We went here after cabinets to go and their countertop vendor mismeasured our countertops and doubled the price on us. Jennifer was very helpful from the first call. The installers were very attentive to detail, very clean crew. I only had one thing that I noticed and they corrected it in a matter of hours, no fuss just done. We had quartz counter top and back slash done. It is fantastic. One two very small seams which are barely noticeable. I know were they are and I have to look for them. Friends and family cant find them. They are not the cheapest but the prices were fair considering we asked for as few seams as possible. Very high quality stone, people, and customer service. The installers wanted to make sure we were happy with every decision and even gave my wife color choices with the caulk to see what she preferred. The very best. No one else can compare!!!!

We needed a small piece of granite for a coffee station I built for our kitchen and we wanted it to match the existing granite countertops. The place who installed our granite previously wanted a ridiculous amount of money for such a small piece (minimum setup charge was their way of putting it), so we called around and ended up finding Columbus Granite. Not only did they have a remnant piece of the right granite, they charged a very reasonable price both for the piece itself and for rounding the edges. Their total price was about half of the minimum setup charge from the other place. They also had the piece ready well before the promised date, which was a pleasant surprise.The guys were really nice and easy to work with, and I would definitely use them again if I had a whole kitchen to do.

What a great experience! We worked with Jennifer who helped us find the perfect granite for our bathroom. She let us know there were remnants available which made the job so affordable, we decided to do all three bathrooms instead of just one. We came in to look at the pieces and then again after they had done very careful measurements. The entire job took only two hours and a minimal mess and disruption. Columbus Granite was a pleasure to work with and everything went very smoothly. We highly recommend them.

Columbus Granite was able to miter cut a stone threshold that i picked up from Floor & Decor to install on a shower knee wall, and they were even able to bevel the unfinished edges to match the existing ones perfectly. Cuts were clean and precise, and the staff was super nice. :)

Per other reviews, Matt was extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable.The shop was willing and able to cut a remnant down to a 25 x 19 vessel sink countertop (which would have involved cutting the remnant to that size and drilling a drain and faucet hole), which was impressive. It was also willing to sell the remnant for a fraction of what it would charge to make the few cuts. But having someone other than a professional stone cutter fashion stone is usually a mistake. So, sadly, I had to opt out of both choices. (The stone would have been almost double what I was paying for the small vanity and because the remnants werent exactly right for the stone.)Even though I was a small fry customer, Matt treated me very well.

Columbus Granite gave a competitive price on the granite which was selected within a couple of days of visiting their location. After a few emailed questions, we agreed to move forward with the purchase. TA stores employee reached out to set a date for measurement and was punctual on the arrival date / time. Less than 7 days later the installers, who were polite and professional, arrived and did a great job installing the countertops. I highly recommend as the process took roughly 3 weeks from browsing for granite to the install with a competitive price and professional service. Im very happy with the appearance. Pics of original kitchen look, then just before laminate countertops were removed and after finally after granite was installed ... IM still in the process of refacing cabinets :)

We visited multiple places while looking for countertops for our new cabinets we were having installed. We met Matt and he let us look through all the slabs to get an idea of what we liked. At that point we were looking at quotes only and there was no pressure at all to buy.After finally making all the color choices, my cabinet installer actually suggested another granite group and I had contacted them to see about prices and such. While they were okay, they had issues scheduling the measurements with me. We were leaving on a trip and just wanted the measurement scheduled a few days after cabinet installation. I wasnt overly impressed with how they ran, and while I was going to get a small discount for using them, I opted to go back to Columbus Granite since I liked how it was run.Again Matt was there and showed me slabs. I am a rather indecisive person and he left me to just decide on which color I thought was best for our kitchen. I appreciated the time to just get my thoughts together.Again it was a no pressure sale and I finally made the choice. He did assure me that if the item was in stock, I could change my mind up to the measurement time frame. We scheduled the measurement without any issue.The measurement process was easy as well. I could tell it was done precisely and carefully.The next business day I received a call from Matt to see if I had any questions before cutting took place. I did not so they went ahead. I received a call 2 days later to schedule and was impressed with the turn around time. 2 days after that we had new countertops.The installers were great and did a very professional job. Im a rather picky person and even the dishwasher was lined up perfectly. Over all I cannot say enough good about Columbus granite. The time frame to professionalism of everyone I worked with was great. Would use them again if we ever have a need!

