Im not going to mention any names but if you dont want to work or be nice to your customers then go somewhere else. Not sure why the person working this day was rude, maybe they were having a bad day. But there is never a reason to take it out on someone else especially a customer. Try smiling and being friendly instead of sighing and raising your voice when theyre asking you a question.

2 days ago I was in this store and worked with Helen the manager. Long session great experience every possible question satisfied. I left happy left her exhausted and would recommend going to the store any time. Today went back with some separate questions on my tablet and my previous phone Seth took great care of me and again high recommendations

I’m a long time Verizon customer and this was by far my best experience with Verizon and their customer service at this particular location. The staff (specifically the Manager Helen) is super friendly and helpful! They were extremely knowledgeable and even helped me with suggestions to get the most out of my plan and devices! This store was very efficient and honest and got me in and out! Highly suggested and FIVE STARS for sure!

I came into the store and had an amazing experience. I worked with Maddie and she was super helpful. When I walked in, she was busy helping other customers but she told me that she would be with me once she was done with the customers that was in front of her. As promised, she swiftly came over with a smile and asked me what she could help with. I admired how attentive she was and also swift with my difficult situation. Verizon is a great company to have. I mean, they have the best network and all, but with all of the competition out there, sometimes I think about switching over to a different carrier. However, their reps are so pleasant that I couldnt image going else where. Thank you for the excellent service.

The young man who helped me purchase my phone pushed extremely hard to get me to buy the most involved, most expensive package, even though I made it clear from the beginning that I didn’t want anything too fancy. He eventually sold me the iphone 11, but kept pushing me to buy extra features and services that I didn’t want. I conceded to almost all the offers he presented. However, when he tried to include a bundle with a case (which I didn’t like) and two screen protector replacements, he refused to give me a straight answer on the price of the individual items until I pushed for several minutes. When I didn’t take the offer he was obviously VERY annoyed, and we felt the need to console him by telling him that he sold us on the rest of it.In the end I was happy with my phone, but walked out of the store feeling very harassed.

This store is the worse! Bait and switch. Incompetent sales people that tell you one thing and when you get to the register its completely different and much more than expected. Said they ordered a phone and then find out a week later they didnt. Their favorite word is CANT. Cant do this. Cant do that. Cant fix that. After 3 in-person visits, at least 1 hour each, I still have not received the phone I ordered because of the bait and switch and complete incompetence of this stores staff. I was even speaking with the assistant manager, but she couldnt do anything because although she is the assistant manager she didnt have any log-in codes to override or correct anything. I asked when the manager would be back. I was told she was on vacation and would be back tomorrow, but shes just coming back from vacation so it wouldnt be a good time to speak with her because shed be busy.

I walked in to get assistance on transferring my data, photos, and videos from my old phone to an insurance replacement. The new manager Tyler realized very quickly that the corporate Verizon that ordered my replacement sent it as a warranty and not insurance meaning that if I would have just sent my phone in they would have charged me 500 dollars! He could have just easily transferred everything and sent me on my way afterall it wasnt his mistake. He spent a long phone call making sure that all was noted on my account and got my problem resolved like a champ! He really went the extra mile for me saving me a lot of money and creating a loyal customer. He is very knowledgeable I highly recommend.

David the assistant manager @ the S. High St. location is amazing! I have been going to him for years! No matter what the issue is, he gets me in and out in no time with the matter resolved! Also, hes super quick when it comes to upgrading. He knows what he doing!!! Super friendly and is the reason I continue going to this location!! If Dave isnt at that location for whatever reason, Ill drive to whatever location hes at because he is just that good!!!!

Jesse and Skylar helped me in setting a new line for the $200 promotion to join Verizon. They did not tell me that I had to fill a form. I contacted the store but both of them had left the store when I called to inquire about the gift card. Helen then took over my concern and said she would get me the $200 account credit instead (after multiple phone calls). But I got the credit for only $100 only. When I tried to talk to Helen or have her call me. I got no response at all. Truly annoyed with the service.Update: I finally got the $200 credit to my account. I wish the staff was more helpful when I initially enquired for my promotion.Two cents of advice: if they say you will get the promotion for the new plan, take that in writing.

