I was trying to used their bathroom but the cashier was in there and when she came out she was mad at me for waiting I guess, she made a smart a** comment and a few minutes later she went out for a break.. Now thats hard work Jesus Christ!!! Rude employees great for business! Great job!!!👎

I just wanna shout out to the awesome girl behind the counter who hooked me up with the BEST milkshake ive ever had. And on top of that, she is a sweetheart and I just really liked her for her demeanor and how she was fun and easy to talk to! I hope to see you again soon!!!

The store is not sanitary. There is growing mold on the products in the cooler and there is mold on the products the customers grab from the cooler. They look like dark green and black specks. There is mold particle falling into drinks when using the soda machine and they only surface clean to pass inspection. There is also cross contamination with employees who have b.o and leaning into the ice cream. This is not only at this location but at all the locations especially the issue of mold growing in the coolers. So customers need to be careful what they grab or drink. Unsanitary company

I come in in the evening hours and there is a young lady that has the worse customer service. Are you guys that desperate for employees? She doesn’t speak and she’s ALWAYS on her phone. I know I am just one person out of thousands that frequent that location, but I’d rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else. You need to take some tips from the new Short North location, and watch your cameras to see your lazy employees.. NO STARS for this location

Terrible customer service. Stood at the ice cream counter for two minutes with a worker standing there changing out an ice cream tub, she looked at me probably two times without even saying anything or acknowledging that I was even there. After waiting a little bit longer I asked If they still had a specific item all she said was no without even turning around. In addition, the other girl that was working at the cash register saw me, never acknowledged me or the fact that I was waiting to be assisted. The two workers conversed briefly while other customers were waiting at check in. I left without purchasing anything and I will not be back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They dont care about or value it. I asked for 20 on pump 2 and went to hand the money, and she rudely told me to hold on. I kept holding the money out waiting for her to take it, and she got the worst attitude with me and said that she didnt have to serve me and refused to accept it! I will never go back and dont recommend anyone does!

Fix your carbonation on your soda machines. Selling flat syrup while employees are sitting around in the ice cream dining area kicking back chillin. Dope.

Solid UDF. If you know why youre going you have nothing to worry about. Its a UDF. Its also almost always at least 4-10 cents less per gallon of gas than the gas stations along 71. Might not be that convenient if youre just passing through but if you frequently travel, worth a stop for the savings. Employees have always been friendly and courteous and the store is always cleaner than expected. All in all a solid gas station experience.

Went there for a shake and got great service! She offered me a taste test even! Excellent shake!

Friendly and accessible. I wish they had dispenser creamer because I hate having to take 50 tiny creamer cups with me to fill on the way to work or take up space on the way to work prepping my coffee when Im late. Turning a bad situation into a worse one.

Nothing like going in a udf where the employees are shouting back and forth bragging about people they know going to prison,while totally ignoring customers and running an on the clock daycare. Real professional

The gas station quality is terrible. Pump speeds are at a snail pace. Your sale will be declined if you choose not to answer if you have the udf perks card.

I went into UDF last night and again the cashier was really rude. You can tell she hates her job and probably even people. She didn’t have a name tag but she’s there often late night hours. I always speak to her and she never says hi. She will ring up my items, tell me the cost and that’s it. Finally, yesterday I said “have a good night” to her 3 times before she finally said “you too”. That’s so rude to ignore people speaking to you. She did speak one night when she tried to blame me for the other CSR cash register freezing because I put my UDrive alt ID in “too early”. I guess she was annoyed because she had to get her lazy self up from sitting at the table and actually do something. I go to UDF literally everyday various location because I drive for work. Those things freeze all the time when you put your id in rather during the transaction or at the end. This is different from my typical experience. The ladies at the UDF in The Bottoms were so sweet I literally had to call corporate and let them know how above and beyond they went for me and how much I truly appreciate it. It’s always this location that disappoints. The GM or whom ever needs to hire more friendly people. She’s not the only rude one. She’s just the worst.

Long story short, I went to your store at3388 Indianola Ave in Columbus OHI went to buy a bag of cat food. The pricingunderneath the bag of Purina Cat Chow said $3.29 -- and a bag was CLEARLY sitting on theshelf with that price underneath it.So she should have sold it to me for that amount, sinceYOUR store was wrong.....but I digressOne clerk told me the regular price was $6.79.....and I had$6,80 on me. As she was ringing me up, she said it wasactually $7.88 ( because of tax )I was LIVID. I took my money back and I will NEVERgo back to that store again. She should have just soldit to me as a one time courtesy since YOUR price was wrong or,a clerk ( or stock person ) put the bag on the wrong shelf with theprice CLEARLY $3.29
