Cool concept ! Was thinking about purchasing a weighted blanket for my mom and was excited to try one out. Tara was working and knew a lot about the blankets and was super helpful!

After seeing this store in the mall all summer I finally decided to check it out. Was met by two very nice young ladies who were extremely knowledgeable on the brands. Very cool idea for a store.

I was excited to see this store after reading an article about hybrid online/brick-and-mortar shopping. The sales girl hesitated to greet us upon our entry. When she asked if I had ever been there before, I responded that I had not, but I read about it. She said “Oh, we sell things on Instagram and stuff.” I said “Yes, I read that!” She gestured toward the merchandise, and I went to the tablet to view the brands first. Another woman came into the store after us. The sales girl gave her the whole pitch and offered to enter the next patron in a sweepstakes. Upon hearing this, I asked if the sweepstakes was available on the tablet I was using. It was not. Too bad, I came to shop, but not here if I’m not given the same offers and treatment as the rest of the customers.
