Krogers is hit or miss depending on the location you shop at. The store itself is basic items placed strategic so you have to hunt items down. Employees are hit or miss on the level of kindness and attitudes and or lack of.. 99% of the time they have what I need.

This location is always busy and only ever has one or two registers open. This forces people with with full carts go to the self-checkouts, so you cant be in and out even if you have only a few groceries. I know many businesses are understaffed right now, but thats not an excuse for a massive grocery store chain, especially considering there are other Kroger locations just as busy with no unreasonable wait times at registers.

Please kiss your diet goodbye, and get the tuxedo cake and/or the chocolate cake. They melt in your mouth. Not at all overly sweet, but flavorful, rich, and stinkin awesome.

Ordered online. Paid for the pickup service. Got several reminders to pick it up. Check in to pick it up and they tell me they rescheduled it. I explain I cannot make that time which is why I picked the time I did. They then say I will have to cancel my order and reschedule another day. At any point before I got there this could have been addressed. Instead they wait until I show up to give me a take it or leave it offer. Dont waste your time scheduling a pickup order here go elsewhere.

Liquor store opens at 9am and the workers just watch people waiting for a release rather than helping them and taking care of the customers. Clearly people take time out of their morning to purchase an item that has a certain release date and time, to abuse what little power they have to make people wait because they don’t like the “bourbon hunters” is ridiculous. You are in the business of helping customers, if that’s a problem for you then find a new career path. You know how this works, don’t abuse your position out of ignorance and angst for people that enjoy collecting. IF this is something that has a particular time for drop date maybe post signage or have someone providing information in person. Do better.

For two years now Nina has been helping me with my groceries from the store to my car. As a disabled person this has been a major positive impact on my experience at this store. When i don’t see her i struggle bc literally no one else bothers helping me load my groceries. I hope she gets a fat raise in pay bc she truly deserves it. I hope you know how valuable she is.

Consistently out of stock on a surprisingly large amount of items. Chicken breast? Dont have it. A1? Dont have it. Fruit snacks? Dont have them. Often out of wet cst food and many things. The north Broadway location isnt much better. Guess its slightly higher prices at Giant Eagle or the dumpster fire of humanity that is Wal Mart

They now have Spectrum solicitors at the front of the store making it unavoidable to engage in a quick question sales pitch. Grocery shopping is already a hassle, the last thing any customer wants is to be solicited without consent. Additionally they were missing a lot of produce, including bags of limes, dill, and frozen breakfast sandwiches. When visiting recently, all their plums and peaches were covered with fruit flies. They rarely have baggers which you pay a premium for compared to somewhere like Aldi.

Waited an hour for my grocery order today. Called twice to check in and told them my name and what spot I was in. The lady who answered sounded like she found my order and told me it would be out soon, so I waited. She never found the order because it was under my wifes name. Dont act like you found my order if you didnt.

They will reschedule your grocery pickup without advance notice and without asking for your input on a new time. Don’t bother unless you are okay with rescheduling your whole day to accommodate Kroger’s schedule, for a service you are paying for.

I like that the parking lot at this location is not a a maze of poorly placed and too numerous cart corrals like at some other locations. I’m not sure there is a lot of utility in their huge clothing and home goods sections... by overall it’s a good store with a nice sized natural section.

Please get new shopping carts or replace all of the wheels. Most carts have mismatched wheels making them hard to move. A real downside for older and physically challenged persons.

I came to reiterate what others have said - your carts are incredibly difficult to push, they have been ill maintained and most appear to have been in collisions with cars considering how bent the frames are. This is very difficult for those with disabilities or physical ailments.

Great place to get all my groceries.

Always greeted with super friendly staff, and they have plenty of sanitizing stuff for the carts. I can usually find what I want. One criticism: the online ordering makes you choose a time to pick up groceries and that is not convenient for me. Anyway, 5 stars because customer service is greatly appreciated

10/22/21....Masks are required now 😷 We got our booster shots at the pharmacy!! We didnt have any problem finding all the groceries that we needed ☺️Back today 6/10/21 alot has changed mask required if not fully vaccinated. Store hours for Liquor store have changed as well as guidelines for valid ID. Awesome customer service we still love this store!! 👍😀Great store, really clean, helpful, friendly service especially Terri shes usually in the self check out area, Rita in the dairy dept & Patty in the bakery dept. I prefer Kroger over any other grocery, I save the most money here. It usually has everything I need, well stocked. However, the only problem I seem to have just about every time is the baggers. Im sure they dont care, and I know this is a silly issue to have.. but its so annoying when my groceries get bagged sloppy. Frozen items with dry boxed foods, heavy items with soft items, or they put one thing in a bag and I end up with a ton of bags.. Its not hard to bag groceries properly so things dont smashed or broken on the ride home. Silly complaint I know ..

