We damaged a customers a/c electric lines while mowing and I contacted Best Service to do the repair. They arrived on time and the the repair cost was acceptable. The technician called me once the work was completed. Good communication and the quality of the work was excellent.

As a new homeowner in 2017, I unexpectedly lost use of my old furnace on one of the coldest days of winter in January. I had to find a company to come by quickly; Best sent techs over almost immediately.My furnace wasnt repairable for safety reasons (the guys were able to show me exactly why). I wasnt completely set up in the house, but Russ (the owner) was incredibly understanding and allowed me to complete payment for a brand new unit in two separate installments. He was more concerned with us having heat than receiving everything upfront (which was such a stress relief as a first-time owner). I was blown away by his kindness, especially since I was a new customer without an established account with the company. Every tech Ive since had come to do maintenance checks raves about what a fabulous boss and man he is. I received a personalized card from Russ after my new furnace was installed; he remembered my situation and expressed how glad he was that we were safe and warm for the winter.Take a chance on Best if youre looking for new heating/cooling services. They really are a fantastic company, both from a service perspective and a good people perspective.

We replaced out furnace and air conditioner the old ones being 19 years old. The Best installation crew were efficient, courteous, quiet and informative. The work inside and out both were excellent and just as clean when they left as when they came.

I have worked with Best exclusively for almost 20 years. Two homes, an investment property, repairs, installs, checkups, weve done it all through Best. We have a 2200 sf ranch with a full finished 2200 sf basement. When finishing the basement they rebuilt all the ventilation to code, so, it is some of the nicer space in the house! They installed a 6 zone system which supplies the main areas evenly throughout both floors. It is efficient, cost effective, and we are very comfortable. Technicians have always been on time and courteous. Working with owners Russ and Cookie is always a delight.Update: Our AC died in August. Lovely timing. We needed to replace the entire system to get the newer coolant standard. Once again Russ and his install team were excellent, courteous and thorough. Very happy with our new AC, even though we only had a month to enjoy it!

Just spent weeks studying the market and obtaining bids for a new HVAC system from area contractors. At the end of the day, Best Service provided the most comprehensive proposal, competitive pricing, and the most warranty coverage. Purchased a Goodman system. Best bang for the buck. Best Service came in to do a pretty complicated move of our HVAC unit (and house wide duct work) into a crawl space to open up room in our basement - helping us with a mid-renovation change. They were able to come up with a solution much better than anything else proposed by anyone (and that we hadnt even considered), for a very reasonable price, and were able to get us in incredibly quickly. The team that came out and worked their butts off for 5 days was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Best will be our go-to from here on out.

These guys are great! Matt S. came out on Tuesday afternoon to perform a diagnostic check, and was able to return Thursday to install a new evaporator. Very professional and organized, and went above and beyond in performing the job. I will be using Best Service again in the future for all of my heating and cooling needs!

Replaced a faulty thermostat this summer and I signed on for biannual service checks. Technician suggested switching to different furnace filter to improve performance which I did and did indeed help. Appreciate that. Service was prompt and prices reasonable. Will call again for future service needs.

I have used this company many times in the past. They have always showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. My furnace and A/C unit are old but they have managed to keep them running for me. I would definitely recommend this company as I already have to some of my neighbors.

I called Best because my central air conditioning unit was not keeping up and the house actually started to get warmer. They were available the next day, came on time and diagnosed the problem, had the part in the truck and resolved the issue in the same service call. The gentleman doing the repair, Wayne, also told me about my air conditioning unit and cleaned it thoroughly, showing me what to do if I wanted to clean it in the future. It was a pleasure dealing with Best from my phone call to set up the appointment though the completion of the repair. Wayne was very knowledgeable and willing to share information with me as he did the repair. I would definitely recommend them and I will use Best in the future for my heating/cooling needs.

I rarely review, but these guys deserve it. Literally saved us thousands of dollars. Another company came in and said a unit had to be replaced. Thankfully, we got a second opinion, and Best Service lived up to its name—charging us only a couple hundred dollars instead to fix the problem. THANK YOU for being honest.

