Overall a very positive experience! This company was so professional, prompt, communicative and just easy to do business with. Prior to electing a repair instead of replacement, a Sales Manager named Noah came out twice to meet with us and discuss our options. It did not feel like I was being pressured. After selecting the repair, a technician named Jonathan came out. He arrived masked, had on protective booties, worked quickly and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend Right Way and will use them for the replacement of our unit when that time comes.

We have used Right Way Heating and Cooling several times and they are awesome! The person answering the phone is always polite and attentive and Jonathan is actually the best service provider I have had to my home. They are on time, do great work, wear masks and they are honest.

My AC went out during the hottest week of the year to date. From start to finish the process was excellent. When they came to check on the unit, they were upfront and explained all issues clearly. After the visit, I was called and told how much my repairs would cost, and again was given an honest, upfront opinion. After realizing that repairs would cost almost as much as a new unit, Kevin came out to give me a consult on specifics for a new unit, as well as a quote for cost. The quote was very fair and I couldn’t turn down the total package. Days later, Noah, AJ, and Pat arrived for the installation. Everything was done in a timely fashion, and they answered any questions I had. I have to say from the service call (Noah), sales (Chris) and the install team (AJ, Pat, Brendon and Travis)...I felt everything went very well. My husband was not pleased with the cleanup in the basement as well as wrapping the coils with duct tape (apparently when it heats up, he is expecting to replace with something that wont melt).

The process was quick and easy. Travis was at my house within 45 min of me calling. Found and addressed the issue and had my AC working right away. Will definitely be using them going forward.

We had Rightway Heating and Cooling out for our annual inspection of our Air conditioning unit. Their service person, Jonathan, called ahead to let us know he was on his way! He was very respectful of our home wearing shoe covers and a mask! He went right to work and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the unit. Overall great customer service. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends!!

Rightway moved our AC unit to the side of our house and installed new lines which were hidden behind a plastic cover. Then today, Brendon and Travis installed a new AC coil and furnace. They were on time and professional.

My service technician was Johnathan and my experience was amazing. I had an nest thermostat installed and was having major technical issues, so much so that we had to call Google support. Johnathan was patient and worked with the rep because he was determined to fix the problem and he did just that. Great Job!!!

I had the below leak in my basement and the AC unit is clearly very old in this picture. I needed immediate assistance. They came out that day because I had NO AIR FLOW and looked and decided I needed a new control board and blower. This company was ready to come out to install immediately, the delay was only due to my home warranty. Anytime I would call Right Way they would always have an update and have completed what they needed to. Very impressed!

While attempting to install Ecobee and replace the controlled Bryant thermostat, it didnt work. It didnt work cause I didnt know controlled thermostat were a thing and was lost as they were wired different. Now neither the newly installed ecobee was working, nor could I get the Bryant one to work and I had no AC in July. This was 8 pm on Saturday. I called Rightway cooling and they were polite and sent someone within the next hour. Noah was professional and nice. He setup the wiring to work with ecobee and explained it as he worked along. It took roughy 1 - 1.5 hrs to do so. All this without any overnight or emergency surcharge and just the plain old diagnostic fee. I was thankful for their service. Definitely going to reuse them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

This company did a great job for us. From start to finish, everything went smooth. The product they recommended for AC and heating for our three season room (now year around room) is working exactly as they said it would. Its an LG ductless mini split, and its doing the job, we are pleased for sure. They assessed the room, made the recommendation, were more than fair with pricing (we did get two other quotes), installed the LG system, did the electrical work, answered our questions before and after the installation. Super smooth sailing. They are now the only company we will use for our HVAC needs.

We have used Right Way Heating & Coolin a few times over the past 4 years and they have always been wonderful. When we initially hired them, we were told by a different company that the repair would be $1200.00 and we decided to get a second opinion and chose Right Way and we are so happy we did!! Come to find out the other company was charging double, what it should have been and also misdiagnosed another issue, thankfully, we got a second opinion and Right Way gained a very loyal customer!! This time Chris came out, we assumed we just needed more freon and then asked if he could test and see if there was a leak. Chris called in and got the approval from our home warranty company and performed the test. There was a leak and it was an easy fix. This was great news especially when the previous company told us the leak was in a pipe going down a wall (this was incorrect, as they never even tested for it) and the old company also said it would cost a lot to diagnose and fix and that we should just keep getting the Freon charged ever couple of years. Again, so grateful we found Right Way our leak is fixed and no need to put a “bandaid” over the problem anymore!! They find the problem and fix it the “Right Way”!! I would recommend Chris and the whole Right Way company. I am also impressed as they always answer the phone right away, get you one the schedule quickly, keep in contact, and arrive on time within the allotted time frame. As seen in the picture, my fan blade literally ripped last night. I called Right Way H&C and talked to James who was SUPER helpful. He took a bunch of information from me and was at my house for the repair the very next morning so we dont have to suffer all weekend. AMAZING service!

