I have being with Optimal Hearing for several years now and every time I visit the office they get better and better. Lisa reminds us of our appointment and she’s very pleasant to work with. Really liked the service but not happy with the cooperation when it comes to filing with Medicare and Insurance. My mother was told her insurance would pay up to $2000 (but not guaranteed). The entire amount was denied because office would not file with Medicare, even though we requested three times. The secondary coverage pays benefits but will not pay until they get a Medicare denial. My mother would not have gotten two hearing aids if she had known it would all be out of pocket.

My husband had an appointment today with Randy Belcher, and he was so thorough and helpful, the best experience since my husband received his hearing aids three years ago through the military. I highly recommend Optimal Hearing. We will definitely return as needed in the future. Thank you Randy and staff for great, personal service!

Randy and Joy are wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable about the services and help youll get when you go see them. They will do all they can to either meet or exceed your needs. I know they do for me. Once a customer always a customer. I would like to mention that they make you feel as if you were at home and not in a office.

My Mom was here to visit and needed some help with her hearing aids, Mr. Randy went beyond to help my Mom ( did a free hear check, programmed her hearing aids and cleaned her ears) For free !! I take my mother to Optimal hearing for her hearing aids. She bought two new hearing aids last year in June. They were very accommodating, even after mother had purchased them. When she needs new wax tips I just go pick them up for her theyre free. You can purchase your batteries from them for your hearing aids and they have other items you can purchase if need be. Randy and Joy are delightful people. Anybody can call and set up an appointment for a free ear check-up. Randy looks inside your ear with a large magnifying machine and can tell you if he sees anything thats not right, and by the way you can see inside your ear to while hes doing it, at the same time he will clean any accumulated wax out of your ears. They will do this for you once a year completely free, no strings attached. I recommend Optimal Hearing on Veterans Parkway across from Houston Clinic if you are having problems with your hearing.

My 93 year old mothers hearing aids came from here. Free 6 month cleaning for hearing aids and ears, are complimentary after purchase. Very nice people run this business.

My great experience started from the customer friendly receptionist. The audiologist was very thorough and the explanations and illustrations was simple to understand.
