I absolutely love this place. The people are fantastic and service is great. I recommend them to everyone I come across who is in need of vinyl. Its great to have an actual location to go to instead of having to order online or being limited to the prepackaged products at the big box stores. They have great options for solid colors and they are building up some awesome patterned options for both htv and adhesive.

I might return in the future if I need vinyl and enough... But... U just go n and sit at computers and browse a selection now... No more room to go into and search for what u want. So just stick to doing it online. Plus they literally have the same prices as everywhere else. The old management is no longer with them so I dont plan on returning if I can help it. ZERO STARS.

I absolutely love this company they are one of the best.I had a very huge order like 800.00 order and it came in like within 2 days they was out of like 2 items but shipped it ASAP got it very quickly.Then I sent another order received it in two days. Their prices are cheaper than some others. Customer service is awesome, and product is great

I’m not sure what happened but I was coming here when Vance and his wife were there, one day they were gone and the prices went crazy up. I spent well over $600 and got a lot of material one night, then I went back and it was like $15 a yard 🥴 it’s a fiasco Now, nobody knows the prices it’s a scramble now . But previously it was really organized. I’m going to have to go back out south where I was before switching to the west side. I Hope they get organized soon because I would not refer anyone here based on how it was before. I was paying $6-7.50 a yard now it’s like crazy high.

I love how nice the owners where we got there about 6:20 pm they close at 7 but instead of rushing us out the store they stayed and help us with everything we wanted and needed. We didnt leave until almost 8:30. There prices where much better then anywhere I been. Love it so much.

Ive been going to this location for a while now.. ever sense your management has changed, my experiences in store have been horrible.. from they couldn’t expect cash.. to today they could only take payment by cash or cash app.Product selection has changed and not for the good.. having to wait to have 5-10 yards cut because it’s no longer precut .. by a sales associates that are very rude and non helpful.. was in at 2:30 today.. why did one associate say to the other “ are you finished cutting that I’m ready to be out of here” mind you in full ear shot of me a customer!.. so disappointed I love going to this location but will order on line from now on and find a different supplier! My advice just order off line!!!

I love it. I also love the way they handle the customers. I placed an order for the first time and I didn’t noticed it was on pick up and the owner Lance called to verify if I was going to drive 2 hrs there or if it was a mistake. That says a lot. I’ll be a customer for ever and will definitely recommend. 10 stars

This is my favorite vinyl store. Family owned their are very friendly. They take the time to explain the best way to use the products. Their hours are the best, I can go after work if I need to a pose to having to wait until the weekend. If you need it they have it. Go check them out, tell them Michelle sent you lol.

I used to order in bulk from a big, well known sign business. They have steadily increased their prices and their shipping costs. I found Crafters Pantry on Facebook and I have placed 2 orders so far. I will most definitely be placing more orders. Very fast shipping. I am impressed.

Wide variety of crafting supplies. Everytime I go in the owners are super helpful and also knowledgeable. Since I found them I dont even bother stepping into big stores for vinyl, htv or tools.

This place is amazing, As soon as I walked in I was so welcomed and I felt like a kid in a candy store, if you need vinyl they have it, you need tools they have it, silicone accessories they have it, they have so many different colors and patterns in vinyl it’s so hard to choose just 1. Family friendly environment. I can’t speak highly enough of this place I have been there twice in one day LOL and need to stop back in again today for another tool caddy. 

I been looking for a supplier in HTV like this for awhile now . Found them not that far from where I live . The service was top notch, even in this crazy time right now !! I would recommend Crafter’s Pantry to everyone that I know..!!

I recently came across this site via one of my Facebook groups and I dont regret it one bit! During this COVID19 pandemic, I am so glad that CP was open! The shipping took longer than expected but I would highly recommend them for all of your vinyl/crafting needs! They have great prices and their vinyl is amazing! Especially the patterned vinyl. ‼️‼️I would just like to share a story with all those crafters in this group!!About a month ago I had ALOT of orders come in (I have a small side business) and we’ll I ran out of vinyl. Of course it was a Sunday and I only buy my vinyl from Crafter’s Pantry because there products are the best quality for great prices! Well I messaged them on Facebook and they agreed to meet me at the store on a day they were closed 😳😳 yes they were closed but I had an emergency and they came through for me! Someone else happen to call the store while I was there and the owner stayed there until they got there so the other people could purchase items also! Again this was all done on a day the store was CLOSED! I loved this store for the products but now I am forever a loyal customers because of the amazing way they treat their customers. I will never forget that experience and they will always have my business so if you haven’t shopped here, WHAT ARE TOU WAITING FOR???