NO need to SHOP ANY FURTHER! We are so glad we found Columbus Granite! We had been working with a previous company, and after 3-4 days of them not returning our calls or emails for pricing, we found that rather unprofessional so we googled, “Quartz, Columbus OH” and came across many companies, but the reviews were so good with CG, we decide to check then out.When we called, Matt answered, gave us their showroom hours & we went the next day (no appointment necessary) We already had in mind what type of quartz we wanted so instead of us rummaging through aisles and aisles of a warehouse, unaided, like was the case with the 1st company, this was a much more helpful/informative process! He walked us to each piece of quartz and all of the pricing was done in house- the entire process actually was in house, which we loved![For those that aren’t familiar with the process, many other stone companies typically are just the installers where by they send you to a gigantic warehouse somewhere, you look at their recommended stone “list” .. but what if you want a different one, higher tier (as was our case) Oh, well the staff in the warehouse are just the suppliers, they can’t answer that for you. You have to get back in touch with the installers, which to me seems a bit antiquated]From the time we chose the quartz to install= less than two weeks! The entire process was quick & professional: from Matt at the showroom, to the gentleman who did the measuring, to the installation crew. Such an amazing experience, we would recommend them to anyone!

He had the piece cut and ready to be picked up several days earlier than promised, and was extremely helpful with the transportation and installation tips (I DIY’d the installation). So, for those who wont read past the first couple lines, let me just say these are the guys to call for your counter top needs! Went on Memorial Day and met with Matt. We walked the show room and found a piece that we loved! From here on out, AMAZING! Matts attention to detail had us comfortable with the layout of our granite piece. Before we were out of the parking lot our measurement guy was already calling us! Like, literally pulled over to schedule for the next day. Within the week Matt called to schedule our install. From start to finish, 2 weeks. From the installers, to the measurement guy to Matt, by for the easiest process I have ever had with a contractor! Thank you guys, you are amazing! Oh, forgot to mention too that the project cost was significantly less than their competitors!!

The sales floor was like a warehouse which was really nice for seeing the entire slab. The sales men, and the person cutting the counter tops as well as showing us around initially were very polite and helpful. The price was fair for our quartz counter top that we purchased. The countertops were cut and ready to be installed in less than 2 weeks. The only down fall to this experience was a newly installed cabinet was broken in the process. A couple hunks of drywall were also taken out. My husband wasn’t concerned w the drywall but questioned the installer about the cabinet and he completely denied responsibility. We used that cupboard for breakfast that morning, it wasn’t broken. The countertop is large and very heavy, it is very easy to bump and break the cupboard. Lastly the installer and the person who measured were not on the same page. One of the countertops does not meet the wall.The owner Matt is a very courteous man. In the future we will go with Columbus Granite. I have currently made 2 family referrals to this family owned business.

I LOVE Columbus Granite! I spent the last 8 weeks going to several places & getting many quotes. I have a small kitchen & to say my experience was pleasant would be a lie. I had so many ridiculous high quotes for 30 square feet! $5500.00, even $6300.00 for 30 square feet!!! I felt like noone was honest & I was just about to give up, and then I found Columbus Granite. From the moment I spoke to Matt, he was very helpful. Answered all my questions. The hour drive from Dayton was so worth it. Columbus granite has a beautiful selection of granite & quartz! And they fabricate everything right there, saving you money! And I had my beautiful quartz within 2 weeks! Everywhere else was 6-8 weeks. Also, Matts team of installers, & Robert, who did the measuring, could not have been more considerate & professional. My quartz countertops are stunning!
