain calm and more polite and respectful to the person even while he was cursing and causing a bit of a stir. These two young ladies should be commended for their professionalism.That aside, the store has a great selection of ice cream drinks fountain beverages ready-made foods and snacks. It is my go to as it’s two blocks from my house and I’ve been going there for 20 years. Love it!

Minus the bums that hang outside 24/7 begging and the theifs coming getting in to almost full blown fiat fights with the staff its a great location/store staff are friendly.

They let my daughters vehicle get towed while I was inside and she was across the street at the atm. This business does not care about their customers.

Not very happy with your employee Tyler. My first interaction with him became negative when I asked him to bag my milk. When I asked he rolled his eyes and was very rude. My second encounter was this evening. I asked him where to slide my UDF card and he nastily said to scan it? He could of professionally advised me rather than staying to slide it and not where? This process contradicts other UDF stores. He should not work with people as his doesn’t have the aptitude! Just unfriendly and rude!

Never go to this location. I was in there with my wife. The employee was rude enough for us to decide NOT to shop there. He was pre occupied and acted like it was an inconvenience that we were in the store. I will NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE!

Great ice cream better than Dairy Queen IMO

Stopped here this night walking in the Short North and really needed caffeine. So I enter the store, take a cup near those espresso machines and fill it with Cappuccino and proceed to pay. They just said its on the house 😃 Also a lot more spacious and quiet than other coffeeshops in the Short North if you can ignore the fact its not made with real espresso...

Busy, but I was able to grab a good sub on the run

This place is always exciting and interesting day and night. Not much worry about any covid issues as no one is really wearing masks or anything. The staff is cool but they are barely paying attention and always distracted by whatever madness is going on. The place defined doesnt really get a cleaning or anything during the evening shift, but its in a great location and the only convenience store so it makes it harder to complain.

There is never bread for hot dogs

The staff are really nice but they rarely wear their masks and never enforce customers wearing them properly so no more business from me.

I just left the UDF where you guys are not enforcing the mask rule. I just witnessed a man grab donuts with his mask on his chin. Why do you have signs up if you aren’t going to protect your customers. I get that I’m just one person but I will not be visiting this location again. The staff says they can’t make anyone where a mask. I work in the area and we all enforce it and have no issues with customers.

This past weekend my buddy and I came into the store to get beer. When we got to the counter to buy it, one of the African American workers told us that the systems were down, and he could not process our credit card transaction, but if we were to pay him $1 cash, he would be able to write our card number down and he process it later. Not sure if that’s legal or not but won’t be coming back here.P.S. none of the employees were wearing masks for the cherry on top

I went there after we went out for dinner to get a milkshakes and sit to have a conversation after dinner. The woman who made my milkshakes was beyond rude also had a very bad attitude. There customer service is amazingly bad. They also made other paying customers that were sitting there leave due to their street bum rule, an employee, the woman who maid my shake actually said this racist statement . Never again will I spend money there.

Im so glad UDF did a complete remodel. It really needed it. There is a place to sit down at a table now. Much larger selection with a back door and clean bathrooms. Although you shouldnt have to ask to get into the bathroom.

Dont go in there. Just a warning. They dont require masks and none of the patrons wear one. The employees do, but this does little when the place is packed with people who dont care about anyone but themselves. This is the epitome of stupidity.

Bought a pop 2x and someone cracked the 20 oz to make them flat :(

This is a great Udf. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they never have hotdogs. When I asked the worker why...she said, “if I put hot dogs out they’ll be gone in 30 minutes” but isn’t that the point make sales. Anyway really nice udf.

Hands down the best attentive udf Ive been to. the staff at the ice cream section and at the cashiers station were so welcoming and helpful.

@Google this is only a convenience store. Not a Gas Station. There are no pumps here to fill your car with gas.

Its been a miserable experience everytime I visit, but I keep going back due to location and convenience. Advertise a coffee (Barista) bar that is always out, soda and frozen coke bar that is always out. Out of cups and lids consistantly. The people who work there really wish they didnt and it shows. Over all one of the most poorly ran UDFs in columbus! - Counters always dirty and not wiped down!

No longer here. Theres one further up high street.They took this UDF out a while back. I used to stop and get malts all the time. Now I have to go out lof my way.

This place is a joke. Expect to wait 15 mins for any transaction. They just temporarily closed with 8 ppl in the store.

Great costomer serice

One of the few places in short north that dont feel safe.

Descent location. At times, Ive found myself stopping here in a caffeine emergency. Careful entering and exiting.

Fast service, great ice cream, free parking and an unbeatable location.

Staff is great, but getting past all the panhandlers is a pain. Parking can be tedious. Store needs a remodel or rebuild to fit what the neighborhood has become.

Standard udf no gas. Very busy. Not fast.
