Mango Salmon, sweet teriyaki salmon in the fresh fish department is good. Try the Chocolate cake in the bakery. Cant find the Clear Canadian drink here anymore? Has self check out and employee check out counters and a gas station to use your rewards!

Everyone here is great. The pharmacy is awesome, and their staff has helped out a lot and given great counsel. I like that they wont make you do a self checkout if you ask (some places are so obnoxious about using the self checkouts, which often dont work and/or frustrate me so much I want to leave without buying anything). Obviously since of the super fancy stuff isnt here, but theres a market district a little farther (in Upper Arlington) if you need that.

The store is too high on stuff, I get a better deal at Krogers

Check the dates before buying a bag of candy. Twice bought expired candy, usually not a big deal but this last time the soft caramels were rather hard.

This item did not even compare to name brand white cheddar pop corn. It was pretty stale.Would not recommend and probably wont grab Natures Basket products just to save a buck again. This product did have a satisfaction guaranteed on the bag.Over all the store is clean and moderately friendly!

We saw this Giant Eagle when we were travelling and decided to shop here. I love the variety and fresh foods.I sure do miss having Giant Eagle in the Toledo, Ohio area....Please come back !

Horrible stock on hand. 2 days ago had 1 beef roast for sale that I wouldnt feed to my cat. Many empty selves and out of stock items throughout store and high prices

I prefer this store in this area of town. Its worth the few cents extra on things to have a better shopping experience.

Honestly, I think they’re at the same level as the big grocery stores like Kroger. Their gas price is always good too.

Quick trip to get the evening meal done

9 consecutive days going to this GE and no DOLE SALAD BOWLS. I went to customer service and the person stocking the produce but they were no help. I asked to speak to a manager and I waited in the produce dept for a very long time.

You can get discounts here, just like Kroger. But my opinion better!

Went twice for my Covid vaccinations. Pharmacy was very friendly and organized. Pharmacist very nice and knowledgeable. Was a very positive experience.

I appreciate that Giant Eagle is a place to get the Covid-19 vaccine but the self check area is a source of frustration. You select Own Bag and then have to wait for an attendant to allow you to proceed. Then you need a Loyalty card, which will also require an attendant if you don’t have one. I was close to changing my mind and putting everything back but by that time my cart and I were hemmed in by the narrow space and people waiting behind me. Giant Eagle, if you don’t want to have self check out then remove that area. It will be less annoying for all.

Milk with a sell by date of a week away was already off.Salad with a sell by date of 5 days away was rotting.Having to have a loyalty card to self check out, even if not wanting or needing a discount, is just stupid.There are other Giant Eagles that only have one of these three problems.

Its a grocery store. They sell food. Usually good.

Better stocked, but not as well priced as Kroger. Employees dont know what fondue is - to find that you need to go to Aldi. I like that Giant Eagle Clintonville location has a liquor store but I wish they were better at enforcing the 5-shopper rule during COVID. When there isnt any cop standing outside people just ignore the sign

The 5 meats for $19.99 was great today. The vodka we drink from the liquor store had also been reordered as requested. Multiple staff members greeted me or said a friendly goodbye today and my cashier was patient. All in all a good Giant Eagle trip for efficiency, helpfulness and pricing!

Helpful staff save on groceries and gas

Considering its a very busy Giant Eagle, most of the service is swift. The most current suggestion I can provide towards improvement is announcements for opened lanes, but thats probably impossible before the future happens, anyway. Ill definitely be back!

Half the staff is wonderful, but the other half is absolutely terrible. They can’t be bothered to help customers because they’re too busy harassing “suspicious looking” customers. I guess they have theft issues, because they have a police officer working all day long. Despite the constant police presence, your bike and/or bike wheels can and will be stolen. Even if you have a bike lock. Ask me how I know...

Best GE in town. We actually moved about 15 minutes away from this location but still shop here because the staff are great and the store is organized in a way that makes a lot of sense.

My 68 year old mom got there this morning 20 minutes before they opened and got in line outside. The first man in line ran in and bought all the toilet tissue. They didnt limit him. They let him buy it all and didnt leave any for anyone else. Come on Giant Eagle!!!!! You are better than this.

Everyone nice. Cashier and manager had to deal with an upset customer, but, handled her well. She held up the line, not the cashier.

Today when shopping at giant eagle in the produce section a customer not wearing a mask listen to music coughed over the fresh produce for 5 to 10 minutes. I reported this issue to the management group they said they would look at the cameras yet nothing was done. If you dont want to get sick stay away from here!!

Great selection, prices were a little high compared to Krogers. Lines were empty at 8pm. Store was clean, liquor department was impressive.

Several times they only have self check out or one regular lane/ line open.

Giant Eagle stores as most folks know are a large grocery store chain from the state of pennsylvania......The one i most frequent is on north high street in clintonville, which is close to the ohio state university campus( Go Bucks ).......very clean, very well stocked, and the management and staff friendly, down to earth hardworking folks, with pride and quality in themselves as well as the store.....i personaly recommend this store to anyone in the area to try them for yourselves, and experiance a great shopping environment......And yes mask are mandated there, and i personally witnessed the staff sanitizing the shopping carts as they are brought back in the building......jim farley

Im not a regular customer, and ii is Extremely aggravating that I cannot even scan my purchases w/o a Giant Eagle card! I must Wait for an Attendant! Its the only reason I dont get one: I do not like the idea of being forced into what would otherwise be a much easier & more convenient decision. GE is the only store I know that does this. Absurd!!!

Very clean and well stocked. Easy access down aisles and friendly staff throughout facilitie. Great markdowns in meat dept around 5:00pm for meat rotation keeping meats at their freshest. Nice store and overall facilities are highest possible standards! A1/100%

It’s a pretty nice place to get your groceries, but it’s no where big as others. However, it makes up with its selection of higher end products and a wider range of products for people with dietary restrictions or certain lifestyle choices like vegans and vegetarians. I also love how they have the tank of live lobsters. Never have brought one home but it was exciting to see the first time I went. Beware though! If you’re trying to pick up grocery late at night (like midnight), you’ll need a loyalty card!!

Groceries are on the expensive side but quick and easy shopping.

The only reason I wasnt willing to give more stats is because I needed customer service and I was told they were on lunch and wouldnt be back for an hour. I ride the bus so it was more then inconvenient. I was also told I couldnt exchange 1 can of condensed milk for a can of evaporated milk since my daughter bought the wrong type. The reason was for the covid-19 virus. But they will exchange clothing material. Kroger is the same way. Im complaining because I saw a gentleman return items last week. I guess it all depends on who is working at the time.

This store is very small. Luckily I went at night. The check out lanes and isles are narrow but it is nice and clean. I wouldnt go here during the afternoon rush or the weekend. It would be a madhouse. The parking lot is small and would be a hot bed for door dings during peak hours. I only go here on off peak hours.

Usually has what I need. Great place to shop late in the evening if you dont want to talk to anyone. However... I went there yesterday and some of the Hartzler milk on the shelves was TWO WEEKS out of date. Gross!I do enjoy the discount bakery items and they have a pretty good selection of everything else. Just, check your dates.
