Friendly staff, over all great environment. I love going here and enjoying the different art supplies that I can work with. I love looking at art supplies and thinking everything I can possibly do with them.I would like to give a shout-out to the girl who had the blue hair. Very friendly, very welcoming!

It was good, the employees are nice but the customers look at you funny if you are under the age of 40. A woman was very rude to me in line and made fun of me....

I have a Hobby Lobby were I live and Im down visiting with my daughter and grandkids . This Hobby Lobby is MUCH bigger and carrys more stuff then my store at home. Love this store.

Terrible experience. Paid over $200 for framing and they ran nails all through the print. They made me jump through all this corporate bureaucracy that took weeks to resolve. Their customer service when they mess up is horrendous and time consuming as if to make you give up. They eventually refunded me and required to keep the original print and made me sign a legal document. Unreal how little they care about the customer and only themselves. Stay far far away.

Hate that its a Christian based company, I dont agree with policies it has for female workers and their ability to get health care services specific to their gender. But they always have everything, Id rather shop at Joanns but they dont have the same selection.

Sometimes you need to buy something there that is not at JoAnn. Its hard to shop at Hobby Lobby, and customer service is pretty bad. I only go there when necessary. Their inventory choices are also dramatically limited, compared with JoAnn.Because of the immoral behavior of the stores owners, it really bothers me to do the indecent act of giving them money through a purchase. There is the moral issue of supporting immoral Hobby Lobby. The indecent owner tries to force female employees to have children they dont want. Unwanted children are more likely to be abused. Obviously, a baby has a right to be wanted and loved. Hobby Lobbys immoral owners do not care enough for children to give them that basic right.

Expansive variety of craft and hobby supplies. From arts & crafts to home decor, quite an impressive assortment--this business is not to be forgotten. Staff hit or miss in terms of product knowledge (nothing a little good HR Development shouldnt rectify).

I could stay in there for hours. They have so much variety for decor and great prices.

I arrived looking for a mat board to frame a small piece of artwork. I was prepared to purchase a 30x40 sheet and cut it at home on my Logan Framers edge. The framing sales consultant quickly inquired what size of mat I needed before I could explain I was prepared to purchase a full sheet. I replied, Eight by ten. Robert proceed to measure my artwork, then cut the mat board, all for the price of eight dollars. Thank you Robert.

Probably everyone knows about this practice but I didnt. Went to this store to get a drawing board/tablet. The shelf where I got it had some posters showing 50% off. Got mine, went to the register and didnt give the discount, so I ask the cashier and she pulled the ad, and still say that one was not on sale, I told her the shelf where I got it had the promo poster and there was nothing else there, she said that poster is for something else, called the manager, same thing, no change. So basically they put signs all over the store but those are not for the items you find the signs. I think thats false advertisement. Its misleading and dishonest. Coming from a company that brags of being very moral or religious, it is very sad.

Found some Happy Planner sticker books at 75% off for a friends birthday gift. I call that a Win/Win!!! Pleasant staff.

I always find something to buy at this location. Its always clean and organized. If you cant find an item there is a associate near by to help you find it or point you in the the right direction. Usually a busy place but the checkout lines move pretty fast. I would highly recommend this location.

Love love love hobby lobby... they have some very unique things. When the have items on sale they are too good to pass up. They have so much beautiful house decor its crazy. Also everyone who works there is usually amazing. Weve never had any issues.

Have shopped other HL stores in central Ohio, bit didnt know this one existed. Called to ask about fabric and the associate that answered the phone was super knowledgeable. Actually the fabric selection was great and service excellent. The Saturday before Christmas, store was busy but very short wait at check out.

Did a great job framing my print and they have great novelties to decorate any theme

Waited over 15 minutes to check out with two people in front of me. Items need to be entered manually because their system is not set up to scan items. Do yourself a favor and check out the local markets and vendors - theyll appreciate your business more and the check out will be friendlier, and probably quicker.

It has a lot what you need as far as Hobbies go including collecting comics. If you need something to be ordered they will do their best to get it to you.

They have everything but the lines are too long. They need to open on Sunday to help alleviate the crowds. It is simply unsafe to stand for that long waiting in line.

Not a lot for DIY projects

As someone who loves to gift photos to family I am a huge fan of Hobby Lobby. They have a huge collection of frames for photos of any size, and Ive never had to go elsewhere for my purchase. They offer great prices and regular sales on most frames to keep prices low and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. If youre looking for a place to find the perfect frame for your photos youd be doing yourself a disservice not stopping in.

They have such different items! Things you will not see everywhere you go

I am very disappointed with this hobby lobby, and this is from an avid crafter. I went here as we were in the area (live 20 minutes away) and they had paint on sale. I stocked up on several items and didnt notice they never applied the discount at checkout. When i got home i noticed and gave them a call. the lady on the phone was very nice and pleasant about it, she made a note to expect me later in the week and told me to just bring in the receipt. I opened and put away all the items i bought thinking i was good to go. I cleared my work calendar for a long lunch to go get this resolved to end up waiting in line for a long time for a cashier to tell me they were wrong on the phone and i needed to bring all the items back in. I am beyond frustrated with this store and i am now out ~$40.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Cleanliness is above average. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Limited accessibility was well maintained and available at ever need for access. Customer care is attentive and thorough. Prices are competitive. Service is a but above average. Selection is great.

Just bought a Christmas tree and Dale assisted by offering to take the tree to my car far down in the parking lot. He didnt have to but he chose to and I wanted to tip him but he refused to accept it because of the company policy and he was honest about it. From all the great items in the store to the friendly warm staff, I love shopping at Hobby Lobby 👍

Beautiful home decor for the Christmas season and great prices. Gorgeous gifts, too. Lots of clearance fabrics. I didnt see the entire store, but Ill definitely start shopping there more often.Only complaint is that, due to Christmas rush Im sure, there was no one available to cut fabric for a bit.

Always glad to purchase from Believers in our Lord and savior who owns a store or franchise. But I was upset with their 50% off. it had attachments in fine print. That was hard to see. I sent them an email about that and received an apologetic reply that I appreciated. I am convinced it was not intentional by the owner of the company. But it could have been a marketing director who was willing to compromise goodness and honesty and advertising strategies to increase sales. I pavlina across this before and Im always on the lookout. Four stars nonetheless. The staff I dealt with was incredible

This is a great craft store if youve never been. They have a large varieties of crafts, home decor, and random fun stuff. As far as this location, its a great one. Its always clean and organized oh, and most of all, well staffed. I enjoy going to this location

Everything in the store is neat and in the appropriate section. When I asked an associate where to find something since I had never been to the store before, she guided me directly to the right craft section. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful and when I got to the cash register to check out, the clerk let me know that if I went to their website I could use a coupon for 40% off! How awesome!

Im a baker and I do not like their brand of products they carry, fondant is hard to work with and gel coloring is inferior to Wilton and Americolor. They do have good deals on decor, but around holidays, their shelves are picked over. And someone get those checkout clerks some bar code scanners, why do they still have to type everything in?!

Hobby lobby is one of my favorite stores. I use it whenever Im planning a party, decorating my house, or needing seasonal things. Even used this as my go to when I was getting married.
