It was a longer drive than I thought so I was late 🙃 for my appointment by 25 minutes. The audiologist kindly took me anyway. She answered all my questions. Im still in the normal range, hurray. As I had received an offer in the mail I also received a $25.00 McDonalds gift card. 🎁 Win-Win!

This office was mostly interested in selling me new hearing aids. This was first time I had a negative visit in 15 years. I plan on going to different office on my next visit. All previous visits were 5 star. There is a tremendous turnover of salespeople over the years.

We are so happy with Emily Rice she is a very professional and very helpful. My Mom went from having extreme hearing problems to hearing great emely dose a great job and resolved all of her issues.she dose a great job all the time in helping my mom with her needs.She is a very nice lady we are so blessed to have her as a doctor.