I really appreciated the extra time they spent helping make sure my new phone would be well protected so I would not have another sad broken iPhone. I would highly suggest going to this store, the staff members are great and they do not try to get you to buy a bunch of stuff you do not need.

The employees at this Verizon location are amazing! Especially Sierra, johnathan, and Scott. They were able to assist me with the complications Ive had with my phone. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Theyre always pleasant to work with and give great customer service! And think they all should get promotions if they havent already ;) definitely my favorite Verizon store! And I will send any of my friends to this exact location if they ever need assistance.

He is the consummate Professional that I have had the benefit of working with for years. regardless of which State or location he may be in, hes always made the time to take care of me, my siblings, and practically my entire family. Im fortunate to have him so close, in Columbus, these days as our technology is continuously changing. From our family business to our home use. if its something he doesnt know, hell find out and offer a solution. Even if its something I dont wanna hear HA! I dont typically enjoy having to inquire about problems with my phone and almost always end up leaving frustrated and no closer to an answer from when i first arrived. However, I was so pleasantly surprised when I left with an answer and a smile on my face! James was so helpful, very polite and beyond knowledgeable - how nice to have someone work with you that knew what they were talking about and when they werent 100% on the answer- took the time to FIND the right answer. I will certainly continue to use this location for all my future needs or concerns.

I had a really unpleasant experience activating my new phone at the VERIZON Easton location so I came to the VERIZON go wireless to get help activating my new phone. I only waited maybe 10 minutes to be helped. David was super helpful and explained everything I had questions about, helped me get my contacts transferred and showed me how to transfer the rest of my data. Then When I had follow up questions today, I called go wireless again. Nora again was incredibly helpful and personable. This is going to be my go to store whenever I need anything with my phone.

Do not go here if your phone is not working. My volume seemed screwy on the phone so I went in. Of course it could not be fixed. Of course I needed a new phone... They lost half my data in the transfer. I left peeved off $400 poorer. FF a week later, my best friend looked at my old broken phone, cleaned the speaker area (it was dirty), and my broken phone worked just fine. Piffle.

I went in with a basic phone, something Ive had for almost 5 years. i needed to upgrade to a smart phone, something that ill be able to do work off of. My adviser was James, and by far this man was the most informative and kind man i have came across while dealing with Verizon. Not only did he get me a new IPhone but he set it up, and showed me all the useful tools this phone carries. i walked in there with hardly any knowledge and walked out an expert with my new IPhone. I couldnt believe how easy of a transition he made it for me.

Ive been in this store twice and had not the greatest experience either time, but both times my wife has gone in there on her own they have been very rude and not helpful. They wouldnt even talk to her about anything until she gave them information to pull up our account and when she couldnt figure out what pin they needed to access our account the salesman just sat there shaking his head in silence. He then sat at the counter again in complete silence while my wife checked out phones on her own. We ended up buying the phone she wanted online because we didnt want to give that store a dime. Do yourself a favor and go to a Verizon corporate store and not this authorized retailer.

Terrible experience and terrible customer service. I got a new phone and was told hey you should go ahead and get this tablet it only costs $10. When the month ended and I got my bill, the tablet was $60 and $10 a month for the service. So I was mislead/lied from the get-go. So the following week I called Verizon customer service and they promised to refund any kind of restocking fee. However when I went into the store, James, the store manager, told me I need to pay a $45 restocking fee and said he could make no promises about refunding the actual cost ($60) that I paid for the tablet. Keep in mind i had not even used the tablet. When I called again Verizon was helpful but again James was of no help at all, in no way accommodating and would only give me the email to his regional manager. No phone number just an email and a half assed apology for the misleading sale. Like another user has already said, do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store NOT this authorized Verizon retailer. Thanks for nothing.

