Nothing was in stock and most of the employees were on the floor IN GROUPS DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. While their pallets of UNBROKEN DOWN MERCHANDISE sat there!!!!! but cashier experience was amazing.

Its a great store, has everything I need, and I shop there almost every day.

If zero stars was a thing this store gets it the online grocery pickup is so sorry and the worst Ive ever experienced save your money and shop elsewhere the service is suppose to be convenient but it is definitely not that Ive had to pick my groceries up that were supposed to be delivered multiple times and some even cancelled very unsatisfied 0 out of 10 dont recommend come on Walmart do better!!

This was my first time being in this Walmart. They had a large variety of various items. The store was clean and the workers was very helpful.

Pick up is the worst!! Order delayed by 24 hours due to being busy. When notified order was ready, had to wait over 30 minutes after checking in due to being short staffed. When I called to inquire on status of my order, I was told I couldnt talk to anyone because everyone was on break... when they were running 3 hours worth of time slots behind. NEVER USE THIS PICK UP...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

This was a cute location! Its like Super WalMart Lite. You dont need a road map to walk the store but at the same time its robust enough to find the top selections in food and household goods. Great stop if youre on the road. 🤩

If I could give a zero I would these young people here are so rude no kind of customer service. My cashier didnt open his mouth to say anything not even the total looking at his phone Zay Im all for young people working but dang customer service goes along way..I hate coming here..

Walmart Pickup was a great experience. Meats were well selected, and fresh produce was chosen. Pick up was quick and socially distant. Great experience.

I DO NOT recommend this particular Walmart # 5907 PickUp & Delivery to anyone. Im sorry yall but they cant get it together. They 3 times now I placed orders and they NEVER delivered them. All 3 times I had to call 1-800-WALMART in order to get my refund back. Oh! and dont think that you can change store locations. Because with delivery your order automatically goes to the store thats closest to where you live. I know because I tried it. That store dont even deserve 1 star, bot there is no zero star. So to give your feedback you have to give them at least 1 star. One thing for sure and that is Walmart will not be getting my membership. Thats for dang sure. Just maybe Ill take my business to Target or Piggly Wigglys .Im sorry yall but Im mad like really bad.

Went through the drive through to pick up a prescription, I could barely hear the cashier when she spoke, I had to ask her repeatedly to speak up. Poor customer service.

We placed a grocery pickup order and were told it would be ready between 4 and 5 pm. When we checked on it around 430 they said they were behind and would let us know when it was ready. We got a call around 530. When I drove all the way back from across town, I still waited nearly 30 minutes before the groceries were loaded into my vehicle. They were nice and apologetic but the whole point of this service is convenience. This trip was not convenient.

They seem to never have what I need or want. Always out of my favorite things. Even certain foods I like. One of my favorites is the Italian sub in the deli section. Guess they discontinued it. Disappointed about that. But I love this Walmart.

This place has limited handicap parking and people Park in the handicap spot without handicap tags or placker which makes it hard on people who need the handicap spots. I would like to add to this review if the employees had employee parking there will be more spaces for customers to Park.

It was an okay experience overall... it was an loud and unpleasant customer service rep that kept yelling know line know wait repeatedly.... Im like turn your light on please and stop all that yelling .... Ill definitely be going elsewhere to shop..

For the first time in my life this Walmart actually has customer service! I could not believe my ears. An employee asked several customers if they needed to find anything. I have been to Walmart all over the country. And this one is the cleanest and the most customer friendly!! They actually hired good people just not anyone off the street like all the 100 ones I have been to...have a great day!

Very clean store and the employees are always sweet.

Firstly, they called a number not associated with my account. Second, items were missing, and there were substitutions to my order I did not approve. Luckily, the number they called was a friend of the family, so we were still able to talk to the associate. The call was to say the order would be ready hours before the scheduled time, kudos to Walmart. Because the order was not fully prepared as normal, when I found the missing items I was able to still amend my order and removed the items from my list so I wouldnt be charged, kudos to me. I only went to this store because my usual store did not have enough of the items I needed, I will just wait next time.

GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATES!!! I WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT TOLD TO WAIT AND HUNG UP ON. I CALLED THE MANAGER TO COME IN TO GET THE GROCERIES AND AN ASSOCIATE LAUGHED WHILE PLACING ME ON HOLD FOR SEVERAL MINUTES AND THE MANAGER NEVER PICKED UP.

Possibly my favorite Walmart! It is always so clean and they have an amazing selection of gluten free items that you can’t find at any other Walmart or Publix in town.

Always out of something! Worst online pickup experience. I have spoken to management numerous times to no avail. Please dont have grocery pickup at this location if they are clearly unable to perform the service. I use the one on the other side of town when I work, and surprisingly no issues.

Plenty of staff stocking the shelfs and other departments of the store but only 2 cashiers and self service is only card friendly so the 2 lines with cashier was long. The other thing with All Walmart stores CHECK your receipt Im always double Charged for something and have to go back and get my refund.

Has always been my wife and my favorite place for groceries and necessities. Just cant beat their prices and customer service. My wife shops their, probably, ten or more times a week, sometimes multiple times in a day.

Absolutely ridiculous that only a couple of self checkout lines open and only one cashier. I cannot stand having to check my own purchases at the register especially since some people see fit to use their phone rather than complete their purchase.

Store was nice and clean and found most of what I was looking for but I could not find chap stick anywhere and usually you can find it in several places in the store .

I had a bad experience tonight as usual but this time it was worse ... when I got home I discovered that all of my bags was not given to me by the cashier so I had to get back in my car and drive back to Walmart to get my bag that I left and the cashier Janelle didnt think it was that serious she handled it like it was nothing ....t cashiers need to know how to be more professional and make sure customers get their bags the first time it was such an inconvenience to go all the way back up there to get my purchase.... most of the time I think to check because none of the cashiers maybe 10% of them make sure you have your bags they act like its not their responsibility and just as in most of your stores dot-dot. I believe that the customer service representatives are paid very well so why do they act like their job is done once they back your things and take your money is their responsibility to make sure every bag is in the customers possession before she leaves this is so during annoying with Walmart customer services

This store could have easily had 5 stars, but they only had 2 cashiers with long lines. In the middle of an afternoon rush they only have 2 cashiers. On the other hand the store is always clean and well stocked. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and speedy. Great store, they just need more cashiers.

The store overall is good however after 6pm its such a hassle having to go in the exit door and having to walk up through the register isle to have to walk back around to get to the produce section which you would normally do when you would walk in the entrance. They block off any passage to the produce section from the exit even though they make you come in that way after 6pm. If security is an issue hire a cop or someone like that.
