On Friday 09/03/2021, I returned a purchase to Michaels. I have no artistic ability so I not good putting things together. The store was short staff. Carrie was very nice and professional. Carrie pick the perfect floral arrangement for my vase. I appreciate her. taking the time to assist me. Excellent customer service.

Nice store but employees barely speak to you.

Horrible customer service by an employee named Shai several weeks ago. Didnt look at me once, ignored my questions on where things were, and didnt speak to me or look at me during my checkout. Will not be shopping here.

All was good. They carried most items I was searching for. Need more markers, the posca markers selection is never fully stocked we we go on. But all else was good!

Always a fun place to shop. They have big mark down on Fall and Halloween right now.

Was totally surprised at how bare the shelves are & none of the beautiful wreaths or other decor was there. So so disappointed 😞 wont be going back

Staff needs trained a little more on were items are located. But my 3 kids loved this place.

I understand they are reorganizing but in the reorganization the yarn section is smaller and the flat beads and the beautiful beads they used to offer are now gone.

I love Michaels they are all great, this one is very clean, very helpful, covid19 guidelines being followed, its a hard time to be an artist in a pandemic but mostly this place helped me to forget, besides the masks and social distancing. One of the cleanest, most organized Michaels Ive been to in a while, even while they were stocking their shelves. Michaels craft stores is the bees knees the cows udders. It was fine. I found the yarn I was looking for.

They have a great selection of seasonal decor and had almost everything I needed for some projects in mind, and more. The store was pretty empty, I went on a weekday morning, so distancing from others was possible. And everyone in the store was wearing a mask correctly.

They have a lot of neat stuff here.

Prices are a little crazy on some things but they do carry allot of things that Im looking for. I buy my paints and canvases from Michaels. Some things I wont just because Im not looking to go broke but my overall customer service experiences with this store is very good.

This is one of the few stores in Ohio that has a lot of stuff that you can beautify your house with. The staff are very helpful and courteous. It was my first time of visiting the store and I reached out to one of the customer support staff to help locate what I needed. She was very very helpful. This is a Five Star store and I will visit regularly from now.

Well...the checkout guy wasnt very helpful.I asked him to show me how to pull up my coupon he wasnt interested. He i was on Micheal site but i needed to look at my email . I pulled it up but couldnt find it he just looked like he didnt care.

Prices were okay didnt like it too much when I couldnt find any help for anyting or I did find someone they were in experience of what oil Base pins are and what was chalk pens basically I had to show her and teach her what they both were we had to read the packages together to make sure that we got the right stuff that I was looking for but of all things was okay prices for a little high

I have to say that BECAUSE of Covid customer service at many places has changed and I definitely understand. Everyone wants everyone in and out of the stores quickly as do I. Today I have to shout out Jerra who went out of her way to provide the Best customer service for me and found the candles I went there for. I truly appreciate her doing so because by doing that she saved me a lot of money! So kudos to her and to Michaels for having her on your team! And also Happy Birthday J!

Very helpful staff

Disappointed in the selection and the way the store looked. I have never seen the store looked trashed in the years that I have been coming to the store. I am also very disappointed in the professionalism of the associates that were on the sales floor. They were very rude and didnt bother saying excuse me when bumping into customers. I will probably be taking my business to Hobby Lobby and Joann Fabrics going forward.

Great customer service

My three granddaighters participated in the pumpkin decorating on Saturday. The staff was great and so patient and the girls brought home adorable pumpkins for Halloween. Fun day.

Seemed picked over! One would think that they would be better stocked for the weekend.

Great place to get crafts for young ones without breaking the bank. Plain name brand T-shirts for $2 if youre into printing or decorating custom shirts.