Right Way provided quick and HONEST work! I was told by Columbus Comfort that I needed to have my AC unit replaced.I wanted a second opinion and called Right Way. Kevin came out and quickly told me the AC unit was fine, a quality unit that could last another 10 years. I then confirmed with their tech Jonathan who had the equipment to inspect and confirmed again my unit was fine. Its such a relief to be able to trust a contractor - highly recommend them.

Chris came out and fixed my furnace in record time and was very reasonable! I had had Cosby out for an estimate first and it was $900 and some dollars and he fixed it for less than $200. Use this company, they are the best!!!

They come and disconnected my ac and told me that I needed a new motor and the cost would be $3479. The following day I had someone else come by he reconnected my ac unit and added freon. And it all cost me $175. Be careful when considering this company Very DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!

Christopher White is an outstanding individual. I called to ask about what I thought was the issue and he did a full blown inspection on my HVAC system without me asking. As the weather is cooling down, I was a little anxious having an issue with my heater but he came out within 20 minutes of me making the phone call and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company and ask for CHRISTOPHER WHITE!

These guys are as good as it gets. We own a dry cleaner that no one ever thought could be cooled. Bill and his team studied our facility listened to our concerns and put a plan together and said they could cool our facility. I was a bit apprehensive, because I knew how much heat we produced. After everything was installed I was blown away. It was a complex project that was thoroughly thought through by Bill and his team. We now have one of the few dry cleaning facilities in the country that has AC throughout the entire plant and it works wonderfully. Bill was and still is amazing to work with. Not only have we had Rite Way to our business, we have also used them at our home. His team is professional, courteous and most of all honest. They certainly do it the “Right Way”. Called at 2pm for a furnace that stopped working and I’m writing this review at 3:09pm with warm heat flowing!! Wow!! Super fast super pleasant to work with. I hope I don’t need them again any time soon but I will not hesitate to use them in the future. Jonathan had his face mask on (Corona style) and made sure to put his shoe covers on while in the house. He showed me the broken part and the new one before he replaced it and the cost was less than I expected. Awesome service!

They gave me a great price and the system has operated efficiently and without problems. I just had Jonathan, one of their technicians, come out and get our AC ready for the hot season. I was so disappointed with the service and was charged double for Freon refill. When I requested the service I told the technician that we added Freon few years prior and paid $300. I asked if it needs to be refilled and if he can check to see if there is a leakage. He didn’t give me any information he just refilled it and said it’s $620 which was a ripoff. He said it costs more now because it’s banned by AEP and they are using recycled Freon. I was very disappointed I called twice to talk to a manager and the operator said someone will get back to me. They never did. This is a wrong way of doing business I hate writing reviews but I don’t want someone else getting ripped off especially during this pandemic. I had to use my emergency fund that I saved up for food to pay the extra $300 I was charged by ‘Rightway’. This is not the way to do business they need to inform people with old A/C unit about the new changes and the higher cost of Freon in advance.

Rite-Way was very prompt about getting to my house within the day and time they told me. James was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem and got the unit up and running temporarily until he can get the right part. he said he could get the part within a day or two but until that time at least he did make it so we would have air conditioning which is greatly appreciated. If any of my neighbors or friends would have a heating problem or cooling problem I would recommend Right Way Heating and Cooling.

Didn’t even come in the house. Said it was a issue with the out side unit and charged me for coming out and said it would be a couple thousand dollars. Called some else and it was just a short in the house. Right way is the wrong way do not call them! They don’t know what they are doing...lol.

He also gave me suggestions to keep the house cooler.Bryan was very fast and informative as to what the problem was. He gave me all the necessary information needed to maintain my AC and keeping the house cool during the summer months.

Called on a Saturday. They were at our house within an hour. Jonathan was great. Found the problem and our water heater quickly and fixed it. Highly recommend them.

The furnace/AC unit we have installed in our attic (services 2nd and 3rd floor) stopped working and lost power on a hot, muggy Monday morning. I called Right Way Heating & Cooling and a technician (Chris) arrived later that afternoon. Chris diagnosed the issue within 10 mins -- our condensation pump (which had been installed 11 years ago) was no longer working. They ordered the part and returned 2 days later and made the repair in about 30 mins. They called me multiple times throughout the process to keep me in the loop on timelines and pricing. Chris was extremely professional and courteous. This work was all completed during the Ohio stay at home order during COVID-19. Right Way assumed me employees were doing daily temperature checks in addition to other precautionary measures. Chris arrived and wore a mask, gloves, and shoe coverings while he was in our home. We have 3 kids at home and this made us feel very comfortable during the service call.I was extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be working with Right Way in the future.
