The employees are so friendly and helpful at this location. The service exceeds my expectation every time I go in.

April was amazing. We traded in a switch lite for a switch and she offered to help us switch everything over. She made the whole experience way easier than if we were to have tried to figure it out at home. Helping us transfer all the data and being patient, even though we had a very inpatient toddler with us. Definitely the best experience that Ive had at any gamestop. Truly felt like she went out of her way to help us, even with being the only employee there. Seriously owed kudos! Really appreciate all the help! 😁

Over the years of visiting this GameStop I have loved the people, loved the service, and low priced used games that almost always play completely thru, and used GameSystems that always work good.

Man if I could give this place 100 stars I would, the staff like Dylan and I’m sorry I can’t remember the managers name take the time to discuss any kind of game with me or if I feel like nerding out about dragon ball z stuff and anime they always have an open ear and knowledge to have a conversation with me. I intentionally drive past two or three other game stop locations because I always feel like I’m meeting my friends when I go there. This place is extremely fantastic and the service is through the roof !!

Absolutely the best GameStop we have ever been in. We go out of our way to get there. Michael and Ben are tremendous help and so much fun to be around. Even though they had a serious incident last night they were welcoming and eager for us to come in the very first thing this morning. I Wis I could give them a high rating.

The employee or manager lacy has very poor customer service and gives attitude when I have received four defective controllers from 2 locations so I would not recommend this location if ur looking for custom service

I bought two video games from GameStop for my boyfriend when we celebrated our first birthday together. I know absolutely nothing about video games. My gamer friend came with me and between my friend and the two employees working, I was able to pick up the perfect video games. I couldnt have been happier.

Best deals. I once got an Xbox one controller from here that literally fell apart the night I bought it. Took it back the next day and was able to trade it in with no issue.

Smack dab in the middle of a dying complex. There is a Payless shoes store next door and the early voting poll station on the other. Theres always just one employee working and I highly recommend not trying to trade any games there you will get ripped off.

Ive shopped at this GameStop often for a while now and will not go to any other GameStop for my gaming needs. The store is always well stocked and clean, staff polite, helpful and knowledgeable, whereas the same cannot be said about other locations. The one time there was an odor it was not inside the store, it was from one of the restaurants nearby, and the GameStop employees did their best to freshen the air inside. If you want or need a new game go to this GameStop located on N High St.

Requested a hold for a Nintendo Switch system through the GameStop website. This store never confirmed the hold of the system. I decided to buy the system from a different business. I will never buy from Gamestop again.....very annoyed with how the staff at this location handles customer service.

The people that work here are SO helpful and fun. They have all sorts of other fun stuff other than video games and systems.

Staff is fantastic. I try to stop in every week or two to see what the deals are and whats going on. staff is always fantastic, even when theyre upselling things they know I dont want haha. They have pretty good recommendations when I do need it, though.

Customer Service here was very good. Very helpful and polite. Everyone here deserves a pay raise.

Avoid this store! Doesnt know current store promotions. Forgot my promo character with my $100 purchase. I had to return to the store the next day and remind Victoria to honor the promotion. Rude over the phone and unwilling to look up their own store policy which I was reading to them over the phone. The employee referenced the outdated policy from the back of the old receipt paper. Another gamestop store corrected this stores error with no hassle at all.

Nice staff, Im just so tired of Gamestops suggestive selling tactics. I know its your job, but I dont need to hear the same 2 minute used game spiel every time I walk in the door. As soon as you ask anything I can help you with? and my reply is just looking, thanks, dont proceed to hold me hostage with your obviously scripted sales pitch. Im tired of pretending to be interested when all I want to do is quickly browse your clearance section and leave.And quit checking on me like youre my waitress, if I have questions Ill ask.I visit various Gamestops throughout the city quite frequently, and I will give 3 stars to each one that does this

What rude customer service. I called at 8:25pm and inquired about the value of my PS4 in order to trade it in for a PS4 Pro. Scott, who I spoke with told me to bring in my PS4. At any point during our phone conversation did he mention to bring the HDMI cable. I drive up to the store and arrive at 8:47pm. I live about 5 minites from the store. I walked in and the first thing he tells me is that I need an HDMI cable and that I hung up on him before he can tell me to bring it with me. Are you kidding me?!?!? I told him, I live 5min away and I would be right back. He tells me there is nothing he can do and that he is closing up. Does Gamestop not care about customer ma who have been shopping at their stores since they were kids? The sarcasm and attitude from Scott needs to be adjusted by upper management in how he should treat customers. An appology from him pointing out that it was his fault for not notifying me (the customer) of pertinent information relating to a trade is UNACCEPTABLE. Scott’s manager should be reprimanded for allowing him to strutt around the store in sarcasm and serious lack of professionalsm. When I asked for his manager’s name, he seemed very assure that management would take his side. I have been a customer of Gamestop aince I was a kid. Today is the last day I purchase anything from Gamestop. I’m also cancelling my membership. Now I understamd why Amazon and these other online retailers are winning. I’m going to make it a life long mission to steer any gamer away from Gamestop.

If youre reading a review for GameStop, youre hopefully looking for individualized store information. This store location is pretty great. They through fantastic themed release parties for the really major AAA title releases, with everything from snacks and drinks to giveaways. The staff is all friendly and quite helpful. Even if they dont have what you want in stock theyll order it for you. The nicest thing about this specific GameStop that Ive only ever seen in one other is that it FEELS like its a locally owned game store. Most of the other GameStops feel like the employees are in it for the paycheck and dont know what Customer Service is, but this store has always been a positive experience for me. During busy times, the line can get backed up, but thats retail. 9/10 would shop again.
