Didnt get what I paid for!! Overall grade for this company is a C-. Is the bathtub better than it was? YES. Does the porcelain have the feel of a new bathtub? NO. My issues: THEY ARE NOT TIMELY. They consistently arrived 45-60 minutes later than the agreed start time. WORK INCOMPLETE: My bathtub has two side walls which were supposed to be worked on (included in the estimate). Very shoddy workmanship. They said they worked on it but it is clear they did not. HERES THE KICKER!! The caulking they put around the tub started to bubble. They apparently didnt use paint tape. When they removed the tape from the wall, it also removed the paint. They were packing up to go as if nothing happened. They started the truck to leave but I approached them and inquired about them fixing the deficiencies. The supervisor acted like it wasnt their fault. He finally had his helper go back in and get a piece of the paint. He said he will be back next Monday to fix it (this happened on Wednesday. With Home Depot being a mile up the street he could go there and color match the paint and fix it today). I really dont expect them back. There is more but I will stop here.

Mr Floyd and his partner was very professional and prompt. He resurfaced my master bedroom bath and my kids bath he did an amazing job. I would recommend him to anyone very professional.
