We have used Granite Direct a number of times for granite in our rentals. They have worked extremely hard to stay within our budget while finding us some beautiful pieces to complete the look that we desired. Installation has always been professionally done, the guys going the extra mile to make everything go smoothly and look amazing! Jarred did a great job with laser measurement. Jeremiah and Lance did tremendous job with the installation and were right on schedule. They were very careful and treated our home as they would one of their own. Granite Direct has excellent people and THAT is what makes them the best at what they do!!!

My new countertops were installed in Feb 2021. I really am enjoying them. My kitchen is beautiful! Our kitchen contractor recommended Granite Direct as a source for our kitchen countertop. My wife and I visited Granite Direct and one other sales/fabrication shop and received two very competitive quotes. In the end we chose Granite Direct because the sales representative was more interested in what we wanted to accomplish and made better suggestions on product material and color.During the second visit we selected the top we wanted. Four days after kitchen cabinets were installed, laser measurements were taken by a Granite Direct employee. Three business days later we went back to the shop to determine how the product pattern would appear on our cabinets (the layout meeting). At that time, we spoke to an analyst and a fabricator about the best way to cut and display the top in our kitchen. Four business days later, our quartz top was installed. I’m not the demonstrative one; but, all my wife kept saying was Fabulous! Fabulous!! Fabulous!!!Every one on the Granite Direct team (the sales representative, laser technician, layout analyst, fabricator and the installers) paid attention to what we wanted, scheduled us as quickly as possible and delivered on the promise to install a high quality product at a very fair price. Getting new quartz countertops with Granite Direct was super easy. A man came and measured counters, it was simple and quick. Carolyn called me and provided information about the different types of counter materials. She sent me an email with instructions, measurements and all the vendors to shop for counters local to my area. Carolyn was extremely helpful with any questions and providing information. We picked out the quartz slab at the counter shop and they forwarded slab to Granite Direct. A week later the called to schedule the counter install. Everyone at Granite Direct were very professional and answered any questions I had. The installers were very polite and professional and did a great job. This was the easiest and stress-free remodel project I have ever had.Linda E.

My contractor recommended that I go see Carolyn to look at granite remnants for my bathroom vanity. Carolyn was amazing. I am very indecisive, and it was my first time picking out granite. Carolyn was patient, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though my job was small, Carolyn treated me like it was a $10,000 project. I would do more business with Granite Direct because of my first experience with Carolyn. The installer was polite and professional on the phone; however, I was not at home during the actual installation.

I had 5 installations in my house: 4 bathrooms and in my favorite big kitchen. I was amazed by work was done by Granite Direct. Everything went smooth with no problems. They really do high quality work. Price was affordable. I just love what they did. My house looks beautiful.

Team came out to cut countertop and were professional. They made sure dust was not distributed I. The kitchen by using a shop vac and took time to share proper maintenance of my marble.When tops were cut the gal in fabrication was outstanding and seams were difficult to find.

We had a wonderful experience with Gra items Direct, and Caroline in particular. We had a very unique stone picked out that another fabricator quoted us DOUBLE for! Apparently, because of the stone type it isnt fun for the fabricators to work on (lots of glitter!). But it was no sweat for Granite Direct! Maybe that should be their slogan... We would not have our dream kitchen without them. Thanks for great service and care!

The granite installation in my upstairs bath was fine and it looks good. But just to be honest, they did not put down anything to cover my wood floors or new carpet. They leaked water under the cabinet and on the floor which was left for me to clean up. When we asked the gentleman to be more careful, we got attitude back from one of them. This is why I give them just a so, so rating. May you have a better experience.

I have worked with dozens of granite companies And contractors as our business is in flipping houses. Granite Direct has been the ABSOLUTE WORSTE experience we have had with any contractor let alone granite installation company. They miss measure, take for ever to respond when they do something wrong, mark up walls with big dents, and also charge you extra fees. I do not recommend Granite Direct to ANYONE.

Love my new granite countertops. The staff in the office were great to work with. The two guys that installed the granite were so friendly and explained everything they were doing and how to care for my new counters (since Im a newbie to this type of counters, I greatly appreciate that). This company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

The quartz countertop product itself is lovely although the customer service did not meet the expectations for what I paid. When the staff came to install the countertops, they scratched a side of the wall up the stairs, the dishwasher did not close due to a metal frame that was not removed prior to installation, and the stove was not plugged back in. I received an email days after I expressed my concerns stating, Homeowner responsible for wall, tile or cabinet damage that may occur during installation. I will choose a different company for my future quartz purchases.

Granite Direct replaced our old laminated kitchen countertop with granite. Roman and Ruslan helped us a lot with layout and finding right granite slabs that blended nicely with kitchen floor and cabinets. New granite countertop was design with two seams and installers did a great job in hiding seams that are almost invisible. Thank you for good work!
