Rebecca is one of the best! I have been in 4 other Kay locations this year but the customer service that I was provided in the Columbus, GA location was hands down the best. Rebecca was very knowledgable, warm, and inviting. I will definitely be returning to this location and I will be asking for her.

Rebecca was AMAZING. So nice and gave me all the info I needed. This was the 2nd time I have visited the Kay in Columbus Ga in this month. The first time I came in a man assisted me and let’s just say I don’t think he was too interested in helping “my kind”. Yesterday June 19,2021 I went in again and this time Rebecca assisted me and got me exactly what I came in for and saved me some money too. She will definitely be my go to from now on !

Hudson and Heather were absolutely great! Customer service has always been above and beyond in my experiences with Kay, especially compared to other jewelers. They make each visit personable and don’t make you feel rushed.

Website says the store opens at 11:00am. It is now 11:53 and website says Open but gates are still down. Very frustrating. Also store is supposed to be open until 7:00pm. I was here at 6:50 2 weeks earlier and store was already closed. Please post accurate times.

I wouldnt shop there if I was you .......I sent my ring off for repair because the diamond was moving. I waited a month and half and they said it was on the way ......i read my warranty papers and it said that other 2 months its not there problem so I contacted my lawyer......they have give me the value off my ring and price of gold went up.... i hate 😒 Kays jewelry.....it was the match to my wife ring and they did make it no more...

They never answer their phones. I called customer service and they said I would have to contact the store directly..... how? No on answers. Definitely not buying anything else from here for that reason.

Great staff and selection

On friday evening, my sister, soon to be brother-in-law, and I visited your place of business. I came in and talked to 1 of your employees by the name of Hudson and I told the young man Id like to see some bridle rings no less than 2 carats. He stands there with no enthusiasm and i had to tell him come on show me something nice! He takes me over to some rings with bad quality, and clarity. I know about diamonds and clarity first and foremost. So i asked him is there better diamonds in the store besides the milky diamonds he was showing me. He proceeded to take me over to the good or should i say the best diamonds. I asked him why did he show me the worst diamonds? My problem with that employee is that he looked at me, me being a African American, with a t-shirt and jeans, taking me over to diamonds with less than h clarify, very milky and once i said something about how bad they looked and asked to see better diamonds he shows me what i was looking for... Never judge a book by its cover and i also see it as racial profiling... Ill never buy anything in that store..

My Fiance and I went in there to purchase a ring for myself. We were greeted by Scott. We purchased a ring that Scott said was around 1,436.00. We were in a hurry and got the ring and left. I just looked at my receipt and noticed we were charged $1,538 for the ring instead. Make sure to check your receipts so you also dont get cheated.

Kay jewelers in Columbus ga is a joke. I lost a diamond in my engagement ring two months after having it specially made. I take the ring in to have the diamond replace. My ring was white and rose gold, after two weeks of it being in the repair shop it came back all white gold. I was. Promised a brand new ring in my size by that Friday. That Friday came and still no ring, the so called manger at the store. Had a very nasty attitude and was like it’s not our fault it’s ups is fault. So I call the store and a lady stated that it wasn’t even do back for another 3 days. So there for I was lied to twice! I still don’t have my engagement ring!!!

Amanda and Scott are such amazing people, when I went in Kay’s they made me feel like apart of the Kay family. They were so patient in facilitating my purchases for my wife. Every time I go into the store, they are so welcoming and always have the answers to my questions, I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase jewelry.-Anthony

The women who worked with me gave different suggestions on which wedding band looked best with my ring. She was very patient to the fact that I had my one year old daughter with me who wouldn’t sit down long. All and all it was a great experience.

I went to Kay to surprise my wife with an upgraded ring for her bday and the associate Amanda helped me out from start to finish. I called over the phone she helped to get me approved for the Kay card as well as to purchase the ring. The whole staff was very welcoming and made me feel confident about my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to get a engagement ring.

They never placed our original ring order, and when they finally did go to place one they made us pay for their mistake. This was 3 months ago and we have still not received a call about our ring. Well I call them yesterday, and they did not even have our names on file. Please dont go there! I dont see how this place is still in business.

My Kay necklace that my fiance bought me in February broke and we took it to get repaired. When we assured it would look like new. I picked it up today and the store associate was rude as if I was wasting her time. The quality of the repair was horrible. Theres an ugly, obviously welded spot in the chain. I will have to just buy another chain although I could have fixed it better myself. Ill be going anywhere but Kay for all of my jewelryin the future. This would not be a problem if their products were higher quality for the price.

Rude to returning customers by trying to push them out the door and not provide quality care just to try and move on to the next customer to make another sale. When politely asked if I could get something he failed to do completed I was met with defensiveness and a stern no because he was busy as there was only one customer who was waiting on one of three employees to be done. Thats not horribly busy to only be able to half do something. Why even do the job of it was going to be half done? I will not return here. Theyve lost my business.

My fiancé had my dream ring built here and it turned out AMAZING. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and took their time with us.

Staff is the nicest employees ive seen in a jewelry store at this mall. Everythings clean. I got my fiancée a ring and had to get a different size shipped out and it came in a couple weeks and before the promise date. I know he’ll love it. Personally it had a selection for our personalities. I’ll probably be back to get a gift for the mommies

I had put an Mavado watch on layaway in November, they had put it back because I went an month without paying, I never got an email or phone call, lucky they still had when I went back yesterday, but other than that I would most definitely refer & come back.” Loving my birthday gift”

I ordered a locket with an engraving a month before Christmas. When I came in two weeks later to pick it up the locket was scratched. To the point it look like it is was 10 years old. I had them send it back to try and buffed it out but they did not tell me that the engraving would almost be gone when it came back. So buyers beware!! Dont Order from Kays because you wont get what you pay for!

This place is a rip off. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Tried to get links taken out of a watch and the salesman attempted to charge $10 a link.

I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from this place. I took my wedding set along with my Levian chocolate diamond to have the routine inspection on 09/03/17. I also took my necklaces to be inspected. The older gentleman didnt inspect my necklaces, just the rings. He quickly said that my Levian center Stone had a chip in and it could fall out at any minute. He said it had to be sent to Levian for an estimate of repair and I would have it back in 2-2 1/2weeks. After that time frame was up I called and was told it wouldnt be back until 9/30/17. The 30th came and went still no ring. I had to file a complaint with Kays Corporate office. I told two people at the store and at Corporate to get my ring back without repairs. Another week went by still nothing. I called corporate again. I demanded a manager as I was speaking to her I told her all the above info. She did research, no one from the store or Corporate had contacted Levian to tell them to send my ring back without repairs. I was told Levian repaired my ring and was going to cost me $290. with my persistence and emails proving I said to send my ring back without repairs. Kays ate the cost of the repair. Stay away from this place.

Great inventory and best sales staff in town.

I came here and waited almost an hour to get helped just to pick up an item when there was 3 people in the store. It was like me and my husband were invisible. I won’t be coming back here again.
