Big Indian store with attached Indian restaurant inside. Visited here for a quick shopping. Spacious interior and shelves. Fresh vegetables, only specific Indian ones available.. small area with utensils and vessels.Could not find all the groceries I wanted here. But saw some unexpected fresh things here.I felt this place have moderately priced goods than other places in Dublin..But most of the goods were not price labeled properly.Would recommend this place and might go back here for groceries again.Large parking area and not very easy not see from road. Inside was clean and organized. Staff was not very interactive.

Enjoyed market. Good prices and great selection of rice! Easier to get around compared to big international markets. Liked having prices marked for each item but check because some items are in the wrong place and price may be wrong. And hope they address lack of handicapped parking options in parking lot. Otherwise, hope to get back there soon!

This lays is exported and agreed.. but when it had expire date of 4 months why that is not shown or displayed properly ( the manufacture date and expiry date )..they have put additional stickers to hide them .. how many people, small kids would have purchased...see the photos below..I tried to check the mgf date, it is April 18 2021 ( blurred out) and it is expired .. I bought this on Oct 09 2021...Please dont do this type of marketing for selling this expiry goods.. Friends please dont take those lays or check each and every product (mfg date and exp date ) before purchasing ...

This is a good place to get all your Indian groceries. Fresh vegetables and also like their frozen sweet section.

The attitude of the checkout staff is very poor and borderline rude. They never greet or acknowledge customers and always appear to be in a bad mood and are constantly distracted by their phones. I have visited the store many times and all the checkout clerks are always in a bad mood. Looks like it is part of the training for the checkout clerk. Todays visit is the last frown that stopped from me thinking of visiting the store again. I will tell my friends too about your poor service. Be grumpy!

A lady behind the counter is extremely rude, I don’t like to go to this store because of their customer service, they are so unhappy that if you smile and say hi, they will look at you like you have 10 heads. Which is common in Indian people, they looove starring at other people,😀 just so you know people only go here in case of emergency this is not my kind a store, cause neither they understand English or Hindi but it’s Indian store 🤔🤔🤔 interesting ! Anyways, I think they should train their staff, on customer service. This is not india, and look at Americans and learn something from them to be kind to one another. Seriously how hard is it?

Variety of food supplies available.Did not find any expired products kept for sale. It’s also next to a restaurant “Hyderabad house” which offers excellent quality food.

The shop is ok and it has decent selection of Indian items but the guy at the cash counter does not have any etiquette .. saw him multiple times, doesn’t say hi / hello or even a thank you when we, as customers, greet him thank you! This is basics and doesn’t cost any money to be nice and warm to your customers!

Never buy sweets from here...unless you wanna get food poisoning!!!!Laddoos and jalebi tasted as if they were made using leftover fish fry oil!!🤮🤮Just had a bite and ended up with tummy ache!!

Nice indian grocery store with all the indian items available in polar area. Nicely built and have big section for vegetables. Friendly staff and must visit if you are indian and living in Polaris. You can also visit the Hyderabadi house restaurant which in situated inside the supermarket.

I love the food corner they have. Their fresh dosas remind me of Sarvana Bhawan in India. Good quality food, decent staff.

Desi food from india n Pakistan not a much variety but still have most of the items like spices and other things. The worst thing is very bad customers service at checkout. Customer next to me forget to take his trolley with him after checkout. Cashier called him back from entrance and told him to take his trolley with him. So rude.

I have been going to the store since they opened several years ago. Very friendly staff and they are always helpful. With Current COVID19 situation they have started to deliver groceries. They worked out the initial start up issues and now deliver very quickly and efficiently. Appreciate everything they are doing for the community.

I never gave any review to anyone neither positive nor negative(even if i am not satisfied). But this is something which i cannot stop expressing my dissatisfaction. Being this business is managed by Indian people, I dont think they will take my dissatisfaction into consideration to improve their service. But i hope that it may be useful for some one new and wants to visit or order from this store.Ordered almost 20 items and after a week or so, they have delivered us less than 10 items. The delivery person do not know about our full order, he just came like that.Moreover we have observed that the Ashirwad Atta bag was completely opened and was closed with plastic tape before delivering to us. I doubt what they have mixed in it. The vegetables delivered to us or not fresh at all and charged us like anything (delivery charges extra).Will not be ordering from this store or going back to the store, merely waste of money!!!

We bought 4 verities of vegetables in the trinetra store,after taking from the fridge after 2 days, 2 of them are completely spoiled and I took picture and showed to the manager but the justification is too rude and anyhow I will talk to Srini also later.But one of my friends in my community keeps saying not to buy vegetables here because of the poor quality ..Please take this feedback positively and try to take the precautions and remedies not to disappoint the customers.

The cashier ripped me off. I purchased aloe Vera leaves. The price was advertised as $1.99 and he tried to charge me $2.99 per leaf. I was going to pay with my debit card, but he said If I paid with cash, he’d charge me $2.50 per leaf. I told him that is false advertisement and he was speaking in a low tone as he did this, so I know that it was a swindle, I don’t like how they do business and will be reporting to BBB and any other reviewer regarding this unethical behavior. I called the store after I left and asked for a supervisor and I believe the cashier answered and said that there was no supervisor and that they were busy. There were not many customers at that time,.