The worst. Since they get commission its just SELL SELL SELL without telling the customer ALL the details about what you are about to buy. I got the FREE HUM with a purchase of my iPhone 8. BUT what they didnt mention is that there was a $50 set-up charge and then $10 monthly charge each month to have the Hum. So, over 2 years thats almost $300 that I had NO CLUE I would be paying and since I signed a 2-yr contract (which I also didnt know I was signing because Ive been with Verizon forever so didnt know I was signing a brand new contract) I couldnt return the Hum to get my money back OR anything. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They just want to make their commission. I ended up having to PAY $120 to disconnect the Hum service which was better than wasting $300 because I was never using the Hum. (side note: They lied to the Verizon Rep that was on the phone right in front of me ... makes me sick to my stomach how greedy people can be.)

The short story: DONT BUY YOUR PHONE HERE! You will get the worst deal, and they will sneakily bundle your phone with a useless GoADVANTAGE membership for $80 without telling you. They wont apply the trade-in value of your old phone to the price of your new phone. They only let you spend it on their overpriced accessories. Go online, or to a real Verizon store. GoWireless is just an authorized retailer.The long story:I decided to shop here to work with a salesperson that I could trust face to face. I would have been better off buying my phone online because they sold me lots of things that were either overpriced, or unnecessary without explaining it to me.1. They wouldnt apply the trade in value of my old phone to the price of my new phone. They wont even apply it to sales tax. The trade in value of your old phone is essentially worthless here. They would only let me use the $138 value of my iPhone 6 trade in on their in-store accessories, which are all overpriced. They sold me a car charger for $30, when I could buy a similar one on Amazon for $10 or less. The same thing with their phone cases.2. The worst part, they sneakily bundled my phone with their GoADVANGAGE-premium membership for $80! I didnt even know I paid for this worthless membership till I got home and looked at the receipt. Maybe I should have checked the receipt in the store, but I shouldnt need to do that, they should be more forthcoming about their sales. I returned the next day to tell the salesperson that I didnt know about that charge and wanted a refund. All he told me was thats how our phones are sold. No restitution for secretly charging me for something I didnt want.Dont shop at these stores, shop online, or at a real Verizon store.

Buying a phone here is fine. Do NOT let them talk you into changing your phone plan. They are NOT verizon, just an authorized reseller. We were told they were selling us a completely unlimited plan, which we confirmed multiple times through the process. Then when we started using it, it turned out to be 2GB per month for the whole family! We called verizon and they refused to help us because the actions of the store arent their problem since theyre just a reseller! If you want to buy a phone here thats fine, but dont let them touch your verizon account!

They charged my girlfriend $20 to set up her phone, which involved her typing in her Gmail login and the phone downloading everything that was automatically backed up because thats what the phone does on its own. Then sitting there for a few minutes while it he figured out how to get the SIM card to work and make a phone call.So to recap, on the day her phone fell in water and we had to pay off $430 from her last phone, he charged her $20 to type in her Gmail account and put the SIM card in. Which literally anybody can do.She is more tech savvy than anyone in that store and would have gladly set up her own phone had she been told she was getting charged for what she assumed was just there typical customer service process.The $20 charge was never discussed, never explained, nor offered as a chargeable service. He never said hey I can help you set this up for $20.Nope it just showed up on the receipt as an expected charge.Basically theft of $20 for a service we didnt need, didnt want, and was unaware that was taking place.Just terrible sales people trying to up charge and scam and pad their sale.Unethical people.

I broke my fragile phone that is on the wrong unlimited(shinny plan or rip off one) last Friday. The sales person keep me waiting for a hour to help a guy that wasnt on his parents plan.This the worse store in Columbus.As a student of OSU I am sending a detail letter to Dr Drake and Ms Frey director of editorial at OSU about my bad experience at High Street Verizon.Dont Come Here.Go to the Verizon at 784 S High it is a good place to get help with your Verizon account.
