Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices seem on the level. They seem busy which is good. Im still waiting for a part for an kit for a 2008 Benz SL500 radio install. I had 2 appointments where I drove 2 hours all for naught. The part wasnt in. No one called me ahead of time. I tried to call ahead of time on the 2nd appt, but it was before they open - no answer. The supply chain issue may be the problem. Just make sure you call 1 business day before you show for your appointment. Ill review again once the service is performed.

First thing upfront, the staff are true professionals that will answer all questions you throw at them and i applaud that greatly. Secondly, the craftsmanship is nothing but perfect. I had a couple minor issues from a big build that required attentin and they fixed them on the spot with a smile. I highly recommend getting your bass head addiction needs from Audio Advantage...big thanks to Trey for helping set up the monster build.

Been trying to set up an appointment for 3 months to get subs installed, every time I call they say they have 60-65 cars and will not schedule in advance.

The most horrible place to date. I had an appointment for 1:00 that was made a day in advance. Dropped my car off at 12:30. He said installation was three hours. I walked around town and killed exactly three hours on foot and when I got back, the car had not been moved. Setting right where I left it. I would not recommend these jokers to anyone. I drove 60 miles one way for absolutely nothing!

ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL. I would give this place negative stars if I could. EXPECT TO BE ROBBED IF YOU SHOP HERE. I purchased an item from here and realized that I had been charged... Get this.. not two times or three times more, but FOUR times more than what I should have been charged for that particular product. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about how deplorable this place is. Avoid it like the plague.**(I shouldve paid roughly $40 for the product I purchased, but I paid $160 at this place). I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LOOKING ONLINE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. If you dont know what you need, go there, tell them what you want to get done, leave after they tell you what you need, and buy the products online).Not long after my purchase here, I was told by my parents that I didnt need the product because Im getting a new vehicle for graduation in May. For as much as they charge at Audio Advantage, you would think they could at least have their return policy printed on their receipts. Audio Advantage was called and asked about their return policy. As long as your purchase is still in the original packaging and hasnt been opened, it will be eligible for return. Thats what I was told. Between classes, I drove a 30 minute drive to Columbus, MS to return my purchase. The guy at the front counter was VERY professional and friendly. He said that everything appeared to be okay for a return. However, before he could refund me, he needed to show his boss the product. (I believe his boss is the store owner, but Im not entirely sure). Anyway, he went to the back to show his boss. I could hear the man from the front counter say, It hasnt been opened and its still in the original packaging. Then, I LITERALLY heard his boss shout at him, I DONT CARE, WE ARE NOT TAKING IT BACK. The man from the front counter came back to me and was very apologetic and professional. To the man who helped me, I respected your candor. However, the manager/owners behavior was appalling and definitely not respectable. Aside from my issue with the return, who talks to their employees like that? (Especially, with a customer still around).I guess it makes sense though. If youre evil enough to prey on customers, especially college students, by charging them 4 times more than what they should pay, why would you accept a return?

I bought my system about 4 months ago, and about a week ago I started having problems out of my subs. I took it to them today, they looked at it and went through the process to try and fix it. I havent had a problem since I left. Best place to get a system. Well worth the money

The entire staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Drew made sure to let me in on the process and procedures and set expectations and prices before getting started so they’ll be no surprise. The only surprise I had was the amazing affordable cost of the labor and the quick amount of time it took to do it ! Would definitely recommend to others

Staff was great, knew what I needed and didnt try to sell me things I didnt. Install looks great, a little trash left on the floor but that is no big deal. Price was less than I expected, had a complete install done from the head unit all the way to a custom sub box and amp on my 15 GMC Sierra. Staff was friendly and was not afraid to tell you the truth. All in all great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great install and products at a good price.

They aren’t over priced, they offer quick AND quality installs (they don’t sacrifice speed for quality or vice versa) they are friendly and most importantly they are HONEST! You don’t do business hardly anywhere anymore and get straightforward answers without a whole bunch of hem hawing and upselling but not at audio advantage, they work with you in a way that gets you the best possible equipment for your price range. One of the few places you can still go and feel like a cared about customer and not just another profit for them to make. I literally can’t say enough good things about the guys at audio advantage.
