I just got my first pair of Beltone Hearing Aids! I am so excited. I can hear things again. I can not wait to show them off to friends and family. Ms. Michelle (office coordinator?) has went the extra mile for all three of my family members getting hearing aids from the Columbus store. To setting up the appointment for their convenience, to appointment reminders, and helping with previous hearing aids purchased from other stores and new purchases from Beltone. She was not pushy and gave advice to what she thought suited their needs the best. We could not have asked for any better customer service.

Went to beltone today one of my hearing aid went out when I walked in Michelle welcomed me and took my hearing aid and cleaned them. She brought them back and they worked beautifully. If you need anything always ask for Michelle she the best.

Took my Aunt in and was amazed. Michelle is apparently the lady who booked the appointment and was prompt to get us checked in and seen. I came into the office the other day due to the battery going out in my hearing aid. I was greeted by Michelle when I came in. She was very professional and helpfull in replacing my battery and also cleaned my hearing aid while I was there. Very recommended and will be coming back in the future when needed.

I took my mother in law in to get her hearing checked and Michelle went above and beyond customer service. While I waited she offered me a free hearing test I didn’t need any as of right now but I know where to go if I do need some hearing aids. The customer service is amazing and friendly.
