I paid for my parts over the phone. My HVAC tech picked them up about a week later. Lennox Parts Plus system voided the first charge because it had taken too long for pickup. So, they ran it again. TWO CHARGES show up on my account! Its a week later and Im still out over $1,000 because of their antiquated software.
