What a wonderful experience. Difficulty using a coupon but my salesperson Georgette did a wonderful job and got it straightened out quickly. Would recommend highly. Love my purchase. Hope she does too !!!!

Not the best first experience at all. The first lady helping my fiancé and i was really nice, however, and older woman assisting her (im assuming she was the manager) was very rude and dismissive. I was looking to get my ring resized and to purchase my fiancé’s wedding ring, but i would not be getting one from there anymore.

I went in looking for a pair of diamond solitaire earrings. The consultant who helped me was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She asked me what I was looking for and my price range. She helped me find the perfect pair. The experience was very stress free and I did not feel any pressure to buy. I have shopped at Zales for years and highly recommend them.

One one of the associates was very rude to me and my husband from the time we sat down. We were taking a ring back because of financial issues. The lady made us go back home to find a receipt that she could easily print up. In addition to her not getting our address correct after be repeated multiple times, which cause the check that was needed not to be sent to the correct address. The jewelry there is overpriced and does not look as good as our local jewelers. now the check has to be recut and sent to the correct address because of someone elses error. So she cost me an extra an extra 30 days before I can get my money back. Do Not shop here check your local jeweler the items are better-looking and cost less. The corporate offices is just as bad the CSRs dont keep good notes about past conversations.

I had asked about a custom ring and about a ring if it came in another color. Well got told she would call me with the info in less then a week after she talks to the makers. Never and I mean never got a call. Its sad cause my mother likes this place but just terrible and when I went back in she acted like she never got the info anyway dont waste your time here there are better places.

Terrible customer service. I bought my wife a ring 1 year ago and we have had to bring it in 3 time for missing diamonds. We just picked it up 5 days ago from the diamonds being replaced and it’s missing a diamond already like REALLY! When we ask what they can do about it’ll the rep says we have have it sent in to be tightened like the 3 times before. But tells us to come back because her manager wasn’t there. Terrible store, terrible jewelry. BUY A RING FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. It’s not worth the hassle.

Literally the worst jewelery store I have ever been to. I have not even had my ring a year and I have had to bring it in 3 times for missing diamonds. I got my ring back from being fix and not even 5 days later my ring was missing diamonds again. I brought my ring back in and the sales representative would not answer my questions and repeated herself over and over. Worst store, worst sales representative. I will never buy from a zales again. Do not waste your time at this store or your money. I wish I could give this store a negative rating.

One of the ladies behind the counter at this store has a really bad attitude and needs to be fired. The rest of the staff is nice enough but they dont seem to know whats going on. The manager, thank God, knows how to help with whatever you need.

My wife went in today to get her wedding band and engagement rings maintained, and every person in the store was incredibly rude. One person was busy with a customer, the other was working on some jewelry, and the other two were talking about some encounter with a man and ignored her completely. I suggest driving to Atlanta for any jewelry needs, because these people were absolute trash.

Do not trust this zales. Do not trust the store manager to act appropriately for the situation. The store manager will completely start on the edge of defence.Sent my ring in to repair the band only. Started with a drawing of the inclusions on my diamond which was two micro inclusions. So far so good.I get my ring back with the band fixed and my 3/4 diamond stone with more and longer inclusion. Ask the manager to draw the inclusions she saw and her drawing was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT then the original drawing of my stone. I also asked her to point out the one larger prong that was previously repaired by zales in Oklahoma. She said I only see one smaller.Why was my main stone and 6 prongs tampered with when the band was the only repair.The manager said the regional manager will contact us, no contact.Called the manager to inform them we are ready to call to make a report with the police. Her first and immediate response was, why? I do not see what that will do! And are you calling to have them arrest me?None of the above, however we need a report from authorities to attach to our paper work to notify insurance on my ring.This manager is inappropriately immature for this position. Completely does not know how to handle situations and I felt insulted and shrugged off.

Honestly the worst Zales experience.... They do the bare minimum and all the ladies Ive had contact with super rude, and like youre a burden to help. This is especially true for the manager, she looks at you as if youre speaking a different language and isnt very welcoming. Thank goodness Im only here for six months, I cannot bear going into this store again. Zales needs to either step up their training methods or get individuals who enjoy their job

If I could give this Zales a zero star I would. Ive lived all over the country and have to go twice a year to get my ring inspected per the warranty. This is the absolutely worst location Ive ever went into. Every time I go here I leave feeling like Ive been treated like crap.

Terrible customer service! Also, it takes entirely too long to size a ring! I should t have to wait a whole month to get my rings back when other places only take one day. I was told that if I took my jewelry anywhere else to be sized that it would void my warranty. Bull crap!!!! Love my engagement ring but kinda wish my fiancé would have purchased it elsewhere.

The manager Georgette is very rude and thinks she is better than you. My wifes ring broke after just a few months. Of course tried to blame it on her. Everybody that works there is rude and does not want to help you. They do not stand behind there product.

Went there to pay on my layaway a few days ago. Two of the employees were chatting as if they didnt see me, the third, an older white man, whose name I didnt get, was rude. After he pulled up my information, I asked him about paying a certain amount over what I owed, he responded rudely, I dont care.