The best produce section I have ever seen.

I literally go out of my way to go to this Kroger click list pick up bc the customer service is absolutely outstanding. The other Krogers are good too, but Graceland literally goes out of their way to bend over backwards to get your order correct and if any issues, they clear them up immediately!! I have all good things to say about this service at this particular location and hope they are all paid well bc they deserve it!! These are the modern day heros during this pandemic!!

Great variety of healthy organic foods but not very much of their produce is local like they advertise.

This is a very nice store. Its just too far away from my home to get there by bus regularly. The staff were really, really helpful when I needed to know where things were located. I only came up to Graceland Shopping Centet because I had other stops to make on the way home.

I was verbally harassed and threatened by one customer and a manager got very aggressive with me and actually tried to prevent me from leaving (false imprisonment), all over masks. An employee was ordered not to assist me with an ID check. Another manager told me they didnt want my money. Wish granted!Update: I am editing this review to note that the store now has a giant loudspeaker broadcasting mask and covid propaganda, like a scene straight out of 1984. Anyone who works here really has to ask themselves... Are we the baddies?

This place is huge and always busy during the day, it seems, but I never seem to experience the long wait times to check out that I do at other locations. The real reason I stop here, even though its not the closest Kroger to home, is that they stock kiddie carts--kid sized grocery carts meant for kids to push, not ride in. This makes shopping with my 5 year old actually kind of fun. She takes her job so seriously and it keeps her engaged instead of whining or wandering.

Awful pick up service!!! My order had to be ready by 6 pm. I arrived at 6, waited more than 1 hour on pickup parking slot because my order hasn’t completed yet. Then I got voicemail that it’s gonna be ready by 9 pm. Seriously??? After calling to the store they told me that my order is completed but not ready to give it to me because they lost it. I’ve spent there more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to get all this information. Eventually I had to cancel it. So, never never order anything in this store anymore!!! It was my first and last time here!

I love how they reorganized everything. Its so neat and it looks so clean and the store is just better then ever before. Its so easy to find stuff now and if you struggle an employee will help you with ease. Id recommend this location to anyone.

Picking up service is awful. I ordered grocery and received picking time range at 6-7pm. But actually when I arrived I had to wait more the 2 hours, because nobody was serving me. And by the end, manager said that he lost my order. Even claiming and calls to the call center wasn’t helped. Really frustrating. So it’s the worst store I’ve ever seen!

I was in this Kroger last night after running errands. Since having moved to Columbus 3 years ago, all of the Krogers Ive been to have been very challenging to say the least, however this Kroger exceeded my expectations. The entire store has been well maintained, fully stocked and the service in all departments was superb. Casey the Supervisor was the clerk who checked-me-out and provided excellence in service. She was efficient, professional and truly cares about the customer experience. Casey hit all points of service with ease and understands what it means to be a true professional. In addition to Casey, there was and elderly lady (hope thats not offensive) who pleasantly bagged me groceries who was just as pleasant and professional as well. Both of these, especially Casey should be commended for their service and acknowledged as ambassadors for the Kroger brand. Its a shame that the other stores in the local area dont have a Casey. As a result of her service, I will be driving a few extra miles to this Kroger because of these two women to receive the appreciation that a customer deserves. Great job ladies, you rock!

Dont waste your time with curbside pickup. I called when I arrived and was told my order was being shopped. Two hours later I was still waiting and no one was answering the phone. Finally got through and they said my order still wasnt ready. I told them to just cancel it and as I drove away I saw about twenty more cars lined up just waiting to pull into one of the pickup spaces.

I love the Kroger in graceland very clean keep meats and bread and water. Nice people just wish they have toilet paper

This palce has really gone down hill. While I understand that the pandemic has caused hardship there is no excuse for the poor condition of this store. On fathers day weekend there was no corn on the cob anywhere in the store (fresh or frozen). Huge sections of the store simply were not stocked i.e. sausages, cleaning chemicals, water chestnuts, and many others. And to add insult to injury there is a manager there that seems to make a game of blocking aisles with his cart while he straightens shelves. As this store is closed overnight I see no reason it cannot be stocked BEFOE THE STORE OPENS.

Awful pickup service. My father waited over 4 hours, watched many other cars leave with their orders and eventually left after it become clear the store had no intention to fulfill the order. Avoid this location unless you enjoy wasting your entire day.

