Safe to say we didn’t put this groomsmen cake out at our wedding…we asked for a 12” cake to look like a whitewall tire that said good year and our wedding date. This is embarrassing what they gave us and made us pay for…but it was $13 worth of laughter.

Its your normal Hy-Vee: smiling faces, every food you can think of, prices like all other Hy-Vees.They do have a nice layout for their fresh made food area and dining space.Only negative thing I would say is their Liquor section is super small and cramped and you cant really have more than one person in the aisle at a time.

The beef n broccoli meal. The broccoli was over cookIt turn mushy as u ate it. All I ate was the beef. Otherwise the store/employees were great.

Barbara at the gas station was nothing but rude. Not only to myself, but other customers too.

Very friendly, and helpful staff. I was very impressed with Hy-Vee. The meat, OMG is hands down the BEST. I would recommend the New York strips, they are mouth watering.

A grocery store. Just dont ask for help in deli area. They dont know prices of unmarked items. Dont know if we were charged correctly?

First time ordering online from Hy-Vee. The ordering was so easy. I received several text messages saying they were out of an item and could they substitute it with another one/brand. Picking up the groceries was wonderful. A person came out immediately and ask for my name. It didnt even take 5 minutes for her to load everything into my vehicle. All and all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Columbus, Nebraska Hy-Vee to everyone. Thank you Hy-Vee for being here for us! Jan G

Great selection in the spirits area and very helpful at the meat counter.

Picked up prescriptions for my father and it took them forever to get the right name and prescription. It depends on what staff is on duty though.

Always clean and a great group of people that work there. Helpful and friendly. Their meat department is the bomb! And I enjoy the times I walk in and find the unadvertised specials.

I love this Hy-Vee! They always seem to have what Im looking for, and the Starbucks is amazing. Whenever Im in Columbus I stop. Regardless if I have anything on my list or not.

Deli was super helpful when I unexpectedly needed a large order of pulled pork for a graduation

They have all the good stuff from generic to top shelf stuff. The bakery department is solo good especially the homemade bread & scones. Their meat department is A+++ I love their cowboy burgers made with ground chicken halipenios with other spices. They are so good.

This hy-vee is great! Always cleaning, great people who work there. The foods great. The floral/plant section is so fun to peruse. Ernie Menchaca over by the kitchen is amazing! The bathrooms are always clean. The fruit looks fresh per usual. I really like my hy-vee. 😊

Normally I like this place but today I bought items and noticed they rang an item up twice. Instead of making it right there, I was supposed to go to customer service across the store, like it was my fault, when I needed to get in and out.

Wonderful deal on a Friday afternoon for Chinese! Good was delicious and fresh with a wide variety. They usually post on their Facebook page their weekly specials or have a board in the store. The Chinese department manager really makes an effort to serve the highest quality meals! Sushi is wonderful too, best in town!

Hy-Vee has been in my life since my grandparents first took me there in Des Moines. So glad to see the expansion in Nebraska. The restaurant area is really good, the deli and bakeries are also top notch, the selection of everything else in the grocery aisle is good and the spirit department is the best in my town. Might be a bit more at the register than other grocery stores, but at that point in my life, the service I get and the quality are worth it.

Prices on deals are great! However I dont shop here often so I cant say great store nor terrible store....3 stars for my experience!

Everythings organized, theres self check out, fast lanes, every ones helpful. Clean and nice ambiance to shop, grab a Starbucks coffee or eat and theres a seating area with fountain drinks. I had a yogurt...

Love the meat counter as well as the bakery/ fresh breads.

Nice staff. Generally have what you need. Butchers, Bakers, candlestick makers, Starbucks, floral, produce. Pricey. When you buy fresh bread, they slice it for free, beats name brand!

It is a great store!! I love going in to do my grocery shopping, but there is only one complain that I have I call in today to ask a questions and the lady that answer my call was very rude! She made me feel stupid, she was like talking down on me like I was a kid! I mean it was just a question nothing else, but other than that it is a great grocery store.

Certain products easy to locate while on the other hand might wander the store aimlessly in search of something

Tried Aisles Online and substitutions were poor. Wish I would have chose for them to call instead of use their best judgement. Received chocolate for vanilla whey when vanilla is what I needed to make smoothies. They wont take it back or substitute. Cant make smoothies for my terminally ill father now. Very unhappy. Cant go in the store because he is vulnerable and dont want to bring home illness. Just very disappointed with the service.

Love the meat department -- the customer service there is unbeatable anywhere. I enjoy the sales and the smiling faces. Overall a good place to shop. There is typically a service bottleneck from 3pm-6pm on weekdays though...it takes a little longer to get in and out but, their food selection is unbeatable. My overall favorite place to shop.