Repairman came and was super nice, and honest. Did not try to sell anything extra. We decided it was better to replace whole furnace instead of repair. Today it was installed, so I cannot rate unit, though its quiet and works. I can rate the guys and installation. Everyone was awesome, from delivery to tear out, to installation. I have a care plan and have not been disappointed with the service. However, if Im forced to schedule in a 4 hour window, I expect someone to be able to show up within that fairly large window of time. Im disappointed with that because its a lot of time to have to sit around and be available to wait on someone. My time is valuable too.

Our heat stopped working on the coldest weekend they showed up when no one else could. They fixed the furnace and even found out we had a warranty on it that we didnt even know about. They also do their best at keeping your bill to a minimum. I would call them again.

Donnie came to my home to conduct a furnace checkup. He was very professional. He found a loose wire on one of the zone controls and correct that free of charge. He cleaned inside the furnace and ran various diagnostic checks.He found a few issues with my humidifier and furnace fan which I will probably have him back to correct. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell me on any return services. Based upon his knowledge and performance I will ask for him next time I use their services.

I purchased a home several years ago that was 40+ years old with a furnace inside that was nearly the same age. In the middle of winter, that furnace went out and I was afraid I was going to have to find a way to come up with the money to purchase a new system. I spoke with Best Service that evening and they had a tech on site the next day! Despite my outdated furnace system, they were able to get it up and running that day, keeping me and my home warm throughout the rest of that winter AND the next several winters after that. If you need help with your heating or cooling system, you need to call Best Service!

They charged me $173 for a $10 capacitor. Beware when they offer to sell you a part. HALF A STAR!

Technician stopped by to give a new unit estimate while the normal sales guy was out of town. He fixed our broken A/C for no charge, though he cautioned it would only be temporary. Still, fixing it to give us some time to choose the right new unit in comfort meant the world to us. May or may not go with them for the new install, but definitely would recommend for service.

Best Service Heating and Cooling went above and beyond in the installation of our new air conditioner unit. Donnie spent the extra time needed to make sure everything was installed properly and his attention to detail was phenomenal.

Our furnace had no heat last Fri. I called the Best Service and a gentleman told me they would send a technician on Saturday to check it. The techincian did come as promised and unfortunately, it needed a new inducer and the part store closed during weekend.This morning (Monday), the Best Service located the part and immediately sent the techincian to repair our furnace. Now the furnace is working and we are happy, especially when outside temperature is dropping.Thank you!!

Quick and fast service. Cost effective.

First let me say that I usually do not do these sorts of reviews, and also these folks werent able to service my central air unit and get it up and running. That being said, I will say that I will highly recommend them if you do need service. Jason (tech from Best) came out on a service call, worked for quite a while to diagnose the issues. Turns out, unknown to either of us at the time, I have a really unusual A/C unit that his company is unable to get parts for. He did all that he could to diagnose and repair the unit, but in the end it does need parts that he was unable to procure. Even though I offered to pay the $80 service call for all that he did, he would not accept it and was extremely courteous and apologetic that he was unable to help us. I feel that he went over and above, in that he eased our mind, by telling us things that werent an issue with the unit, and pretty much armed us for the next company that comes to look at it. I would say that everyone I spoke to or dealt with at Best were courteous, prompt and professional. Im just sad that theyre unable to get the needed parts because Im certain that they wouldve dealt with us fairly and in a timely manner.

Shout out to Jason who worked incredibly hard on a very hot day to figure out why he wasnt getting the readings he should have from my AC. He wasnt going to quit until he figured it out -- and he did! Thanks!

This company was supposed to come to my home between 12-5PM. Not only did they not come, they didnt call me until 5:05PM to let me know that no one would be coming. They ultimately offered to reschedule, but offered no apology for their unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior. Not only did this company waste my time, but they were dismissive of my complaint. If you value customer service, I would not recommend this company.

We have used them multiple time over the years for replacement as well as repairs. Honest and typically very quick and is part of the solution instead of being part of the problem which happens a lot in the world of repair.

Wonderful tech, answered all questions, checked things that had never been checked by previous furnace repair techs. Price was very competitive.
