I’ve been using My Eye doctor now for several years. They’re absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them. Dr. Story was super sweet and very accommodating to my hearing issues. She treated me respectfully and didn’t get frustrated when I didn’t hear what she was asking. The office staff was also very kind and accommodating to my hearing issues as well and was able to help me get a nice pair of glasses and contacts with my insurance. As someone who works with insurance for a living the staff was very knowledgeable of my benefits and it was a smooth process. Not to mention they’re prices are incredibly affordable. Thank you to the staff and doctors for making this a pleasurable experience.

I highly recommend this practice! They take their time to make sure all your questions are answered. Very thorough and friendly. The manager. Alecia Maddox called to make sure my contacts were delivered and that they were working out. She knew I was having some issues with my eyes feeling dry and recommended a brand that helped restore the moisture balance. I cant thank her enough! Ive never been to an eye practice that cares so much for their patients even after the Dr visit.

I’ve been going to My Eye Dr for years. Most of the staff is friendly, compassionate to your needs. Tammie has always checked me in and checked me out a very pleasant young lady. Dr Ross has been my dr and he has been very helpful to my eye complaints

Had a great experience with the team at this location. They were professional, friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Aleicia, Tammy and a sweet blond young lady who assisted me. She mentioned she was getting married soon. They were all so accommodating during these tough times. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Lenses have broken on both size of safety glasses .Only 7 months old, I work in an office and they had never been dropped. When they first started break I had for about a month. Took back and was told I would have too buy new lenses. So they don’t stand behind their product .I have some I have had for 3 years.In great shape. Updated as of 11-6-21 they have did no more then writing the responses you see below, they have never answer the phone or respond to any messages I have left.

The Staff and Dr. Ross at My Eye Doctor are wonderful! I want to thank Alecia Maddox, Manager, for working me in with Dr. Ross to examine an eye issue before I left for vacation. Will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

I’m surprised by the low ratings here, I’ve always had very positive experiences. Since they’ve switched from Precision Optical to My Eye Dr they no longer carry my frames, which is very disappointing, but the young lady in the glasses area did still try to get them for me (no luck) and when she couldn’t was able to find some frames that were very similar. We’ll see how those work out, but even if they don’t I’ll still be back to see Dr Story - she’s excellent.

Maybe the negative reviews come from individuals with bad attitudes. We were previous patients of Precision Optical and still remain patients since the transition. In our opinion, my wifes and mine, the same wonderful, helpful and sincere service has continued. Dr. Ross is still super nice and thorough and the individuals helping with contacts and frames are very helpful. We didnt have our scheduled exam in 2020 because of Covid, exam was later in the year than usual, but I got a text asking would I like to reorder contacts which I did order. I highly recommend MyEyeDr to anyone.

Every time I go to buy glasses the people are wonderful! The time I went in for an exam I was seen super fast. Just and awesome place to go! I have plenty of family members and friends with the same experience!

I’ve checked on the ratings when I was on my way to my appointment, and I was wondering about the low ratings. However, from the time I was greeted when I walked in, to choosing the new glasses, I was totally pleased with everyone working there. Very friendly and professional doctor and staff. On top my new glasses were ready a day before the promised day!

Had a subpar experience at 1 location. Corporate followed up the very next day, acknowledged opportunities within organization, seemed genuinely concerned with feedback. I feel confident that corrective measures via additional training and SMART goals should relate to progression. As of now Im still a skeptic, however, I will not rule out another visit in due time. Mistakes made by a few should not label an entire organization. Due to the rapid response from corporate, I will revisit and repost next visit in detail.

Very slow and No one had a clue about anything 3 people told me different prices, after I left, the glasses i picked out was put back... call asked me to come back in after I told her I needed glasses for a trip I was going on in 4 weeks. I felt neglected when I was waiting I was there had an appointment people came in they act like they didnt see me, then I heard someone say they forgot to put my chart up for the doctor.. I wish I got names, because2 of the them out of 6 was very nice and helpful . One seen the other lady by pass me and help someone else. (She was working with someone and came over and said Im very sorry well be right with you)Doctor I seen was pretty nice and helpful & fast.

Slow, cancelled orders, wrong info, always telling me its time for an appointment through texts, expensive, and honestly not worth the headache. Im currently trying to reorder concontacts that were already ordered but they cancelled and jesus this is a nightmare. Go elsewhere.

This facility was previously Precision Optical and we had no problems under that management. They have been bought out by My Eye Dr. and under new management. It is very obvious that they are now one of the typical companies that are only concerned with how much money they can charge and make sure to charge the max they can rather than ensuring the best services and treatment for the patient. It is unfortunate that a previously well managed office has now become an office just concerned with how to make a buck rather than the well being of their patients. Make sure you are aware of what your benefits are with your insurance or they will try to over charge you. They now offer no warranties on purchases of new glasses unless you pay for it. If you have any issues with the prescription they give you, they act as if you are bothering them when asking to have it re-checked even though they charge you to have that completed too. They dont follow through on referring to specialists and get rude with you when their office did not do their job. Sad to see a good business be replace by such a poor one. Consumer BEWARE!