Trinetra - Sancus Blvd.Today I gave an order for delivery in which I requested for 1 lb of tindora but he have 2.3 lb. when I called them for this mistake, he is not at all have patience to listen to me. No respect to customers and they are just trying make money instead .

I am new to the area and visited the restaurant in Trinethra Indian Supermarket. One of the best things about the restaurant is the way people come and serve you food... thats typical Indian style lunch.I found the vegetables fresh. There are some discounts also going on.They should maintain cleanliness of the toilet and cleanliness of the pathway to the toilet.

A convenient place for Indian grocery compared to other Indian stores on exit 20 as we live close to New Albany. Decent fresh vegetables but limited options and not whole lot of variety, lot of items available in smaller packs only. Looks like they tried to stuff lot of groceries in a small place compared to the ones on exit 20.

Good prices but their fridges dont keep the food frozen. Wouldnt recommend the frozen section. They have a good choice of Indian grocery items.

Great Taste Hyderabad Britain with Deli.for $10. Chai for $1.50 which is great. Affordable price and great taste. Only problem was little space issue.but they have an app so you can preceded the food.

Upon entering I asked about halal meat, politley told no but thght Id check out anyway we say excuse me here all I know wasnt much familiar with but picked up a few things to find one register open and a customer w 5 basket fulls of food w my 3 items politley put my items back and left where I was chased out the store by an employee pulled up in my range river asked if there was a problem? This place has all the necessary Indian grocery I one place . Vegetables are fresh. I love the frozen fish in the freezer section. Very good place . They sometimes have great deals on food too.

Indian super market, it is a nice Indian grocery store. Veggies are mostly fresh. They have lot of varieties of frozen food items and biscuits. So many pooja stuff and Indian vessels we can buy from here.They need to organize the store, sometimes the items are not on their place, you have to look around. You wont even find a price tag on some items and their is no Price Checker in the store so every time you need someone to ask. In the evening hours the place becomes crowded so the best time to shop is morning and afternoon.

Lots of light, spacious and clean. Very good selection of groceries, vegetables and fruits. I like the fact that they will have a restaurant inside shortly. So, imagine the aroma enough to salivate. For me that concept, the store in general and mostly the location beats other indian grocery stores in the Columbus area.

The worst place ever. They are selling all 10 yr old expired stuff. Worms in wheat flour, Rice and fungus on sweets and much more to add.

No price tags on most of the stuff, go to the cashier and everything is overpriced. Most of the goods are either expired or about to expire!!! I bought 3 items that are expired and 2 that are about to expire, didn’t realize until after coming home just to throw it all away, be CAUTIOUS and check Expiration of everything you buy from this store!

Guys at the counter with base ball cap and earring is very impolite always talks in very authoritative tone with customers, got into argument third time same guy over his bad behavior. Overall make whole experience very bad .

Grocery store is ok but the lady on the register threw stuff on me while i was paying and when I asked her that is it the way u guys treat the customers, then she apologized... seriously... please learn some manners and it ll not charge u guys if u welcome customers and put smile on ur faces. I ll edit star rating if I see any positive change in their dealing with customers.

Good maintenance and nice customer experience. Some times it is too much crowded in the evenings due to Hyderabad house biriyani. They would have organized crowd in a better way by cutting down waiting times and adding one more way or rerouting to kitchen instead of current way where suppliers are blocked by waiting croud.

They have very good collection of Groceries including Palm jaggery which is not available in many places. Vegetables are ok but not that fresh. It will be better if they get fresh vegetables on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

It is like any other indian grocery store in the town, no better or worse from the price or cleanliness side. But the cashiers are worst crop of people. I checked out twice in last two months. They dont smile, never say hello or hi, thanks or bye. They dont make any eye contact, rude, serious. I know these shops are not known for good service, but these people take the worst service to the next level. I will not be going back there again and experience the treatment, though they are in close proximity to my place. They dont deserve even 1, but that is the lowest i can give.

Since this grocery store is new in town, it has good number of common goods needed. I wish they have more billing counters to avoid more crowd on the weekends.

Customer service is pathetic. Counter guys will always be on their phones not only that I got honey bottlewhich says $4.99 on shelf they started charging me $5.99 and I requested him to check on price and guy at counter was so rude asked to me show where. I showed him and the price was $4.99 after seeing that he is not even apologizing for the wrong pricing.

This place is selling rice bags for $20 where as other places are selling for same old price $15 to $16,so I went to Indian grocers and got same rice bag for $13 as part of Diwali sale.Please stop taking extra money from people.Likewise all prices

Just because their return policy is just 7 days they cannot except customers to throw away a 20 LB faulty /below the par quality rice bag, and their response is crude and rude, they deserve this comment because of their plain arrogancy. Oh....another Indian restaurent...well yes BUT a friend rightfully said...they bring the buffet to you. YES this is called a thali concept in INDIA. This is a restaurent that is making Thali a big thing in AMERICA, others have it, on the menu...but these guys are using it as a mainstream approach. They add Biriyani to THALI and this is the best fusion of North and South. Love the food aptly spicy and very very busy, if you want fast service go early on the weekend...1130ish. NJOY !!!! Been there 10 times already.

They just sold us chapathi which had fungus on it. It is a food and safety violation. Guess my next step is contacting food and safety inspectors. Hope they know how Dakshin Polaris restaurant closed down.
