I enjoy the food product line offered however two times in a row my delivery was left in the hot sun despite noting to leave in a freezer bag when ordered. Both times all the product had to be discarded. Customer service was good about replacing the first order at no cost but after the second time I just asked for a refund which I am still waiting for. I sadly wont be ordering anymore due to the delivery service, but even more disappointed that there is no followup to create a solution in which I can order successfully. Lost a customer here. Hoping you better luck.

Ordered 3 times. Great food. However, after receiving the 1st order. The next never got delivered. After calling and rescheduling the delivery for the next week, it also never got delivered. No text, no email, nothing. I have now spent 6 hours waiting on an order I still do not have. Im done with this terrible service.

I was in a Westerville community headed somewhere and ended up behind this Schwan’s driver as he/she made turn after turn using no turn signals at any point. Company needs to focus on driver training. Turn signals were invented and they’re the law. Let’s be bold and use them!

Absolutely nothing to complain about... Great options; quality products. I particularly enjoy the ease of preparation. And the delivery provided directly by Schwan’s is perfect - courteous and timely! A must try in lieu of traditional grocery shopping!

The food is delicious and the ordering and delivery process is easy fitting any lifestyle including the busiest. Office and delivery personnel are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The only reason for four vs five stars is the high sodium content which is typical of all types of commercial food providers. I strongly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Never had issues until today when i placed an order the day before which is allowed to be delivered of their breaded chicken tenderloin strips and waited all day called around 8pm said i had 3 people still ahead of me then no show called about 10pm and they gave a me oh we were sold out of that item right now. Why did you not call me earlier to tell me or tell me when i first called. The guy did not understand i had to get to bed to go to work next morning. Wont order from them anymore since their drivers dont want to do their jobs.

Price is not a good value. Better selections and variety of same/similar items at any local chain grocery store. Once had unique quality and items but this has degraded in recent years. Going the path of the milk man, Charles chips and others.

Schwans Central Ohio is the worst! I have nothing but issues getting my orders. They should be closed down if they cant get an order out within a month.

Poor delivery service not reliable, not what they say they are....do not recommend...I have had issues for months now,the final straw was today when I was suppose to get my order and on no notice they move up my delivery 2 weeks from now, with no reason, could not even call me to tell me ahead of time,they send me an e mail the same time my order was to be delivered.....called customer service, and they did not even act like they would try to help!! In my opinion,do not use this UN-RELIEBLE COMPANY, ESPECIALLY THERE HOME DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

If I could give Schwans food a 0 * I would every time I place an order its always a two or three-week delay then when I get the order theres always an item missing the last time I receive my order my butter pecan ice cream Was missing I use a promo code for $5 off if you spent $25 so instead of $29 I only had to pay 24 so I told my delivery driver dont take the butter pecan ice cream off because I used the promo code and he did take it off so now they expect me to pay 5 ninety nine for the butter pecan ice cream that I already paid for but customer service said weve taken your 599 off when he didnt have the item so in 2 weeks they expect me to pay another 599 these people are crazy I think they do this on purpose so you actually dont ever get that $5 off or $10 off whatever they have they will leave one of youre items so when they deliver it they can charge you for it I will not be ordered from Schwans food ever again dont trust their promos because they are a bunch of liars and thiefs.