I visit Kroger Marketplace often because it is a very convenient location for me. Its a great store for groceries, pharmacy, and even occasionally clothes. The staff is usually nice. Occasionally I cant find items, but usually within a week the item is restocked.

Staff is nice and super helpful. This location usually has everything I need in stock. Free balloons and stickers for the little ones every trip! Love that they acknowledge the kids!

Crazy live close by. I work until 9pm every night there open until midnight. Always only one cashier and a long line for self cash out like 20 min wait. Asked cashier no other cashiers she said no always like this..Huhh??? Why??? Bad customer service after 8:30 pm if you shop there your gonna wait about 30 to 35 mins to cash out. So much of statement about customers 1st and no wait thats a lie!!!!

Photos were taken of the White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese that I purchased from The Chicken Company inside Kroger at Graceland Blvd in Columbus Ohio. It was delicious, but pricey. However, if I didnt like it, I wouldnt have purchased it. $5.00 for a pint.

Kroger has great produce, butchers, and deli. You cant go wrong here, prices are great, lots of deals! Dont let people talk you into believing Wal-Mart has the best deals. Its often times because they have companies prepackage the items to a smaller size so the deals look more attractive than they actually are. Try Kroger instead, much more customer friendly!

My go to kroger. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. I dont think there is a nicer Kroger in that regard.Bakery willing to get a cookie to my kid and informative even when they know I am not going to get anything else. Deli cooperative and got us a great deli tray and was accommodating to vegetarians. Their star bucks typically nice and willing to make something fancy. Produce always willing to check the back for more stock.Regarding stock they got a 4 star because there are always empty shelves. Seldom a thing I need however it has gotten worse. I blame click list (which I did once real easy to not be intimidated) and poor wages.

Great variety, great prices and friendly staff. Produce is quality with a wide variety. I can find just about anything in this store. Things are well organized and the aisles are WIDE, making it easy to shop. I continue to shop here even though there are other grocers closer.

Done with this Kroger! After reading some of the reviews, I see I’m not the only one. Bagger lady was rude to my 15 yr old son. He was still unloading our cart and she was very rude to him and said, “I need that cart down here”. Then proceeded to stand and argue with me bc I said something to her. One of the most unpleasant grocery shopping experiences ever.

This is the store I always go to. They have a huge selection and the sale items are almost always available and stocked. They do a free Friday item weekly and usually have items at super low prices on certain items Friday and Saturday with a downloaded coupon that can be used 5x.Employees in the store are really nice and helpful.

I tend to find what food items I need. It is not that expensive. They have Friday and Saturday specials. Plus fuel perks

I used to like this place but no more. Friday night..3 checkout lanes and 20 minute wait. Might as well go to Wal Mart

This is a good Marketplace Kroger. You just have to go at the right time. Can be really congested with limited parking, when shopping at peak hours. The cashier lady on self checkout has had it! I understand shes running the self checkout by herself but a little kindness goes a long way. I only shop here when I go to Fred Meyer to get my rings cleaned, which is maybe every couple months. Thanks.

Well went in and just spent $60 in beauty supplies. to the lady at the self check out standing over me while checking out. Then lock my cart while I was leaving like I was stealing something. Wow the nerve of some people. Not going back.

Love this place! Maybe its just because I love Kroger. But this is a good location - its got most anything you could want (furniture, food, supplies, etc.). Easy parking and feels very safe.

They never fail. Always neat and clean. Products are always available. Customer service is a breath of fresh air.

Kroger Marketplace at Graceland is awesome. The people who work there are so cheerful, helpful, and friendly. Ive been going there since it opened and have never had a bad experience with anyone who works there. This Kroger is such an asset to Clintonville.

Great Grocery store - and I like the marketplace concept that has other household items not found at your standard grocery store. Good sales as well. Just make sure you use your Kroger card!!

Grabbed a case of beer after work yesterday. They had multiple lanes open and convenient self checkouts near each door.

Spend 30 minutes waiting for pick up, the phone line is busy for 10 minutes. O yes and then the order isnt ready and will be over an hour late. Dont waste your time with this store more mismanaged then a childs lemonade stand.

This is a Kroger that sells clothing and household goods along with regular groceries...This store is always clean... I really like their meat and seafood counter and the ladies in the deli are always very helpful... This Kroger has a State Liquor Store, a pharmacy, a bank, a Starbucks and a jewelry store...

Amazing selection and good prices dont shirts

I bought organic eggs and one has a wrinkled shell. I would prefer to buy eggs from healthy chickens and that the farm take better care of their animals. Also I bought all they had in one type of soup and it hasnt been restocked in weeks.

There was a lot of construction going on. The seafood section was closed at like 10:00 pm to my disappointment. Found some good prices though.

I love this Kroger location. Their selections of cheeses, groceries and products are excellent. I find what I need in one stop. Opposed to other Kroger locations that cause me to make additional stops. :(

Love this Krogers​. Its clean, and the staff is very happy and friendly. Since the Giant Eagle closed on Granville/Dublin its closer for me to go to the Krogers on Morse, but I like your store better. For my large shopping list I always go to your Krogers

I enjoy going to the Kroger Market place in Graceland. I prefer it over my local Kroger, and I just love the vibe of it.

Arguably the best Kroger in the city. Large selection of basic and specialty grocery. Clean and well stocked. They have plenty of managers special bins tucked away around the store.

Awesome, as usual, even with revamping the layout. The feral, wild boar summer sausage was outstanding.

They have a great selection for the healthy eater. There are lots of natural and vegetarian/vegan options. The only reason this isnt 4 stars is they are always out of at least one thing we go there for which is incredibly annoying.

Did not have 100% grass fed beef...need to start at Aldis first and get everything I can the first. Then Trader Joes. So many choices for organic, pastured (not to be confused with pasteurized). This Kroger just does not have affordable organic food not does it discount them.

This place is great! I got plenty of groceries there. They had my favorite organic cereal on a ridiculous sale, but there was only one kind left. That’s a bummer.

One of the best Krogers in Columbus. Large variety, including home goods. Its very conveniently located, too. I find myself coming to this location more than the Kroger closest to my home.

By far one of the better Kroger stores in Columbus. Its a little tucked away and has the problem of traffic because of the location. Its big enough to have everything you need in one trip. Its also big enough that for quick trips it is overwhelming to find one thing.

Good except for cashier who wanted to carry on a conversation with a customer that already paid and bagged up as I patiently waited for it to end. I finally had to tell her to save the conversation for off the clock at which time she got sassy with me, had to get the manager involved.

Great store. Its where I always go to shop. Easy in easy out and good prices.

Management at this location does not enforce mandatory mask rule in Columbus. Employees on break wandering the store without masks, vendor stocking shelves with no masks. Most customers wearing masks but not all. This is not a safe place to shop if you are older and or have a pre-existing conditions. They do offer special shopping hours however the experience is the same during these hours as well.

The staff is helpful and courteous, and the store is well-stocked. the produce is fresh. There is a Starbucks, a jewelry store, and they do sell clothing and shoes.

No shopping carts of any size or baskets in either side of the store. When asked about carts, send me back outside into pouring rain. Crowded. Items in random isles that are mislabeled. Applesauce isn’t in the fruit isle, it’s in the snack isle. Isles are crowded and narrow, yet they have stacks of canned items in them so they are more difficult to navigate around. Last, ran out of items I was looking for. Didn’t end up getting half of what was on my list. Go to another Kroger...

I have shopped at this Kroger for 6yrs after moving away from THE best Kroger in Grandview.Every time I come here and go to check out, a price is wrong. I am always told the sale sticker was supposed to be removed. So.... if you save money by hiring “certain” employees and they don’t have the full capability to do the job, why do I pay for it?? It’s great you employ everyone with or without disabilities but I feel they can’t handle the job. I’m tired of paying for someone else’s mistake. You only learn from your mistake if YOU fix it. I believe someone owes me money out of their check!!!!Bunch of jokes working there....

We bank at Fifth /Third and the branch inside is open when others are not, including Sundays. The store is always clean, completely stocked, and the staff are great. Great meat department!

Worst experience at Kroger today. I started at the new Morse road store next in line and the computers went down and they closed the store. I called to make sure the Graceland location was open and headed over there. So after reshopping for the same groceries I proceed to checkout and at payment the computer quit working. The cashier had me go to a different self scan and re-scan everything, now none of my coupons will work because it thinks I already used them. Now Im trying to explain this to the rude self checkout person and end up at customer service because it screwed up the gift cards.It took 4 times to purchase the same groceries. Really, YES REALLY.

Numerous times the self-checkout cashier has left me standing for at least 5 minutes while they take a break - chatting at customer service, getting a coffee, catching up with friends. Lydia was todays offender. I like the food selections but the checkout service is atrocious! I am always courteous to service industry workers; I used to be one. Its a hard job, but leaving a customer waiting to PAY is ridiculous!
